Faruks place was located perfectly, within walking distance of malls and restaurants. This area was brand new, located in a quiet and safe area. Pictures perfectly displayed the clean and spacious apartment. Check in and check out were extremely flexible. The hosts were friendly and available and accommodating. Felt like I was a guest. I enjoyed this level of hospitality that is hard to find. I felt extremely comfortable. Kitchen had the tools for cooking your own meals. Just wish there was a microwave. Beautiful view from the private terrace! Linens and shampoos/conditioners were all provided and clean! There were 2 large bathrooms with everything you need. I will definitely be back here again! For the location, the property and the experience.

По време на престоя ни ежедневно се интересуваше дали имаме нужда от нещо. Искрени големи благодарности към Efkan! Той беше основата за прекрасното ни изкарване в Истанбул. Апартамента е в сърцето на Истанбул, пък изгледа, който се вижда от него е фантастичен! Обзаведен с вкус, достатъчно просторен за две семейства/четирима души/. Добре поддържан с всичко необходимо. Изкачването по стълбите си струва. Бих се върнал отново и го препоръчвам на всеки, който желае да посети Истанбул.

Nilay and Sencer's appartment is very nice, clean and having a local spirit. We were welcomed warmly by Sencer. The tram and bus stops are very close: less than 5 minutes away and you would need 10-15 minutes to reach Galata. If you arrive in Istanbul by car - there's a paid parking nearby that can be used for 15 EUR/24h. We also enjoyed a lot our visit to Sencer's Pizzarotti restaurant, where we had the pleasure to taste his local pizza inventions and have a conversation.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in. The apartment was quiet, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was great for getting some work done. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay. Wir waren eine Woche dort, die Wohnung war Dank der Beschreibung sehr einfach zu finden, obwohl die Gegend sehr überfüllt war von Menschen, war es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Herr Mehmet war zuvorkommend , nett und für Wünsche immer offen. Man hat sich Nachts auch in der Gegend (2 Frauen) sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter von den kleinen Läden waren sehr nett. Ich werde definitiv beim nächsten Urlaub die Wohnung erneut buchen.

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The house was wonderful and warm, there is everything you need, the area is great and it will always be my first choice with the family, the host was very wonderful and helpful thank him for that 🙏

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

“I had a great stay at Murat’s place! He was incredibly helpful and always available whenever I had any questions. The house was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus given the hot weather. The nearest metro station was just a 7-8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. Istiklal Street was also nearby, about a 10-minute walk, though it’s worth noting there’s a bit of a steep climb to get there. Overall, a fantastic option for exploring the city. Highly recommend!”

We stayed in this place for six days and we had a great time. The house is in an excellent location specially for younger people. The house is as great as it is presented in the pictures and has all the utilities as described.

Es war alles super! Fethi ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Abschnitt mit vielen Essmöglichkeiten der großen Einkaufsstraße „Bağdat caddesi“, war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Abschnitt der Straße, welche Shopping Möglichkeiten bietet ist weiter entfernt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr sicher und in guten Händen gefühlt, konnten ohne Probleme kochen und waren mit der Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Vielen Dank!! Gerne wieder!

If you get the chance to stay here, grab it. It’s a stunning apartment - clearly a lot of love, thought and care have gone into designing this place and we felt right at home from the start. The apartment is super peaceful while being very close to transport links and the vibrant restaurant areas of Beyoğlu. Sultanahmet is walkable from the apartment across the bridge. Aaron and his team were brilliant hosts, responsive and pro active. He gave us some great recommendations including the local 16th century Hamam designed by Mimar Sinan (definitely recommend this) and several restaurants. We particularly liked Çiya Sofrası across the Bosporous in Kadıköy (a picturesque ferry trip from the nearby Karaköy pier) and the local Galata Kitchen. Just loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.

Benny was a really great host, greeting us personally and making sure we were settled. The apt was exactly as it shows in the photos and very clean. We hadn’t anticipated the steps but that was my fault as it is described by Benny in his ad. Even so my 83 year old mother managed about ok! It was a nice place to come home to after a busy day of sight seeing. Thanks Benny.

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

This apartment has everything that you need for a stay in Istanbul with the added bonus of a roof terrace. The area is vibrant without being noisy. It has bars, restaurants and shops on its doorstep. The tram is about five minutes walk downhill which will take you to all the sights. If you want to walk there is plenty in close proximity. We could not fault the apartment or our host. We would come back in a heartbeat.
