Facinas : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Estancia maravillosa en el apartamento que coincidía perfectamente con las fotografías del anuncio. Nunca habíamos estado en Estepona y fue un acierto este apartamento porque está situado en una zona tranquila y no escuchas ningún ruido, y es fácil ir al centro andando, o si te cuesta andar llegas en un momento en taxi. La playa del Cristo está a 5 minutos en coche y con muy buen aparcamiento. El piso está impecable y cuidado al detalle. Pernilla es una estupenda anfitriona que en todo momento nos contestaba los mensajes y nos facilitó lugares para ir a visitar. Sin duda, si volvemos a Estepona nos alojaremos en este apartamento.

Great location everything is walkable. Sun in the morning on the main bedroom balcony and sunset in the evening on the living room balcony. Nunos Restaurant across the road from the apartment was the family favourite. Apartment had everything and more than was needed for our stay. Thanks Dominic!

Excellent appartement et excellent hôte, c’est le meilleur appartement rapport qualité prix de tanger. Il y’a un grand espace de jeux pour les enfants dans la résidence. L’appartement est très grand et mieux que sur les photos. 20/20.

Mieszkanie z wielkim tarasem z cudownym widokiem na morze! Apartament był wyposażony we wszystkie przedmioty, o których tylko pomyśleliśmy, że mogą się przydać. Fajna opcja wydzielenia dwóch osobnych stref z sypialnią i łazienką (możliwość oddzielenia korytarza drzwiami przesuwnymi). Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i przytulnie urządzone. Wyposażenie kuchni i jadalni aż zaprasza do celebrowania tam wspólnych posiłków. Strefa wspólna z basenami i sauną też bardzo cicha i spokojna (byliśmy we wrześniu więc w kompleksie było bardzo mało turystów). Bardzo chętnie tam jeszcze wrócimy - dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt <3

מארחים נהדרים, זמינים וקשובים לכל שאלה ובקשה. הדירה נקייה ומסודרת, מאובזרת היטב בכל מה שצריך. תאיס וחואן מנואל דאגו שנהיה מרוצים ואפילו שמרו לנו חנייה כדי שלא נצטרך לחפש כשאנו מגיעים אחרי יום ארוך של טיול. ממליצים בחום!

We had high expectations given this is Sotogrande but these were surpassed! Christina's place is wonderful, the views are special and honestly, we didn't want to leave. All amenities have been thought of. Furnishing is very nicely done, the apartment is very spacious and even bottled water and chocolates have been left by the bedside. Soft drinks also left in the fridge for us. I'm a luxury travel advisor by trade and usually stay in high end hotels but I was not disappointed here! Thank you Cristina and Carolina 🙏

Tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit erfrischendem Pool. Wir können die Unterkunft für ein Aufenthalt in Marbella sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben die schicke morderne Villa, die sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet ist und über tolle Außen- und Innenbereiche verfügt, sehr genossen. Die zentrale Lage zum Meer, nach Guadalmina, Puerto Banus und Marbella ist super. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Mit einem ganz flachen Bereich für kleine Kinder ideal, dadurch aber zum Schwimmen etwas klein. Der Baulärm drumherum hat uns etwas gestört.

Todo excelente, zona tranquila y casa muy limpia con todo lo necesario, bueno quizá faltaba un exprimidor de zumo, pero lo compensaba con una fuente para agua fría y caliente, pero todo lo demás a la perfección, repetiremos seguro

Tilava huvila rauhallisella alueella. Majoitus vastasi kuvausta ja majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti jos jotain kysyttävää ilmeni. Huoneissa hyvin tilaa ja vessojen sekä suihkujen lukumäärä riittävä. Hyvänä lisänä se, että auton saa parkkiin lukkojen taakse, mikä helpottaa esimerkiksi aktiivilomaijoiden elämää kummasti!

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. la recepción y despedida muy acogedora y siempre dispuesto a ayudar o hacer agradable la estancia. Zona tranquila, algo alejada fe centro, pero cómoda para aparcar y centro de operaciones. Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy bien, con todo lo necesario

El alojamiento es fantástico para descansar y desconectar de la rutina ,muy recomendable para dar paseos hasta la playa . hemos estado en familia muy a gusto!!!

Loved out stay. The flat had lots of space and a beautiful view. Walking distance from the beaches and the Old Town, small playground across the street. Very easy communication with the host. Would stay again!

Great place. Small and cozy studio. Conveniently located, by walking distance to main street, central bus station, the Ocean Village Promenade. New and modern building. Fully equipped and comfortable studio.

We had an excellent golf-holiday in Johanas luxury apartment. There was plenty of room for 8 persons (4 bedrooms), high-quality materials and big smart TV. Plus terrace downstairs and balcony upstairs. Very quiet area and very close to Puerto Banus harbour and all the shops and restaurants. With the spanish way of locking the maindoor You need patience 😉.

Mieszkanie świetne zarówno do odpoczynku, jak i do pracy zdalnej. Blisko oceanu z fantastyczną plażą, dodatkowo duży taras i, ze względu na okres zimowy, mało sąsiadów, więc cisza i spokój :). Połączenie internetowe stabilne i szybkie, dzięki czemu nie mieliśmy problemów z pracą zdalną.

Peaceful and quiet condo, comfortable space just off the action in Marbella. We loved the short walk to the beach and boardwalk, a short drive to both Marbella and Malaga. We slept very well and really enjoyed visiting Marbella. Nicholas was very responsive and helpful, with great suggestions, side visit to Tarifa. Thanks for hosting us!
