Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento la notte di Capodanno, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo amato la compagnia dei cagnolini e del gattino della struttura, affettuosissimi. Roberta è stata una host davvero gentile e disponibile. In particolare, è stata molto gentile nel riprogrammare un incontro nei giorni successivi, in quanto una volta terminato il soggiorno, mi sono resa conto che avevo lasciato un oggetto nell'appartamento. Lei lo ha recuperato e me lo ha riportato, grazie davvero.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders die Dachterrasse verdient 10 von 10 Punkten. Man schaut auf das Meer und die Berge und kann die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus und das Grundstück genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, sie war immer erreichbar, so dass wir ein paar kleinere Dinge, die nicht ganz rund liefen, schnell klären konnten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

This house is fantastic, the views are absolutely spectacular! The photos don’t do it justice. A very relaxing place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. A car is a must to reach the house, you wouldn’t want to walk up the hills with luggage. Pasquale was always responsive and made for a great host. We will definitely return if we’re in the area

Siamo stati benissimo in questa villa e ci torneremo sicuramente. Lo spazio esterno è grandissimo e dispone di tutti i comfort. La piscina è ad uso privato, per noi cosa essenziale. La casa è grande ma resta comunque per 4 persone. Se si hanno figli direi massimo 6 persone, perché in mansarda un adulto non ce lo metterei. L host è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno

Carmela was a wonderful host. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious with a beautiful view. The place was spotless and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed walking through the village nightly and going to the market on Wednesday. The location was great to visit other towns in Molise. You will not regret booking a peaceful stay here.

abbiamo alloggiato in 4 persone presso questa struttura e siamo stati accolti dall'host in modo impeccabile, Silvio è stato molto disponibile e attendo. la struttura dispone di un bellissimo giardino con piscina e aria relax,una zona barbecue e una zona per i più piccoli. l'appartamento era pulito e fornito del necessario. consiglio questa struttura e se passo da quelle parti ci ritorneremo.

Bruno è una persona gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento è accogliente e ben tenuto e pulito, posizione praticamente in centro

il posto è proprio come speravo, tranquillo e in mezzo ad olivi secolari ,ed in una posizione strategica dove si possono raggiungere facilmente diverse spiagge bellissime. Inoltre Antonio è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica.

Where do we start… Potito and his wife Sara were lovely hosts (more like super hosts!!!). They greeted us in person and took us to his winery where we had the opportunity to try some of his wine (highly recommend his white), and then showed us the museum of Ascoli. Potito even made reservations for my husband and I at La Mediavalys which had breathtaking views from the top of the mountain, and an enjoyable atmosphere! We had just spent a few days in Rome, so being able to unwind in their lovely villa in the countryside of Ascoli was perfect—the terrace view was just like the photos, and did not disappoint! On one of the mornings, our car had a flight tire and Potito came and helped us. He took us to a local auto shop and stayed with us the whole time until it was changed. “Grazie mille, Potito e Sara!!”

Francesco is a great owner, the place was beautiful and the neighbors and people the area were extremely nice.

The apartment was very comfortable with a 1950’s chic vibe. Dated but cool. Castelluccio Valmaggiore is far off the beaten path, even for rural Puglia. The townspeople were very friendly even though few spoke much English. The apartment was only a few steps from the Municipal offices where we met the mayor and his staff who helped us research my grandmother’s history. Lovely people and place.

This was our favorite place in Italy? This small town has such heart, the art is amazing and the locals are beyond friendly. My husband and I can't recommend this place enough. very clean and comfortable. our only regret is not staying longer. The castle is built in 13th century and so stunning to see in person. we will be back.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Valeria war wunderschön! Wir hatten eine späte Anreise und trotzdem lief die Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Genauso für unsere Rückreise. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet und nach unser Wohlbefinden gefragt. Die Wohnung war super, sogar größer als erwartet und es war alles vorhanden von Shampoo bis Waschmaschine, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Super sauber, super zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Grazie Valeria e famiglia! Ci vediamo alla prossima :-)

Bellissimo appartamento molto accurato. Spazi molto ampi, attrezzato in tutto. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in 4 persone ed è stato come essere a casa. Dispone dei servizi necessari e ottimo anche il clima che in questa stagione aiuta :) La posizione è molto comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi da corso Manfredi (il corso principale) e dai negozietti indispensabili per soggiornare. Moreno è disponibile in tutto e per tutto e anche la ragazza che ci ha accolti ci ha accompagnato in tutto il nostro soggiorno rendendosi disponibile per qualsiasi necessità riguardante l'appartamento. Sicuramente è un posto che tengo in considerazione quando ritornerò a Manfredonia a trovare i miei familiari. Grazie per tutto!

This is a must place to stay in San Giovani Rotondo. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon.

Appartamento molto bello, dal vivo anche più che nelle foto secondo me. Nessun aspetto negativo da segnalare. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Se ci capita di ripassare a Troia ci torneremo!

Traditionelles, geräumiges Haus. Komfortabel und überall solide Mückennetze. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz auf dem Gründstück aber --sehr enge-- Zufahrt. Achtung: Google Maps führt einen in die irre. Bis in die Ortsmitte fahren und dann hügelaufwärts abbiegen in die Zufahrtstraße.

Great home! Felt right at home. It was a perfect location. Clean, close to a lot of places and very peaceful! I highly recommend staying here!

Estive com minha esposa por duas noites nesse lindo lugar que é Cairano. Fomos muito bem recebidos e ficamos num dos melhores espaços que já alugamos para viagem. Uma vista paradisíaca e propícia para momentos de privacidade. Giovanna é ótima anfitriã e dá ótima dicas. Ainda tem "mimos" para os hóspedes e um belo café da manhã. com certeza, vamos retornar

Meine Ehefrau und ich hatten bei Maurizio einen super tollen Aufenthalt.Wir wurden von ihm persönlich sehr herzlich empfangen.Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt.Hat auf all unsere Fragen und Anliegen blitzschnell reagiert.Maurizio und die Mutter,die gleich nebenan wohnt,sind sehr schöne Persönlichkeiten.Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet,es fehlt an garnichts,alles sauber und ordentlich,ruhig gelegen mit PKW Parkplatz auf dem Hof mit geschlossenem Tor per Fernbedienung.Wir werden in Zukunft nur noch die Wohnung von Maurizio buchen. So ein Gastgeber kann man sich nur wünschen.

Appartamento come da foto, pulitissimo, fornito di tutto il necessario; è stato come sentirsi a casa. Patrizia è stata un host impeccabile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo molto voletieri!

Tutto è come descritto nell’annuncio! L’appartamento è accogliente, spazioso e molto caratteristico, situato in un bellissimo vicolo nel centro storico di Venosa. Ho trovato l’appartamento pulito e curato nei dettagli. Luciana è stata davvero disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione e anche nel suggerire posti da vedere a Venosa e dintorni. Spero di tornarci presto! Lo raccomando a chiunque.
