A modern, quiet, and well-equipped apartment located in a fantastic area of Como, just a short walk from the lake. The neighbourhood offers all the essentials, with a few shops and charming restaurants close by. Filippo is an excellent host, proactive and quick to respond to any questions, providing clear and detailed instructions for self-check-in. I would definitely look to book this place again on my next visit to Como!

Grand logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité immédiate, lacs accessibles en 10 min en voiture. Décoration qui donne une âme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marco.

Schöne Unterkunft, Skibus in 5-6 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gepflegt.

Wir wurden von Jason sehr herzlich begrüsst und er hat uns alles gezeigt jnd genau erklärt. Das Studio ist super zentral gelegen, ruhig, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Von Haarfön bis Bade -und Handtücher ist alles vorhanden. Auch die super Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln wurde von uns sehr geschätzt. Vorallem der Wellnessbereich mit Innen -und Außenpool ist toll, auch das Dampfbad und die Sprudelliegen laden zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Great location and very well presented apartment in Andermatt. As a family of four we very much enjoyed our stay - close to great restaurants, the old town, and both major ski lifts are a small walk. The apartment is very private with lovely views of the river and outdoors. The entry instructions with photos were very helpful and Julie was very proactive and responsive. We had a great stay of a week!

Views here are incredible and place is very clean and bright. Feels like you’re sitting right on the lake. Enjoyed our stay. Easy drive into town and many public parking options in Lugano for a fair price. Will try to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Mi amigo y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de la estancia. Zona tranquila, con el espacio suficiente para convivir dos personas y con un patio donde pasar la noche y charlar tranquilamente. La anfitriona fue genial, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros y además nos dejó una botella de Prosecco como regalo de bienvenida. Estancia y anfitriona 100% recomendables.

Perfect stop over after coming down St. Gotthard. Had a warm welcome. The dogs were happy to be able to stretch their legs and run around ( closed garden ❤️!). And Google manages the communication in any language 😁 Will always try to come back again !

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung können wir sehr weiterempfehlen.

Superbe maison confortable et authentique, magnifiquement rénovée, où il fait frais même par fortes chaleurs. La vue des chambres est splendide. Géraldine est très accueillante. Stresa est à 10mn à pieds, un peu plus au retour car la pente est raide, mais c'est un plaisir de pouvoir tout faire sans voiture. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Ramona ist eine gute und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wir haben uns in ihrer speziellen «Casa Madonnina» wohlgefühlt.

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Jennifer y Nico fueron muy cordiales y generosos. Recomiendo la casa Volvería sin dudarlo. inolvidable estadía. gracias!!!!!!!

Wir waren mit zwei Hunden im Haus von Giuseppe, der Garten ist gross und komplett gut eingezäunt. Sehr schöne Wanderungen direkt von Haus aus möglich. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, perfekt um schöne Ferien zu machen. Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften und gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage mit super Blick auf den See. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermietung. Grosszügige Wohnung und mit dem Rollstuhl ebenerdig zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Verkehr auf der Strasse draussen

About as perfect an airbnb as you can imagine. James's place is his own holiday home and you can tell by all the personality it has. We stayed for a week of skiing and found it an incredibly comfortable and relaxing place to call home. It helps that James did everything he could to make us feel that way. Couldn't recommend it more if you're after a place to unwind and are the sort of person who will take care of a place as if it were your own. Deserves no less.

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

Wir waren zu viert und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Falera. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem ist es direkt neben dem Skilift und auch die Gegend direkt bei der Rheinschlucht ist malerisch schön.

In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist wunderbar und hochwertig dekoriert. Alle Möbel und Lampen sind speziell und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Badezimmer ist hell, freundlich und hat eine grosszügige Dusche. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sie hat eine Glastüre auf den gleichen Balkon, auf den man von der Glasfront vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt. Von diesem aus sieht man auf den Park und in Richtung See. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und sehr einladend. Alle Storen können elektronisch einzeln oder gemeinsam gesteuert werden, es kann zu jeder Tageszeit nachdunkel gemacht werden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein grosszüger Garagenplatz. Cecile ist eine wunderbare, unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns vor der Wohnung empfangen, Alles erklärt, gezeigt, die Schlüssel übergeben und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet grossen Komfort und Privatsphäre. Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal und empfehlen die Wohnung von Cecile sehr.

Perfectly located on a quiet street near Como Lago station and nice restaurants, and the walk to the pier takes about 10 minutes. The condo is nicely designed, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. It’s also great to have an elevator that opens up directly to the condo. Highly recommended. I didn’t want to leave!
