The Peppermint Cottage is a place for guests to “Step Back in Time” and experience the simple pleasures of life including a warm fire, relaxing under the stars in a hot tub, sauna or strolling our gardens. Family friendly establishment. Birders, bicyclists and outdoor enthusiasts welcome.

North Sandy Pond Cottage with lot on Skinner Creek

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you enjoy views of Skinner Creek, which flows into North Sandy Pond, providing direct access to the waters of Lake Ontario. You'll have exclusive use of the private dock and fire pit. The road is not busy and great for walking. There are nearby marinas that provide paid boat launches and a public boat launch is also less than five miles away. A short drive away, you'll discover several breathtaking beaches! There is a limit of 2 dogs.
