Great place in a beautiful location and right on Lake Ontario. It is generally a summer location. We went in winter for family and friend re-union, however this wonderful house is actually best to be visited in summer time, unless you want a quiet location in freezing weather. Overall 5 starts location, picture and description exactly described. Erin is a friendly, welcoming and always responsive gentleman. Thank you for hosting us Erin. We will come back in summer

Staying at Mara's house was exactly what we needed to welcome in 2025. The house itself is immaculate, well appointed, comfortable and has incredible lakefront views to tie it all together. Getting around the Cayuga Lake area was so easy from where the house is located and there are even some incredible wineries and breweries minutes away. The layout and setup of the house was very thoughtfully done and everything we needed (and more) was there. 10/10 excellent stay.

The blue house was build in 1925, so don’t expect a modern interior or an open floor space. The house was easy to find clean and was a great location for our two days of excursions into the Great Lakes area. Be aware that the house is at a street and cars can be heard during the night in the bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was as decided. There is only one bathroom, which is located upstairs. We missed a little bit some picture or other art on the walls, but for the time we stayed the house was great. We had our two dogs with us and both enjoyed the many available parks in the area. Dennis was a great communicator and always answered questions in a very short time.

This home exceeded my expectations. The home was very clean and fresh. The beds were extremely comfortable which helped me get a restful night's sleep. I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. The location is central and close to downtown Geneva which was few minutes of a drive. I appreciate the attention to details the host have for the home. They provided all necessities needed for a short term stay like coffee, pots/pans, dishes, soap, shampoo/conditioner and they even provided a basket of snacks which was a nice gesture.

The Farm House Lodge was a great decision for our group of snowmobilers. After finding out that the Tailwater Lodge was full, with no vacancy’s, I was able to download the Air B and B Application on my phone. It appeared that everything was booked due to a busy weekend full of snowmobile events. I was able to locate the Farm House which is right next door to the Tail water Lodge. After talking to the friendly host, this house was for our group. The Farm House sits directly on the trail and easily accessible from the back yard. From pictures and description it was hard to imagine this house, but it’s beautiful broken up into two suites on the first floor that each have their own bed, little kitchen, bathroom and living room with a pull out bed. The upstairs has a master style bedroom and bathroom, along with another room with bunk beds. All the rooms share the master main kitchen, along with a great room that had a pool table and tv. Great experience with the host and I would come back

What a great place to stay and very helpful communicative hosts. We came for ice fishing over a winter weekend and despite some weather the road and driveway were cleared and the walkway shoveled. The house was great- incredibly clean. The ice fishing was top notch. I would certainly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron’s place! The house is beautiful and spotless, the beds and furniture are comfy and cozy, and it is filled with great amenities. The view is absolutely stunning! It is a quiet and peaceful location, but close enough to the quaint town of Skaneateles. Aaron was a fantastic host! Communication was always super fast, and Aaron did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely return to this beautiful property!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to actually cook, and the thoughtful design extends to the outdoor patio, where we enjoyed using the grill. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—attentive and welcoming—and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the entertainment district. I stayed here with my 13-year-old twins, and we found it to be incredibly quiet and peaceful. We’re truly grateful for such a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end stay.

I had a great stay while working nearby. Beautiful views of fall, and the lake. I met the host, he is very friendly. My internet was not working when I arrived but easily got it fixed within minutes. Im 5’5” and did bump my head a couple times. The way they have everything set up it was not an issue. The kitchen was well stocked, sharp knifes, bowls and glassware. Not having a kitchen sink could be an issue, especially for longer stays. I stayed 7 days and did bring groceries but I easily washed my cups bowls and silverware in the bathroom sink. The bed was firm to me as someone who is used to a very plush soft mattress. I did have a fire and they even left me a fire starter. The wood was good and burned easily. Having a fire, while watching the sunset, over the lake and eating smores was definitely a 5/5 experience.

The place was incredibly comfortable and spotless, with all the amenities you could possibly need – from kitchen appliances to thoughtful extras like coffee and even toothpaste. The highlight of our stay was the adjustable bed – such a pleasant surprise! After a long day of hiking, it was pure bliss to put our feet up and relax. The lake is just 100 feet away, with a beautiful park that’s perfect for a peaceful stroll. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back again soon

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s beautiful lakeside home at the Finger Lakes! We stayed for three days to celebrate my wife's birthday, and this serene spot made it truly special. The house is peaceful and perfectly situated by the lake, providing a perfect escape. Scott was incredibly responsive and proactive—he made sure we had all the instructions we needed in advance, and the home was equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. It was clear he put thought into ensuring a smooth experience for his guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

It was a quiet and fun place on the top of a hill on a dead end road. Fabulous spot, the hot tub had a nice view. We will visit again!

We had a wonderful two night stay. The apartment was easy to find, very clean and exactly as described. We were able to walk to pubs, Seward museum and Wegman's grocery store. It is in a very safe and beautiful area We will stay there again when we are in Auburn.

I can’t say enough good things about Margaret’s Airbnb! We were in town for a wedding, and Sodus Point is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the little town, it’s in a great location. Margaret was so friendly and kind, and we were so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. I would love to come back and stay again, everything was wonderful about our stay.

Great stay! Exactly as described & a bit more too. It’s viewable from the pictures, I booked in a hurry & missed it but there is an electric range in the kitchen as well! My husband and I stayed comfortably with tons and tons of extra space. Driveway is well cared for & space outside the cabin is as well. My only suggestion to the host would be to add a small chair in the bathroom for accessibility & to keep doing what they’re doing! Very responsive & quick as well. Worked with us on a very tight schedule and was more than accommodating when plans changed.

Thank you for sharing you property with us. My kids had so much fun with the boats and the great fishing. They also loved the rope swing. Comfortable furniture, really good amount of cookware, and various items around like bug spray or drinking water, life vests, first aid kit, and boats! Good amount of boats/kayaks to use. Friendly host and felt welcomed and at home. There is a gas grill that works very good, and also a set up so that you can grill over fire...very cool. Inside there is a propane stove top making morning eggs and potatoes easy. Excellent silence too, being so away from main roads. Saw a lot of birds, and there is plenty of bass. Very fair price for convenient and well seasoned fire wood. Great stay. I recommend.

Stayed at the A frame for a few days it is located in a beautiful part of New York with a lovely lake view the locals are very friendly and it is perfect if you want a quiet stay

This place is beautiful looks even nicer in person than on the pictures . It’s very peaceful and fairly easy to find they left little notes around the house to find extra linens toilet paper etc which was a very cute touch . has a lot of stuff to do outside and inside it is the perfect little get together cabin the host is very nice helpful and attentive with any questions you may have through the stay definitely recommend

This was my first time going to Salmon River and I will definitely be going back and in contact with Cody to stay in his beautiful Airbnb again! He made the experience super easy and his cozy cabin was the perfect spot for making this trip one to remember!

We stayed at this beautiful cozy cabin while coming out to catch steelhead. Absolutely recommend this air bnb as well as the fishing charter Locked with Lorenson- so much that we are looking to book the exact same experience again next month! 10/10 all around!
