The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was immaculate! We booked on short notice and arrived with everything taken care off. We were there in the “off season” must only get better “in season”.

This was a perfect place to stay for our girls weekend at Mirbeau. The unit was clean and comfy. Communication was excellent!

It was a perfect place to stay for our mom get away. The only thing was it took a long time for the place to warm up. It was very cold outside which contributed I am sure. Definitely would stay again though.

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

Fred’s place was absolutely stunning - both inside and outside. Fred was very responsive to our questions. The place itself is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. We would love to visit again!!

Another wonderful weekend! I returned for a second time after enjoying my first stay in this lovely home a couple of months ago. It is an ideal space for a solo writing retreat but is also spacious enough to accommodate a couple comfortably. Wonderful views at sunrise and sunset, perfectly quiet, a thoughtfully designed space for everything - from the breakfast bar to the large dining table to the comfortable couch near the fireplace to multiple chairs for reading and writing, all with beautiful views. Every amenity you could want. And Kathy is a wonderful host! I cannot imagine a nicer place to stay in Skaneateles!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Jan's Lake Ontario Style House! This beautiful, quintessential home embodies the perfect vacation feel and boasts stunning views of the lake. The property is amazing, and the high-end hot tub house with its incredible view is a real highlight of the stay-- perfect for a relaxing retreat, especially in March when it's cold and gloriously windy! The house itself is beautifully appointed, with every amenity you could need. Don't worry if you think you’ve forgotten something—Jan has provided everything you could imagine! The kitchen was a joy for both cooking and baking, and the dining room offered spectacular views to enhance every meal. Jan was an exceptional host, sending us daily recommendations that led us to wonderful antique shopping and cozy cafes. We also enjoyed a short drive to Rochester, just over 30 minutes away, where we explored museums and had an amazing meal at a local restaurant. We hope to be back soon!

I just wanted to thank you for everything you did for us!! Your home is lovely and I would definitely stay again! We had 3 feet of snow and he plowed everything everyday for us since we worked nights! Beautiful spot you can see the Bay!
