Great home. Central location, trail is walking distance through a community garden. Everything is easy, host graciously responded to all our questions and requests. Kitchen is amazing and we had everything we needed. Family friendly and Pet friendly. Thanks for having us!

Great place for big families. Brought the kids for spring break and we loved it! Didn’t have to leave the property for anything other than groceries because the home has so much to do!

The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

We had an amazing stay at Narine’s Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to everything we needed. One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

I loved my stay at David’s place! Great location and it’s a very walkable area. The flat was perfect for my work trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again. David was very helpful, accommodating and generous, and parking was easy with the permit. And I loved working a bit outside on the balcony in the sun!

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

Everything about Robert’s place was great. Entry was easy, convenient and well thought out. The space is comfortable, private, quiet, and easy to feel at home in. Slept like a baby every night. Having a parking spot is so nice. The yard has a wonderful water feature and feels like a little oasis that takes you out of the city. Two large grapefruit tree produce massive fruits for a sweet/ sour treat for breakfast. Have some fresh squeezed juice every morning. The houses in the neighborhood have a cool old vibe and the space reflects the feel with interesting features, lamps and art. Coming and going is a breeze. Local spots make dining easy. Super cool neighborhood. Highly recommended is every way.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

Historic charm with modern necessities! So glad I stayed at Chrissy and Oliver's place! They are extremely friendly and communicative hosts and were right there whenever I had a question. I stayed in one of the lower units and I found it to be quiet, squeaky clean, and had all the amenities I needed. And, bonus, gated parking space! Even though I was able to easily walk to the Capital in about 15 min, I needed a place for my car, and this was perfect. They also made checkout so so easy. Would absolutely stay again. This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Matt was incredibly generous throughout my stay, always helping me. Being new to the area I was nervous, but Matt was so friendly and kind helping me to adjust to life in California. I always felt safe and I loved how close Matt’s place was to anything I needed! A great person, great location, and a great room! I couldn’t recommend enough!

We did an extended stay due to renovations happening at our home. When you pull on to the street, it can look a little sketchy, but you will be pleasantly surprised when you go through the gates of the complex. It is very quiet and peaceful. Garrett had wonderful communication and could not have been more accommodating for my elderly parents. Would stay here again if a need in Sacramento arose. Thank you!

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.
