Cute, cozy space, great spot for a few days in Fairbanks. Just a few minutes walk from downtown, but also with a heated garage for a rental car, which was nice to have for more flexibility around town and the surrounding area. Partially chosen for the convenience of having a readily available washer and dryer, and a kitchen, as well. Joan was also really responsive and friendly. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever get to go back to Fairbanks.

Our family had a wonderful time at this home! We stayed for 4 days and the 5-bedroom home was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making cooking meals a breeze. We also loved the home theater for relaxing evenings. The large deck was great, and the jacuzzi in the master bathroom was a luxurious treat. The location was convenient, and the house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Parker's house was very clean. The house was a great size where everyone could have their own space as well as be together. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The house had a very cozy feeling and was in a perfect location with a great walking trail across the street. You are close to everything but far enough away in a private setting. I would definitely recommend Parker's house to anyone visiting the Fairbanks area.

This place is close enough to town to be really convenient and far enough that it felt like being out in the country. We got to see northern lights above the house both nights. It was also close to other good northern lights viewing spots. It was comfortable and enjoyable. There were lots of thoughtful details like sleds and snowshoes.

Three coworkers and myself stayed in Maureen’s house for three nights. It is conveniently located and in a nice neighborhood. It has a nice big kitchen for cooking and lots of space for all. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay!! It was like a home away from home! Very comfortable and peaceful. Perfectly situated to be involved with activities a short drive away, but far enough away from hustle and bustle to have quiet....and to see the Nothern Lights from right outside the door! The farm animals are delightful and my kids enjoyed going to the barn to see them. It was one of the best weeks of our lives! Hoping to come back during the summer or fall season at some point to see how different Alaska is in the warmer weather and I would hope to be able to stay here again for that! Our family of four came to Fairbanks for Northern lights and remote work. Staying at Sabrina’s house was very enjoyable. Good location, easy access. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The local recommendations were helpful too. Thanks so much! We also saw spectacular northern lights!

We loved our stay here! It’s in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood at the top of a big hill with great views. It is up a relatively steep hill, which is only an issue with snow, but Chris sent us daily info on whether roads had been plowed, let us meet his sled dogs, and also provided tons of great local recommendations. He went above and beyond as a host! We also appreciated the local coffee beans, sleds, locally made soap and shampoo (that smells incredible), and the many books and puzzles. We unfortunately did not see the northern lights but it was so nice to just wake up, glance out the window, and go back to sleep when they weren’t there. We would definitely stay here again!

An affordable and comfortable cabin option for Fairbanks. Kept us warm and well rested after a long day of driving.

Very comfy stay at Linda's place. loved it! beds were great, was able to BBQ some steaks. The sqare light Bluetooth idea is genius! will definitely use again and tell my friends.

The house was large and had so many bedrooms with nice beds. It was very clean. A large yard with a large deck made it great for viewing the northern lights. The snack trays were awesome and very appreciated after a long day of flying in. chk in was by far the easiest one we've ever had. we would definitely stay here again .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Retreat. It was very clean, and for the most part, well stocked. We slept comfortably in the room with the queen bed. Alia gave us some helpful directions to view the aurora, which we saw both at the cabin and where Alia suggested. The roads driving to the cabin were easy to navigate, snow in early April made AWD necessary.

This cabin retreat was absolutely perfect! It remains my best getaway yet! I couldn't ask anymore of the place itself, or Andy as the host! From start to finish, it was perfect for me! Just adorable! The Northern lights also put on a show the first 2 days I was there! in fact, the actually followed the road to the. cabin and remained above all night! spectacular! It was convenient to access different locations, but felt miles away! I can't say enough! It's an experience that will stay with me! -April

Loved my stay!! This is a cute little cabin with lots of room. I took some amazing pictures of the Northern Lights right from the front porch!! Made the drive out to the viewing area the following night but the photos were no comparison to those I took at the cabin. My only word of caution, I am a person who loves to cook and while adequately stocked for creating most dishes, there are no sheet pans, or casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. I will know next trip to be a little more prepared. I certainly don't mind bringing what I need. Thanks again Trudy!!!

Ms Miranda was extremely helpful with our senior uncle who doesnt handle the internet very well. She assisted us with the logistics of him coming from Texas at the last minute & having a affordable place to stay until he finds permanent housing.

Owners were very proactive in their responses and very sweet. Airbnb feels like it’s private but very close to resturant’s and trails. Finally, on my last night I was able to see the Northern Lights from their cabin!! Host also had this instant hazelnut coffee for the mornings that was to die for. The only thing that could have made this place absolutely perfect is some ambient lighting inside the cabin! Such a picturesque place, and the harsh lights that are currently there are abrasive at nighttime. Other than that, I would absolutely stay again! I’ve got to come back for the winter activities. :) Thanks for a great stay!

Thanks for letting us stay at your place. We really liked the house, lots of room, great living room and a large kitchen The location is great, close to town, campus and ski trails. We would love to stay here again

We enjoyed our first trip to Alaska and the house was a big part of it. It was very clean and comfortable which helped out on the long winter nights. Also, very convenient to town for those quick trips to get something. Thanks An!!

Qin was a very very amazing host. Very fast response time and extremely helpful! The place was amazing and we used the basketball court a lot!

What a gem! The location can't be beat. It's small and a lot like glamping but very comfortable, even in the snow. Heater works great. Hot tub was perfect for viewing the northern lights. The deck has a fire table and comfy chairs. With the right clothes we spend a lot of time enjoying the view from the deck. The outhouse is clean and comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

Jenny was very communicative to any question I had prior to and during our stay. Beautiful spacious location. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer but for a winter Aurora visit, this is the place! We were there 4 nights and if the lights were dancing in the sky we saw them! We enjoyed sitting in the front or back yard - or hot tub - to watch the light show each night - and were happy we didn’t have to drive anywhere! If you’re planning to go to the Fairbanks area - it’s worth the short 20 minute drive to stay in North Pole!

Great place to stay! Beds are very comfortable! Drink station and game room were used multiple times a day. Highly recommend!

Patricia was very friendly and responsive! The space was lovely with enough room for everyone in our group! A wonderful space to use as a home base and explore Fairbanks!

We went to fairbanks to see the Aurora and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The hot tub was great. The night skies were amazing. We didn't have to go far in the bitter cold. This was important to us because we had our 85 yr old mother with us. They had a lot of games and puzzles to keep us occupied until it got a little warm during the day. Just the small stretch of road leading to the house was a little icy but otherwise all the roads were clear. We really enjoyed our stay and our first experience of Alaska winter.
