This townhouse and the amenities are exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of room and it suited our needs perfectly. Our dog was welcome and he, too, seemed perfectly comfortable. The house setup makes it easy to take your dog out for a quick break or for a longer walk. They also offer a shared backyard, but our dog and the owner’s younger dog weren’t perfectly compatible through the fence so we didn’t choose to invade their space, but either way, it’s an easy setup if you travel with a canine. We were very busy on this trip, so we didn’t meet the owners, but they were responsive and helpful via text. We assume they are friendly based on the welcome packet and all the lovely little touches around the house.

It was a great place to stay, we enjoyed our second time at her house. We would stay again if we are in Fairbanks again.

Our family of four came to Fairbanks for Northern lights and remote work. Staying at Sabrina’s house was very enjoyable. Good location, easy access. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The local recommendations were helpful too. Thanks so much! We also saw spectacular northern lights!

We came up to Alaska to see the Northern lights and we were not disappointed! We saw them every night we were there including groom inside the home! the home was adorable which really topped off our experience! you can see all the love that went into this elf house!!! Josie was very sweet and responsive! we would absolutely recommend staying at this adorable home in the North Pole, right down the street from Santa 🎅 and his reindeer 🦌

This was the perfect location for our girls trip to Fairbanks, AK. Clean, peaceful, and beautiful area. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at the Small Haven. The house was perfect for what we needed and our girls had an absolute blast staying there. It's a perfect little getaway location when you want something more than a hotel... Paige was very responsive and communicative and made ours stay wonderful. Small amenities included with the house made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend staying here if you happen to find it available!

Gorgeous home! Laurel’s place was exactly as pictured! Beautifully decorated and super clean but also extremely homey and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, mugs, glasses, and silverware. Definitely more than enough for our party of five. She also had all the kitchen appliances, pots, and pans that you could ever need. Beds were super comfortable as well. Loved all the little touches in the home, especially all the bird feeders! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely book Laurel’s place in the future!

Small, cozy house near Fairbanks airport and it's a convenient location. Tera was good communicator and proactive as well. It was a fun stay and would recommend my friends if they plan on visiting Fairbanks

The Deneege place was an over the top home away from home. Everything impeccably clean, stocked, comfortable, and highly recommended. Easy communication and the location was close to restaurants as described. Would stay there again if ever in Fairbanks!

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

Really cute place & Sheri was very responsive. SUPER clean property. Highly recommend! Note: it is a basement unit with stairs. Great for sleeping. Property is cute & close to everything downtown.

Everything went well

This was for a work trip and the location worked out great. The cost was in line with other listings available. We had no trouble finding it and Sarah gave all the information needed. We chose this listing because of having two bathrooms and three bedrooms that were well furnished and found them to be clean and had everything that was needed. We tend to think the upstairs tenant forgot that there was someone below one early morning and it would be helpful to have a snow shovel available outside when it snows. We would definitely recommend this listing to others and will keep it in mind for future trips to Fairbanks for ourselves.

Nous avons séjourné chez Sierra, notre hôte Airbnb, et c’était une expérience fantastique. L’appartement, situé à l’étage supérieur, offrait une vue imprenable sur la rivière Chena à Fairbanks. Sierra était une hôte extrêmement gentille et flexible, nous permettant de faire un late check-in sans problème. La nuit, entre minuit et trois heures du matin, nous avons eu la chance d’observer des aurores boréales depuis le salon, un spectacle incroyable. L’appartement était très propre, bien agencé, fonctionnel, et très calme, tout en étant proche de l’aéroport, ce qui nous permettait de profiter de la tranquillité et de la beauté naturelle de Fairbanks. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Our main goal was aurora watching, so a comfortable place to rest between late-night outings was a must. The apartment more than fit the bill! We felt cozy and right at home. Everything was clean, the hot tub was always warm, the breakfast items were much appreciated and we enjoyed the games and entertainment options. Brendan and Kelly were excellent hosts. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend to others!
