Cute, cozy space, great spot for a few days in Fairbanks. Just a few minutes walk from downtown, but also with a heated garage for a rental car, which was nice to have for more flexibility around town and the surrounding area. Partially chosen for the convenience of having a readily available washer and dryer, and a kitchen, as well. Joan was also really responsive and friendly. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever get to go back to Fairbanks.

Our family had a wonderful time at this home! We stayed for 4 days and the 5-bedroom home was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making cooking meals a breeze. We also loved the home theater for relaxing evenings. The large deck was great, and the jacuzzi in the master bathroom was a luxurious treat. The location was convenient, and the house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Parker's house was very clean. The house was a great size where everyone could have their own space as well as be together. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The house had a very cozy feeling and was in a perfect location with a great walking trail across the street. You are close to everything but far enough away in a private setting. I would definitely recommend Parker's house to anyone visiting the Fairbanks area.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the start, Natalie and Gabe were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist us. The cabin is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located—not too far from the city but ideal for spotting the Northern Lights. We were lucky to see them right from the cabin, and it was breathtaking! However, in most cases, you’ll need to go out and chase them. The living room is spacious and cozy, the balcony offers a BBQ and forest views, and the heater worked perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has fresh towels and hot water, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! From the hospitality to the quality of the cabin, everything was perfect. Thank you, Natalie and Gabe, for an unforgettable stay!

Three coworkers and myself stayed in Maureen’s house for three nights. It is conveniently located and in a nice neighborhood. It has a nice big kitchen for cooking and lots of space for all. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay!! It was like a home away from home! Very comfortable and peaceful. Perfectly situated to be involved with activities a short drive away, but far enough away from hustle and bustle to have quiet....and to see the Nothern Lights from right outside the door! The farm animals are delightful and my kids enjoyed going to the barn to see them. It was one of the best weeks of our lives! Hoping to come back during the summer or fall season at some point to see how different Alaska is in the warmer weather and I would hope to be able to stay here again for that! Our family of four came to Fairbanks for Northern lights and remote work. Staying at Sabrina’s house was very enjoyable. Good location, easy access. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Great place to be your homebase in Fairbanks. My only regret was not getting a chance to meet the pups. 😁

An affordable and comfortable cabin option for Fairbanks. Kept us warm and well rested after a long day of driving.

From the moment we stepped in, we absolutely loved the place and knew immediately we were in for an amazing week! The house, surrounded by beautiful trees, felt like a true home away from home. Check-in was seamless, and everything was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Craig was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and full of great tips, especially for catching the northern lights. You can really see the thought and care he's put into the home, down to the smallest details. We had a fantastic stay at Craig's place and can't wait to come back! Highly recommended.

Excellent place, exactly what I was looking for! Private, secluded, away from city lights. It looked like it would be great sky for Aurora viewing (sadly we got a cloudy night but it was very dark with big sky). Lots of good trails nearby, and the host left good info/pictures about the place, trails, and surrounding area. We took the sled out to ride some of the paths! Host Lara was extremely helpful and accommodating. This being a small place (as advertised and expected), it didn’t have diverse pillow offerings stored in the unit. If we were there more than a single night, I suspect Lara could have offered a substitute. If you are picky, you may want to bring your own! All in all, an excellent stay and I wish we had longer in our trip to settle in.

If you are wanting to get away from society and enjoy the outdoors in Alaska, this is the place! Be ready to step out of your comfort zone and enjoy what nature has to offer. Jody and everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel right at home.

Loved my stay!! This is a cute little cabin with lots of room. I took some amazing pictures of the Northern Lights right from the front porch!! Made the drive out to the viewing area the following night but the photos were no comparison to those I took at the cabin. My only word of caution, I am a person who loves to cook and while adequately stocked for creating most dishes, there are no sheet pans, or casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. I will know next trip to be a little more prepared. I certainly don't mind bringing what I need. Thanks again Trudy!!!

Ms Miranda was extremely helpful with our senior uncle who doesnt handle the internet very well. She assisted us with the logistics of him coming from Texas at the last minute & having a affordable place to stay until he finds permanent housing.

We enjoyed our first trip to Alaska and the house was a big part of it. It was very clean and comfortable which helped out on the long winter nights. Also, very convenient to town for those quick trips to get something. Thanks An!!

Jenny was very communicative to any question I had prior to and during our stay. Beautiful spacious location. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer but for a winter Aurora visit, this is the place! We were there 4 nights and if the lights were dancing in the sky we saw them! We enjoyed sitting in the front or back yard - or hot tub - to watch the light show each night - and were happy we didn’t have to drive anywhere! If you’re planning to go to the Fairbanks area - it’s worth the short 20 minute drive to stay in North Pole!

Lacy's place is absolutely perfect for a northern lights trip!! The hot tub/window face north which is ideal for viewing. We had insane northern light shows both night we were there. The set up is so perfect - you may have an incredible show from the hot tub or you can wait inside cozy in bed with a great view until they come out. Would think ahead and try to plan meals for sure - you have one pan and that's really all so would just try to think ahead.

Great place to stay! Beds are very comfortable! Drink station and game room were used multiple times a day. Highly recommend!

We went to fairbanks to see the Aurora and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The hot tub was great. The night skies were amazing. We didn't have to go far in the bitter cold. This was important to us because we had our 85 yr old mother with us. They had a lot of games and puzzles to keep us occupied until it got a little warm during the day. Just the small stretch of road leading to the house was a little icy but otherwise all the roads were clear. We really enjoyed our stay and our first experience of Alaska winter.
