What a fabulous 3 night stay we had here. Steven was the perfect host, showing us everything we needed to know. Leaving a welcome pack of fresh free range eggs from own hens, bread and milk along with wine and beer. The moment we arrived we felt immediately relaxed. The barn was beautifully converted and very clean and welcoming. Dogs welcome and Maggie the spaniel made our pooch welcome. Hot tub was delightful and a great way to wind down after a day of sightseeing around. Beds very sumptuous. Cannot wait to return, thank you Steven and Luke 👍

Relaxing break even with kids in tow. The kids loved the farm animals and the very friendly goats were a definite hit. The hot tub was great and the fact we could let the dog run around the field at the back of the garden was good I'm not sure if this would change when the campsite is open. But taking the dog down to the river was enough to tire her out. The river is deep enough in parts for a dog to swim. The woodland walk was lovely its only a very short walk that could be a little tricky if you're unsteady on your feet. Our 8 and 11 year old loved it. We even had a dip in the river. In all we had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.

We nearly cancelled our 4 day trip to Wales as my husband damaged the tendon in his knee and as we were coming for climbing Snowdon and bounce below we thought it would be a waste of time! My husbands knee gradually got better so we decided to stop go and I’m so glad we did! We all managed to climb Snowdon even with a dodgy knee and me a dodgy back and me and my daughter had a great time at bounce below and underground golf! As for the cottage, well all I can say is it was perfect! Had everything you could want and need and the hot tub was such a massive treat (especially getting back from climbing a mountain) It was clean! Fully equipped! And such a perfect location! Thank you for helping us create such lovely lasting memories! We will definitely return and definitely recommend to friends and family! Thankyou x

June’s place was wonderful, the location is great and within driving distance of lovely local villages and towns and also restaurants and shops. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The view from the hot tub was amazing and the garden was very private. We had a fantastic stay!

Great Airbnb for a quiet and relaxing weekend with good access to the coast! has all the amenities that you'd need and the host is very communicative and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Glovers Cottage. The cottage was beautiful and in such a quiet, peaceful area. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics needed, loved the AGA. Very spacious cottage, decorated lovely - open plan flow was great. Hot tub is the cherry on top, perfectly clean on arrival, cleaned daily and kept at a great temperature throughout the stay. Overall a great airBNB which we would love to come back to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This accommodation was wonderful for our New Years hiking getaway with a group of friends. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay - especially jumping in the hot tub after our hikes! I also really appreciated the attention to detail, from the complimentary snacks to the extra touches like the blankets to cosy up in. The location was perfect—close to local areas like Betws-y-coed, and mountains like Moel Siabod or Yr Wyddfa, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a getaway. I will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at the cottage. Jan and her husband were so kind, friendly and welcoming. The check in process was super easy and we were given a lovely tour of the cottage and all the facilities. The garden was secure which was great for our dogs. The cottage was super clear and the beds were very comfy. The hot tub was amazing! And the views all around the cottage were breathtaking. There was a really helpful guide in the cottage filled with local recommendations which we found really helpful. My cousin was planning to come visit us whilst we stayed at the cottage in her small camper van, Jan was so kind and allowed her to park in their yard so she could be close to us instead of having to park at a campsite. Their kindness blew us away!

We had a lovely stay at Jeston’s place. Ideally located to enjoy the beautiful soundings and be close to amenities. Our little boy loved seeing the sheep and horse from the living room window. It was a shame the steam train was not running during our visit as the track is right at the end of their garden. The main bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

We have absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful, lovely picturesque location - just perfect for a few days away. Emma is a fantastic host and really did make our stay perfect- so friendly and helpful x Can’t wait to return x

Karl was waiting for me, when I arrived. Very friendly and informative. Always helpful and even loaned me a rucksack, for my walking, as I had left mine at home. The accommodation is only 10 mins from the Elan Valley reservoirs and the Dark Sky Park. Excellent location Both front and rear gardens have boundaries, so great for letting my dogs investigate securely. I plan to go again, after summer.

Emma place was great, ideally located to bars and restaurants and the car park. Very responsive and helpful to any queries. Would recommend!

Cosy and comfortable cottage. I love the lounge with the log burner. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped very well.

Lucy’s cottage is an amazing place, very well equipped even has sharp knives which is rare !! We really appreciated the air fryer which we weren’t expecting. The log burner always makes a difference especially in bad weather. Try the sausages from the local butchers and the Welsh cheeses from the artisan shop in Harlech. The whole experience was utterly relaxing.

The location was perfect for us because we were visiting family in the locality. Wendy and Mark are always responsive and helpful, its great to find somewhere so clean with so much 'dog empathy' and opportunities for easy walking on the doorstep.

Great place to have as a base to explore this part of Wales. It was sunny while we were there so didn’t need to use the log burner, but still felt very cosy. Joanna came to visit a couple of times to check if we needed anything, and was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding Snowdon and the local area. Highly recommend !

We didn't realise the cottage was in a caravan park when we booked it, but it was perfect. Very well restored and easy to access all of our needs. Our winter booking was peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable. Mind you I was extremely surprised at how much of a tourist hub Rhos on Sea will be in the summer. We'd avoid the crowds then and return in Winter.

We had such a lovely stay at Tu’s cute little cottage. It was incredibly cosy, warm and in a great location just 10 minutes walk from a stoney beach that we had pretty much to ourselves! The dog loved it :) Tu was helpful in answering our questions and with local recommendations… would definitely recommend and stay again! Beware if you are tall, else learn the hard way..!

What a great find! The cottage was charming and immaculately clean. It's in a beautiful area of the country and couldn't be in a quieter location. We definitely aim to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Llys Dewi. Ideal quiet location very close to the sea. Very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Enclosed back garden ideal for the dog and sunny sitting out area. A few minutes from Aberaeron with its pubs, shops and restaurants. Will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you!

What a wonderful and peaceful place to stay with awesome views. You have to visit to take it all in. Great enclosed mature garden so very secure for our dog to roam around which gave us peace of mind. A lovely decking area where we sat early evening with a G&T in hand to watch the sun go down, this was after all late March! Everything is exactly how Sarah has listed it and to be honest we have never stayed anywhere with such a well equipped kitchen. The dining area is light and airy, great to stare out across the bay with a coffee in the morning. The lounge is very comfortable, the wood burner is an added bonus in the evening should you feel the need however that is a luxury as the heating system is very efficient. There was just the two of us so we used the master bedroom, very spacious and with an extremely comfortable large bed. Early morning coffee in bed gazing out at the beautiful view was very relaxing. Would we go back? Of course, it`s a no brainer. See you again Sarah

This is a great option at an affordable price! The house is in pristine condition, and the rooms are actually slightly larger than they look on the photos! The beds were comfortable, and the decor was great. Dewi was a fantastic host: responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our second stay at Susie’s cottage and was just as good as the first! Set In an extremely peaceful and private setting and a perfect location to explore the Snowdonia National Park. The Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and is truly our home away from home when in North Wales. Susie is a great host , very welcoming with lots of local info and recommendations if needed . The little extra’s, Chocolates and bottle in the fridge as well as the cheese were a great touch. Well recommended for a relaxing break or to hike ‘till you drop ! Definitely be back ! Thanks Susie 👍
