We had a wonderful stay. Matt was so helpful and friendly, and the home was perfect for our family, including our pup.

The weather was wet and dreary while we were in the SF Bay Area, but Lisa’s beach house has a lot of amenities (cards, puzzles, games) that kept us busy while in doors. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook our favorite meals. It was home away from home!

We had a great stay to do the Sonoma Valley wine tasting with family that flew in from different States and found everything we need in the house. It’s close by to all the sightseeing we were interested in and the restaurants. Kharis was very nice and helpful. Will recommend the stay to others! Thank you, Kharis! Viktoria

A gorgeous house, equipped with all you need. For me, the best part was the amazing backyard. Leslie has generously outfitted it with furniture and a heater, that allows you to enjoy the nights even in the winter (much appreciated for New England travelers like ourselves!).

It's a lovely place. I hope to have an opportunity to stay there again.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway! My wife and I loved our recent stay at this charming Airbnb. Communication with the host was excellent. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The cedar hot tub was the absolute highlight – incredibly relaxing under the stars in a peaceful, natural setting. We enjoyed the tranquility and sounds of nature. The location was great for exploring, while still feeling secluded. Highly recommend this spot for a couple's escape!

I had a wonderful stay at Tesfay’s place. The location was fantastic—close to excellent restaurants, Lake Merritt for outdoor activities, and convenient access to BART or the highway for trips to San Francisco and other nearby attractions. The unit was spotless and well-appointed, featuring a spacious bedroom, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the Bay Area!

Larry's place was perfect for our short family trip! Everything was spotless and the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for getting into the city when we wanted but also being able to take day trips in the surrounding area. Having a large space to park an SUV was extremely nice so we didn't have to find parking. I especially appreciated the detail Larry put into everything to make our trip enjoyable.

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Fourth stay at Jeff's beautiful flat on the beach. I keep returning because of its great location, sublime views, cleanliness, coziness, and responsive/friendly host. What a joyful space in truly a sacred place.

Izzy was a great host. She was incredibly responsive to any issues (all small and easily managed) that I had. She was very friendly and made me feel right at home. If I’m ever in the Oakland/SF area I would love to have Izzy as a host again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheilah’s place. It had everything the two of us needed for a very comfortable one week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies including coffee, tea, oil and vinegar and a variety of spices. The location was great: we could walk to a variety of restaurants, two major grocery stores and to Walgreens. It was easy to use public transportation from her place to get into San Francisco. Sheilah was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her Airbnb and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Very comfortable and cozy. It was very private and quiet. There was minimal noise. The place had everything you needed and was close by to restaurants, shops, and more. I recovered from a surgery and it was perfectly fine for me!

2nd time staying here! Great space with nice touches that are appreciated and it’s centrally located for Oakland and the East Bay. Will definitely come back next time I do Airbnb in Oakland

Jonathan was a responsive host from the time of booking and throughout our stay. We were visiting San Francisco to see friends and family in the area so we really didn't spend as much time in the house as we had anticipated, but we certainly had everything thing we needed and more that we didn't fully get the chance to use. The garage parking (aka a guaranteed and safe parking spot) was well worth the price and the location is amazingly walkable with a bounty of transit options to take you anywhere in the city. All the rooms were very spacious with lots of space for storing belongings. We only used the beds in the 2 bedrooms. One has a very firm mattress and the other is very soft, so you can choose the ed that works best for you. The kitchen seemed really well stocked, though we didn't use the full capacity during our stay. But we'd definitely stay again at Jonathan's place.

Our 2nd booking with this listing. It meets all expectations. Very clean. Anything needed for our stay was available. A well stocked kitchen was perfect for our meal preps. The super hosts have a generous welcome basket that was wonderful for our later arrival quick snacks. The hosts, Stanley and Virginia, are quick responders to any of our inquiries.

Fabulous place in a great location. The kitchen was modern and had many extras we really appreciated, like a Nespresso machine with pods (there is also a traditional coffee maker for those who prefer drip coffee). The host was quick to respond to communications. Check-in was easy. We enjoyed the location, which was within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

I absolutely love this wonderful Airbnb. It is sumptuous with a rather large walled garden off of the studio apartment. It’s very posh and pretty! ❌⭕️❌, L

I stayed at Virginia’s place for a longer work trip and it was absolutely great! She was very responsive & flexible with arrival, the place was very clean & comfortable with the right amount of amenities (spices, glassware, soap, etc.) The location is great & the neighborhood felt safe! I would stay here again next time I’m in SF!

When I go back to Alameda, I will definitely go here. This place made you feel like you were home.

Terrific stay in a great neighborhood with wonderful hosts. I was in SF with my dog Coda producing an event and needed a home base walking distance from work yet a little removed from the fray. Andrew and Irene were super helpful and their place is very well located in a clean, safe neighborhood a few steps from the Presidio or Marina. I also had a car with me and it took a bit to get used to the parallel parking on hills, but Andrew gave great advice on that. I would highly recommend their place to anybody looking for an SF trip in a locals’ neighborhood that’s still very close to everything. Thanks guys! Alex

Beautiful and stylish home in an adorable, safe neighborhood. The mid-mod furniture is amazing, fun space to spend time in. Creature comforts-wise, the kitchen is very modern, great wifi, cozy stove fireplace thing, good blinds for privacy. Only cons- poor shower pressure, no heat in the bathroom. But everything else was pretty perfect, and I thought worth it for the kindness of the hosts, the location, and the pretty space.

Ellen's home is spacious, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, well furnished with coffee and other overnight items, and has a great view. Ellen checked on us during our stay, made great food recommencations, and was always available within minutes of sending a message. Great place to stay, especially if you're looking for space above and beyond what you'd get at a hotel.
