This is an excellent location to explore the city. A 5 minute walk to Crystal City metro, and right next to restaurants and stores if you need to purchase anything. The convenience store in the basement of the building was super helpful as well! The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a ton of natural light. It has all the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, with plenty of blankets and pillows for the comfortable beds. Archana was very communicative and answered questions quickly, and it was super easy to find, park, and get into the unit. The only thing I'll note is that if you're traveling with kids, it's made very clear upon check in that there are neighbors below who are very sensitive to noise, so there are requests and warnings pretty often about keeping your children as quiet as possible. We didn't have any issues and were able to keep our kiddo relatively contained, but if you have a lot of kids or they're rambunctious at times, I wouldn't recommend.

Great place to stay for a few nights near dc! Host was responsive and helpful whenever I needed to reach out. Airbnb is in a great area with plenty of food options nearby

Holly’s place was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable and Holly was very communicative and flexible. She provided great amenities and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout. We would definitely want to stay there again on our next Washington DC visit.

Ha & Todd’s place was clean, clutter-free & comfortably furnished! It was the perfect space for accommodating myself, my parents & my 2 daughters (3 adults & 2 children)! Very comfortable pillows & beds. Location is close (ie. Few min drive) to a grocery store & some restaurants. It was also nice to have a park & playground in walking distance to entertain the kids! The only thing that I would point out is that there is a flight of stairs leading from the entry door to the door leading into the kitchen so if you have heavy luggage or difficulty climbing stairs, this could be cumbersome. Overall, our stay & Ha & Todd’s place was excellent & I would recommend!

This basement apartment was a nice place to stay. The bathroom was beautiful. The kitchenette had a full size fridge, as well as a microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig. There was also a washer and dryer. We did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, but it definitely met our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet. This is in the basement of the home, so you can hear some noise from upstairs, but it was not excessive (mostly creaks from people walking on the floors). I would highly recommend!

Delightful & cozy little apartment, it doesn’t get more peaceful and quiet than this. Perfect for remote work. And Glen has just about the kindest soul amongst any I’ve met.

This is my second review of the apartment and it couldn’t be more perfect for a short or long-term stay. Mary Kay and Brad are great hosts and quickly communicate for any question or need. The apartment has a nice separate layout with a comfortable bedroom, cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen. If I’m ever in the Northern Virginia area again I’ll happily stay here. Jim

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Georgetown is great and the apt was quiet. Beds comfy. Note that there are several steep stairs so I don’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Also, metro stations (DuPont circle or Foggy Bottom) is a minimum of 20 min walk away (we walk normal speed). Street parking was stressful but we always found a spot at night (we aren’t used to it). Never needed anything during the stay but host was super responsive to our pre questions!

The place was spacious with comfortable beds and enough kitchen supplies. The best part is location with a short walk to the metro and all building amenities(the pool was still closed for the season but we used game room, gym, and library).There is walking path through G1 level in the south tower that takes you to the street with many restaurants and ice cream shop. Overall we were happy with our stay because of the location close to the DCA airport, metro station and value for the money.

This is one of my best and unique memorable experience I ever had in Airbnb on my family trip. The way the home was designed is amazing they never miss any single detailing in presenting it as an aviation theme, one with lot of passion can only do this. One should appreciate there efforts after seeing the property. Zsuzsanna and Shane were very friendly and very responsive. Shane gave lot of suggestions and very helpful. Must visit place anyone can enjoy it. I will be back for more stays in this first class suite 😊

Had a great stay at this cozy and well-equipped apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days in Washington. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

It's no surprise why this listing is always booked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport with lots of dogs, this property is insanely cute. This is an amazing place for solo travelers or couples. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend. If its available for the dates of your travel I would highly recommend booking here.

The location was great. Metro close by (very walkable), great restaurants and beautiful setting. Robert was very responsive to any questions. There is a sauna, but we didn't use it. But what a nice amenity to have!

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

This was our 3rd time staying with Rodrigo 2 times here, and 1 time at another property he has. We will be back again! Thanks Rodrigo

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

This place is a great place to stay!! The kitchen is well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. And the hot tub was splendid!

Great place and great host. Close to the silver, orange and blue lines. The place was really clean and very good deal for the area. Bonus perk was the onsite convenience store that also had really great prices. If you’re sensitive to temperature and like control, I might recommend another place since the building’s temperature controls are centrally managed. Well worth the price, and would certainly stay with Saber again!

We stayed here for 10 days while we were preparing to move overseas. The space was cozy, but comfortable, for two adults, one infant, and two dogs. The condo owners are very responsive, and quickly addressed the few issues I had upon arrival. The building is very pet-friendly and located directly in between Ballston & VA Square metro station. Parking is available onsite (in building garage) for an extra daily fee.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting D.C.! The location was great and place was very clean and comfortable.

La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Tuve varias dudas sobre el lugar y el hospedaje, y respondió a todas ellas. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente para poder acceder al departamento y al wifi a la llegada, debido a que no tenía un número de EEUU la comunicación fue compleja en ese momento, pero se superó de manera óptima y rápida. Por otro lado, al no ser de la zona, no tenía noción de que espacios como la piscina no están disponibles en estas fechas, me habría gustado eso se indicara en el anuncio. Pero, en general, la estadía fue agradable, cómoda y me sentí respaldada por la anfitriona en mi primera visita a la ciudad.

"As advertised" is what comes to mind. There were no surprises, just as presented on-line. It is quite a spacious unit, both the living and the sleeping areas. It is the kind of place to which you can get away and spend some time without getting cabin fever or feeling like you need to go someplace else to be comfortable. There is a desk in the bedroom for those who need to pop open the lap top and get some work done. The living area is open and airy. I appreciate Jenn tremendously. We had problems once with the wi-fi. She was attentive and responsive until it came back on. I appreciate her being there. I recommend this get-away.
