Outstanding townhouse and one we hope to return to. Two big bedrooms - both stylish. Lovely ground floor and kitchen and fun basement/rumpus room/man cave. Walked to king street, caught the metro to dc, short walk to two supermarkets and loads of nice close restaurants. Very friendly host. Nicely recently renovated. Too marks from me.

A very nice place to stay to explore the northern Virginia area! very clean and neat townhouse with parking spots. Very responsive host with lots of recommendations. Five stars would stay again!

We stayed here with our four small children ages 8-3. It was absolutely a perfect set up for our family. Everything was beautiful and in great condition and we felt like we were at home but in Washington DC. The kitchen is STUNNING and as a textile designer I appreciated all the gorgeous vintage rugs and furniture in the home. Would absolutely stay here again!

The place was in a great location. Grace was very responsive and helpful.

This townhouse was a great value for the price. Our stay was for over four months. it was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. There is plenty of shopping in the area and fast food. My husband found it an easy commute to Fort Belvoir. We felt right at home and we would stay there again. Linda was a responsive host.

This is a great place to stay very comfortable, host was very communicative. We got a notification that we forgot our phone before I even notice. Thank you so much would definitely stay again.

The townhome had an amazingly clean, bright, and welcoming atmosphere. We had everything we needed including a modern upscale kitchen with new appliances. We would book it again next time we visit Alexandria.

Jack was a great host and very prompt with communication. The place had good amenities and a comfortable place to stay for families.

Best airbnb experience so far. Everything was great, clean rooms, very safe place to stay with family and kids. And for sure our host Tech is the best! He did everything to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. Definitely recommend to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay! We had a wedding in the area and Janis's place was a nice respite to come back to after wedding festivities. The home was super quiet and clean. The beds were amazing! Good night sleep for everyone! We would definitely return!

Kaleab's home was so beautiful and inviting! It really does have everything you need and more. We cooked almost every breakfast and every night for dinner to save on our trip and it really had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful TVs, the built in shelves and marble kitchen and bathrooms, and Master bathroom. That tub was amazing and I'm only sad I didn't spend more time in it. It was such an amazing place to relax after a long day of walking the sites downtown. Kaleab checked on us every day from before check in until after. And was super responsive to all messages we sent. I saw other reviews about the garage. We have a Subaru outback and got in and out easily. We were there a whole week and we loved it so much it was hard to leave. I will definitely check on this place if we ever come to DC again. Thanks again Kaleab!

I had a great experience staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, and not for from D.C at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I really appreciated their quick communication. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family! The location was perfect—just a short distance from the charming Old Town & waterfront park. The host, Brian, was fantastic and extremely flexible with our needs. The instructions provided were clear and made check-in a breeze. While the kitchen was a bit on the smaller side, it was fully equipped and worked well for our family’s needs. Overall, the space was comfortable, welcoming, and well-situated.

We stayed at the Urban Pineapple for a month and really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back again someday! It is very walkable to King Street and the Braddock Road metro stop. Shanda was able to get parking passes to allow us to park our cars right in front of the house on the street which was very convenient. The house was well stocked with dishes and utensils. We had everything we needed. The only issue we had was with the internet connection, however the host brought an extender for upstairs and then later again came and moved the internet receiver downstairs. With those two changes, we didn’t have a further issue with the connections. Shanda was really responsive and continued to follow up to make sure everything was working properly. She really wanted to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend the Urban Pineapple as a great stay in Old Town Alexandria!

Nice place to stay and we stayed for a month without any issues. Comes with so many white and clean towels, we were very happy about choosing the place as our temporary home.

This townhouse is nicely renovated and right in the middle of Georgetown. It is spacious, clean and well appointed, and we appreciated that we had all the amenities you would find in a hotel like toiletries, robes and coffee. You are within walking distance of everything you would want to do in Georgetown, and we were easily able to find overnight parking in the deck at 3151 K St. NW using SpotHero.

Daniel has a hidden gem ! It was my and my boyfriend’s first time in DC and this place was perfect! It’s about 20 mins from Downtown and it’s located by a lot of other amazing shops. The place was very clean, we opted for cooking and Daniel had mostly everything including basic ingredients. The Washer/Dryer and Space heaters were definitely a favorite! & we also were able to extend our checkout time by a few hours with no problem! We will definitely be back ! Thank you

I'm a little conflicted writing this review. I dont want to share this place with anyone and not ever have it unavailable to us! AMAZING place, well stocked! with all basics+. The description is less than adequate but you wouldn't believe it until you actually go here. Walkable for all of Old Town, metro is 3 blocks with a 10 minute ride to DCA. Trader Joes around corner. Coffee maker w coffee, everything you need for a stay of any length. Host was/is amazing, responsive and extremely patient with stupid questions(don't ask how I know that) 5 stars isn't enough for this Old Town Gem. Thanks for great place!

Great place, great location. Stayed here with my husb and 2 kids, and the place had everything we needed. Walkable to the sights and to a metro station. With the craziness of the cherry blossom/spring break crowds, we were super happy to have stayed at such a great location. Place was clean and quiet!

This house was great. The location was perfect. It's very close to 495, restaurants and other activities. Parking and getting into the house were a breeze. The house was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Gilbert was very responsive to messages before our arrival. Once we were there we didn't need anything from him but he did message to be sure that everything was going ok. Another plus is that there was not a laundry list of things to do before checkout. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat for any future visits.

Stayed with kids for almost a week while visiting DC and it worked out perfectly. Most places look good in the pictures and can be disappointing but the townhome was as good as advertised. Great to be able to fit a full size SUV (Ford Expedition EL) into the garage and easily walk to the metro. There is a park right across the street for the kids to get the last of their energy out before heading back. Comfortable neighborhood and walk to the metro. Even though we did not use all of it, the unit is stocked as good or better than a hotel. Someone could easily come with nothing but a bag and stay the weekend. When the metro was closed in the morning, I was able to take a Lime scooter to the National Mall with ease. Generally just a good option with or without kids if you want something more than a hotel but close to DC.
