Great place to stay! Very nice home and was easy for us to drive to restaurants and tourist spots. The house was really nice, beautiful kitchen. Beds super comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for me, my wife, and dog

Candice’s listing was exactly what she said! My son and I wanted to be close to Capitol Hill so that we could walk to all the sights and museums. The apartment was perfect for us as a “home base.” There were lots of parks and parking nearby just as Candice promised. I was quite nervous to drive and park in DC but getting to her place was relatively easy. Found a great spot and left the car there while we explored. Just 2 blocks up the street were several great spots for dinner, cafes, and the eastern market. It’s fair to say we ate our way through the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and nicely renovated with a full kitchen (not that we cooked). The pull out couch was surprisingly comfy. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs bc the dogs bark a fair amount—that said, it felt like home for us bc we have barky dogs also. Stay here if you want to be right there in all the action with far more amenities than a hotel!

The home was perfect for our needs! It is an old row house so not very wide but the set up makes it feel spacious. The third bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a door as it is the open space at the bottom of the stairs but it still felt private. As with any old home with wood flooring, you can hear those staying with you but I never heard the neighbors (we had a baby with us so I know they heard her but they were gracious and friendly). Everything is updated and the beds were very comfortable. Maggie even had a pack n play sent over when we asked about one. She was very responsive and checked on us often. It is one block from the metro stop entrance and you don’t have to cross any main roads to get there! One more block to King St and you are at a bus stop. Buses and trolleys are feee on King St so that was very helpful and has stops every two blocks. We loved our stay here and always stay in Alexandria during our visits so we will be back to this rental! Thank you Maggie and neighbors!

JCS Farms was a great place to stay in the greater Washington DC area. It is away from the hustle, but close enough for a drive down I66 to the National Mall and all the attractions. There was plenty of room for the six people we had. I appreciated that all the fixtures were labeled so there was no hunting around for the correct light switch or kitchen utensils. Our host was very communicative taking us through the check-in, check-out, and all the stuff in between.

Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful the minute we pulled up. The apt was just as she describes and some. My kids enjoyed the stay as well as us adults. So much to do and felt very safe and at home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

The Hunt Box was a wonderful place to stay for our family. Very quiet and peaceful and an amazing view. It’s very nicely decorated with high end appliances. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Absolute peaceful oasis. This home gives you every essence of Virginia Wine Country. The home was quaint and the deer came up every morning to greet us. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the pool is open! Thanks again

Everything was beautiful and well put together, nothing was out of place. Everything was clean and not one question was left unanswered. Very easy to get what you need like the grocery store across the street (Wegmans) and you can get something to bite at any store/restaurant near you there is a movie theater as well. Hosts were able to answer very promptly, would highly recommend this spot in Alexandria.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß , man hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen ziemlich kuschelig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit , im Sommer mit Pool wäre es wahrscheinlich noch schöner gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig was aber an der amerikanischen Bauweise liegt . Leider gingen die 2 Wochen viel zu schnell um und wir müssten wieder nach Hause. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter er war immer sehr hilfsbereit , leider haben wir uns nie persönlich getroffen.

A great house for big groups. Lots of amenities for all including children. Would be a great house for summer get away. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than any place we've stayed. Lots of rooms and plenty of space in the great room for dining, playing games and chilling out on the couches. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely go back, highly recommend it!

It was our family’s first time visiting the Washington DC area, and also our first time booking through Airbnb. This very spacious, beautiful, and clean house exceeded our expectations and contributed to our wonderful vacation experience while also providing us with the comfort of feeling right at home. Our host, Ruben was very nice, responsive and helped answer all our questions in a timely manner. We are very appreciative of Ruben for hosting our family. I stayed at SuCasa's place for a work trip and found it to be the perfect location for my needs. The building has some great common spaces, too, that were great for remote work. I loved the high floor and city view. The bed was especially comfortable, and the gym in the building was perfectly suited to my needs! Couldn't get much more convenient. I travel to Washington a lot and if I could stay here every week, I would!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Lisa et Brian sont des hôtes vraiment adorables, ils ont proposé des services qu’ils n’étaient pas supposé nous proposer et se sont vraiment investis pour faire de notre séjour un moment paisible et d’exception. Nous avons adoré le calme de l’emplacement. Le jardin à l’arrière et les petites promenades de quartier avec bébé étaient très agréables. Nous sommes restés 10 semaines dans ce logement et n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Brian nous a dit qu’il allait veiller à rafraîchir un peu l’appartement avec de petits travaux, et la décoration ainsi que l’équipement sont vraiment super. From my first enquiry, Sarah was quick to respond and helpful. As I have mobility issues, I had questions about how accessible the unit was and if there was somewhere secure to park my mobility scooter. Sarah offered various options, including providing a lock and cover if needed. She also followed up shortly before our stay, as she had done some exterior work and wanted to make sure that the unit would still suit our needs. The unit is spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed & linens. It is in a charming quiet neighbourhood but close to a busy commercial area with shops, restaurants and subway station all very walkable but it is in a very hilly part of the city. Sarah procured a parking pass for us in advance & finding a spot was not an issue. There is a little noise from above, but nothing that you wouldn’t expect from a basement unit. Overall, the place was ideal.

Very beautiful Airbnb to stay in. The hosts were extremely quick in response to any issues or questions that we had and were very friendly. The house is accurately shown and has a lot of space. Will definitely be staying here again!
