I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and charming.I especially appreciated the little touches, like the game room and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

The home was the perfect place to host family members attending a nearby wedding! Such a comfortable kitchen and great room, we so enjoyed our time catching up with each other!

This was one of the best AirBNBs we have ever stayed in! It was a beautiful home where we felt right at home. Mrs. Margo & Mr. Jeff have everything & more that one could need. I love all the small touches, like having games for the family & as simple as blankets on the couch. It was so clean!! It was perfect for a wedding weekend at Fawn Hollow. Chris was a wonderful host. He is very friendly, accommodating,and responsive. The house was great! It was just perfect for us and our daughter. It gave us a cozy place to wind down after a busy day. We all immensely enjoyed our stay and will be booking again the next time we are in Higden!

Absolutely loved our trip. The Air B&B was a beautiful place host was wonderful kept in contact with us through our 4 hour trip we made it an hour early before check in and he let us go on in! and even after we got there we had a bad storm come through and he emailed us to make sure we were all good!

We loved Matt’s place! An immaculate home, beautiful location on the water, extremely comfy bed, and so much more. Matt is one of the best hosts we have ever had. His artwork decorating the house is beautiful. The view of the lake is even better than we expected, and he gave great directions to the nearby boat launch. Matt even provided a welcome note, extra propane for the grill, and a basket of snacks! We felt so welcome from the moment we walked in the door. We live in the city so it was a treat to watch the sunset and see bright stars while eating dinner at night on the back porch. We are relaxed after staying at Matt’s place, and we hope to return soon. This was even better than five stars.

This lake house was amazing! Family and I stayed here for a quick 2 night stay and wish we would have planned for longer! The view of the water was beautiful and the home was so spacious and clean! Felt like home away from home. If we weren’t on the water, or sitting around the fire pit, then we were playing pool! Lauren was so nice and quick to respond! We truly enjoyed our weekend stay here and made tons of memories. This will be our new go to spot!

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

We loved our stay! It was very clean lake house with all the necessities. Lots of fun activities to do at the house and a beautiful space inside and out.

I highly recommend staying here at this beautiful and cozy cabin. The Hosts were absolutely amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US! Extremely responsive and kind. We had such a great time here and the cabin was filled with everything we needed.

Daniel was an excellent host. The cabin was beautiful and spacious. It was amazing to watch the sunset from the elevation we were at and overlooking the city at night. Would book again.

the wife and I and our two golden retrievers really enjoyed our stay at the little cabin. comfortable seating and a comfortable bed, nice smart TVs and a large yard. the Kevin was very well stocked with cookware and the stuff you use everyday like paper towels and tp. Marla was very responsive to any questions we had and even brought by some extra fresh eggs from her chickens

I went with a few of my friends on a girls trip and this Airbnb was perfect for us! We’re already talking about planning our trip for next year and staying here again.

This cabin is beautiful and has lots of space for large groups to stay. The location is perfect for a vacation to Ferry Lake. You won’t be regret! We had a wonderful experience there.

This is a great cabin for a weekend golf outing or just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I’ve rented here before and it is always spotless and comfortable. I will definitely plan to rent this cabin again.
