This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

Chad was a great host. The place was extremely clean in a great area. Everything was exactly as posted and better.i would recommend to anyone!

This is a lovely place to stay! Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view from the back of the house. The bedrooms are located in 3 distinct parts of the home so everyone felt they had privacy when needed. It was a great space for our family (with multiple families) to spend time together.

Chris was a wonderful host. He is very friendly, accommodating,and responsive. The house was great! It was just perfect for us and our daughter. It gave us a cozy place to wind down after a busy day. We all immensely enjoyed our stay and will be booking again the next time we are in Higden!

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The house itself was a true gem, boasting pristine accommodations that exceeded our expectations. Every corner of the property exuded cleanliness and comfort, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped inside. The expansive outdoor area surrounding the house provided ample opportunity for relaxation and outdoor activities, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the natural surroundings and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen was well-furnished with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. It made preparing meals a joy rather than a chore. Overall, this Airbnb offered a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and style. The pristine condition of the house, combined with its well-appointed rooms and generous outdoor space, made for a memorable and relaxing stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay for a family trip or trip with friends. Plenty of room, great kitchen to cook in with a large dining room to have meals. Having a coffee/tea bar was so welcoming and the wine refrig was great. Ice machine was super for keeping your drinks cold. The bedrooms were all so comfortable with their own TV's in every one of them - this alone is special. If traveling with children or adults who are grow-up kids, the jungle room is absolutely fun!!! Having the pool was awesome, with plenty of room to gather around or just get some sun. Nice area with shade too, which is a plus for the hot summers. Fenced in yard was perfect for our furry children and they loved it. Location was great for using Greers Ferry Lake and house was very close to a marina to rent a pontoon or boat. Lake is beautiful. We will absolutely return to this spot and can't wait to reserve again.

My family and I loved Karen’s place! This house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking! Beautiful view over looking the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group enjoyed our stay over New Years at Rachel & Greg's place! The space worked well for our two families, including several teens. Renting both the main house and bunkhouse allowed us plenty of space to spread out to play games, watch movies and enjoy some downtime. We also enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and spacious deck! The kitchen was nicely appointed, and we felt right at home the entire time. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thank you Joe! We were up for a family reunion and have never had to rent something in Heber cause it was home for years and then had lots of family there. We have only one family left there and so had to get a place. It was comfortable and convenient to all our activities. Will stay again for sure!

I rented this for my niece and family for their stay during our family reunion. They loved it! I don't know what they expected but they seemed so extraordinarily pleased. The condo was terrific with amenities in easy walking distance for all of them. They felt they were being treated to something extra special. It made me look good! I'd rent again for sure.

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The host was always very responsive and helpful. The place looked just like the pictures. We can’t wait to stay again!

We had a really nice stay at this property. It is very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had a bit of trouble with the AC at first and the host was very attentive and proactive about getting it taken care of. (Turns out the AC wasn’t actually on and it was just the fan that was blowing, so it wasn’t cooling. We aren’t familiar with the Nest system, so it took a minute to figure out the problem.) Even after we got that figured out, we struggled to keep it as cool as we would have liked because the system would default to a higher temp when we were gone/inactive and it would be warmer than we wanted upon our return. I will note that there are stairs up to the property from the (easily accessible) parking lot and then into the condo. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be difficult for someone with mobility problems or very young children. Overall, it was a very nice stay! I was especially happy with the responsive and kind nature of the host.
