We had a wonderful stay in Brian's charming home. The house is even more luxurious than in the photos--everything is first-class from the beds and linens; to the spacious kitchen with every new appliance you could need; to the comfy living room area with huge flat-screen TV. We had more than enough room for our family of four and our kids loved how close the private beach was, literally out the door. They kayaked and enjoyed walks on the beach. The area is in a very quiet, private neighborhood with close access to the shops and restaurants on Madison's main street. A perfect retreat any time of year, we hope to come back soon.

A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

Paula's house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 7 adult females looking for a comfortable space to relax and unwind for an evening, and that's certainly what Paula's home provided. It was clean and cozy, and had a TON of sleeping space - everyone got their own bed (the pool house was an especially fun place to sleep!). While the main living space was pretty small, it was designed and laid out really well. Would definitely return - preferably in the summer when we could enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool! Very nice house with lots of room to spread out. The tv room was our favorite. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location is not far from grocery store, hiking and wineries. It snowed the night before we left and we were nervous about going down the steep road but the neighborhood does a great job plowing. We really enjoyed our stay!

A very comfortable place for a large group to stay. We had 9 and everyone had a comfortable bed with only one couple sharing a massive (california?) king sized bed. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and glassware. (As always with any house rental, if you want to cook, bring your own knives). Huge dining table fit us all with room to spare. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone to hang out in while breakfast was being made by 2-3 people. Convenient off street parking. Easy on off to the highway. Very clear instructions on how to get in. This is a large, three storey home that's been nicely touched up and improved. The wood floors are beautifully redone--what look to be original wood floors. The bathrooms are updated, spacious and clean. The place was spotless, uncluttered, and the perfect temperature when we arrived.

This is the second time that my boyfriend and I stay at Filiz's place. We love how calm the neighborhood is, how close to everything we are, and how incredible his place is. Looking forward to staying here a third time!

Booked this for my mom visiting from the South , perfect location very close to shops and restaurants. The rental was clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book again

Loved the balcony and view. The decor is really cute, and the place was very clean. I rented this just as a place to sleep during my event in town, but it was so nice I wanted to spend more time here!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Quiet area, great space, and host was very helpful and responsive. Even when I mistakenly left an item after I checked out, Kirk did me the favor of shipping the item to be quickly. Would definitely HIGHLY recommend!

Hastings is a sweet little town and the apartment is conveniently located near station and shops. It was good value for two bedrooms in the New York area. Place was clean with good light and character. I enjoyed climbing the hills and there were some steps to negotiate. There was some noise but nothing more than you would expect from a family living above.

Dan and Jill’s place was a peaceful little gem with a stunning view from living room windows. There are multiple outside spaces to relax. The inside was absolutely spotless and decorated very nicely. Lots of plants give it a zen feel. The kitchen was beautiful and nicely appointed. Extra effort is made with the coffee amenities. Would stay again ! 😊

This was just what I needed for my first trip to Mohegan Lake! Quiet neighborhood. Cozy bed. Great water pressure. I’ll definitely be booking again if I come back to this cute little town.

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here for a month. The apartment was VERY clean when I came. Had everything I needed. It felt like home. Nicole is EXTREMELY responsive and constantly made sure I did not need anything. There is a ton of great food nearby and very walkable area. As listed, there is no elevator so there are quite a bit of stairs. But not terrible. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.
