Really great place to get away from the city. Close to nature + fun things to do if thats your thing, and also well-equipped enough to just stay at home :)

Excellent home for our extended stay. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and much appreciated. Robert was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this house and we would stay again if we are in Stamford again.

The lakehouse was great. Perfect location on a quiet end of the lake. A blue heron came and caught fish off the dock most days we were there. The house was clean and smelled fresh. Kitchen was well outfitted. Ayellet was extremely responsive to our inquiries. The hot tub was freshly filled and chemical treated before we arrived. The sauna was simple to use. Plenty of towels and linens. In short a perfect place for a lake vacation.

This is my second time staying in this beautiful home. A friend and I just wanted to get away for the week to relax and decompress, and this was the perfect place to do it. The views of the ocean are extremely beautiful. The sunrises and the sunsets on a clear night are breathtaking. The house is super clean and immaculate and we literally feel right at home. Plenty of good restaurants to eat in the area as well. Very private and very quiet which is much needed. The host is always very responsive and very helpful as far as recommending some of the best places to eat. Will definitely be returning for another stay here in the near future.

I had a wonderful night stay! The airbnb is super cute and cozy! Cristina is very friendly and quick to response. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We booked Brian’s place for our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, peaceful spot to have it in. The house had everything we could have asked for, extremely clean, neat, and a fully stocked kitchen. The big oven was being repaired, which we didn’t know about prior to arrival, we were going to use it to heat up large trays of food, but it was a minor inconvenience and we made do. The weather wasn’t great so we had our ceremony indoors, the house had plenty of room for our 35 guests and 4 dogs. The game room was a big hit and getting to feed the horses was a lot of fun, beautiful animals. If you’re looking for an amazing place to have a wedding or just take a serene vacation away from it all, don’t hesitate to book this home.

We loved our stay in Calum's Airbnb! It is a short commute from NYC and conveniently located between two main areas with plenty of grocery store and restaurant options. The home itself is well equipped with an amazing kitchen and many board games - so we were always entertained.

Had a great time, the place was just perfect for what I needed. the peaceful sounds of nature, and the coziness were amazing. really enjoyed the stay, and hope to come back on better weather to enjoy the kayaking or the firepit. either way this time was amazing.

This place was so peaceful and gorgeous! We stayed here during the A Weekend in the Life event and it was such an easy drive into town and to all the activities. The house itself had great amenities and things to do! During our stay, the heater did break, but our host was on top of it. The house has a pellet stove that kept it toasty, so she had 5 bags of pellets delivered to the house for us, she had someone come out and service the pellet stove and she had someone come out to service the heat all in one day! They were accommodating and helpful. We also had our dogs with us who has plenty of space and the airbnb didn’t smell like dog. You couldn’t tell it was a pet friendly place. We loved it!

If you’re reading this to decide whether to book, do it - this was such a nice stay! Came up for a last min bday trip and feel lucky we got to stay here. Brian is an uncommonly good host and went above and beyond in so many ways - great communicator, flexible, gave us extra recs when stuff nearby was closed, provided a great local guidebook, and stocked the house so well (I like to cook and there was an actually well-stocked kitchen there). We didn’t find ourselves needing any essentials and the house had a lot of well-thought out comforts (insane hot tub, heated toilets, a ton of seating). On top of that the house is set up for fun at home - communal lounge area for a big group, pool table downstairs, board games, easy to use projector, silly wigs, big yard, a fridge that plays spotify (???) & we brought our pickleball set and played outside. These guys really know what they’re doing - thank you for a great stay and we will definitely be back when it warms up!

Laura and Rashaad were gracious hosts, gave us clear instructions for their beautiful home, and helped us feel welcome with great restaurant recommendations and information about the area. Their home was clean, cozy and spacious - nicer in person than the pictures showed! We had one hiccup with a door being stuck and they even refunded me $100 - unnecessary but very appreciated! We had a wonderful weekend and would 100% return.
