We had a group of ladies from around the state, everyone said they would absolutely come back to the property again! We arrived and it was incredibly clean, smelled amazing and was setup for our bachelorette perfectly! Laura was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were perfect and so relaxing. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms extremely clean and everything you could ever need in the home.. bug spray, beach towels, pool floats, kitchen appliances (toaster, many coffee choices, etc). We hope to be back for another weekend at Laura’s rental!

The parking was important to us and there was plenty of room there for the trucks. The property, more importantly room situation was accurately decribed which we also appreciated. Beth was very responsive to any messages sent. overall great experience.

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

The crew was very happy their stay. They loved this place and asked to stay here again when we are back.

Great location very close to downtown Athens and OU. Comfy house with everything you might need, plus a really cool party space downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Great host and house. Worked great for a girls weekend. We loved the extra large master bath suite which served as a great place for our group to get ready and styled up for outings all together. Only wish the weather allowed us to use the beautiful outdoor space.

This stay was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this space for anyone, but especially for a larger group of people. A group of us got together for alumni weekend at Ohio State and Pete's location was perfect! The home is pristine and every detail has been considered. Our party of 10 all had a bed to sleep on and had plenty of privacy. The kitchen/living room space is the perfect gathering spot indoors. The outdoor space is truly magical! The pool and hot tub were essential for our stay (in late October) and the outdoor fireplaces were also great gathering spots. This home allowed us to visit and catch up without having to go out all the time for our trip. The location is perfect - it is close to OSU as well as the interstate if you need to get anywhere in Columbus. Pete was an outstanding host. He was responsive almost immediately if we had any questions and went out of his way to show us how to utilize more complicated things. I hope we can return soon!

Great stay! I had a silly self inflicted issue and Racheal got right on calling to help me figure it out/make sure it went okay. The house was incredibly roomie. Lots of cozy spots all over the house. Already looking to bring back other family members to visit Otherworld and will get on renting this location again for the visit! Wanneese and Mario were great host, very responsive and helpful. The home was perfect, sparkling clean and very welcoming, no detail was left unturned. Grocery store were a quick five minute drive. My family and I loved the space. We would definitely book this home again!

Stayed here for LL 2024 and would do it again. It was a 7 minute ride to and from aside from getting there unless you left after 2-3pm. It was the perfect place to have AC, stay in from the rain, have a bed to sleep in and full kitchen/refrigerator to not pay festival food prices for every meal. Scott was and continues to be the best, nicest and most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. He treated us like family allowing us to check in early, check out late, etc.. He responded through the app as fast as if I was texting his personal cell. One of us left an item at the home and he sent it back right away. I plan on trying to book this anytime I come back for LL or come back to the area. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and everything was as advertised. We wish we could have used the boat slip/dock and fire pit but didn’t have the time.

The house was beautiful and very well kept. Our whole family loved the spa pool and hot tub! Both were clean and very well cared for as well. This was our very first experience with air b&b and we couldn’t have asked for a better host! She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back in the future

We absolutely loved the place! Quiet neighborhood, walkable restaurants and bars, private backyard, and close to a beautiful lake. The home was clean and we'll organized, as well as well stocked. We plan to come again next year!

Spyglass Landing was the perfect waterfront getaway! The home is beautiful, with stunning canal views, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy upgrades like the hot tub and fireplace. We loved the game room and outdoor patio, and the private dock made it easy to enjoy the lake. Everything was spotless, and the hosts were great.

Will absolutely be staying again! Very quiet neighborhood. Finding the place was easy but was not expecting to be going up hill on rocks and the road to be really skinny, unsure how we would of let cars pass if someone was trying to go the opposite direction. Otherwise, home was very clean, stocked with all the necessary amenities, and was given list of local things and instructions in a welcome binder. My friend and I went in March and weather was warm with some rain. The house stayed cool with windows open and screen door open, but at night the house got up to 75 degrees and took all night to climb down with windows open and trying to turn the air on. Very good place if you’re looking to get away from civilization and reconnect with nature! Hocking hills hiking trails were about 25 minute drive.

This rental was a perfect getaway for our family! We enjoyed everything this house has to offer! The hot tub is perfect after a long day of hiking at the local hocking hills trails. At this house you are about 20-30 minutes from all the local attractions which was perfectly fine with us! We also enjoyed the little creek behind the house. The house was spotless and had everything you need for your stay. We read past reviews about the WiFi being spotty so we downloaded shows and movies on our phones for late at night. We booked this house for a weekend unplugged from work anyways so it was perfect for us. We hope to stay again in the future!

This place was immaculate and spotless. The land was private, no additional guest cabins or homes near the property. Spent a lot of time around the fire pit , looking at stars and enjoying the nature. The house contained everything you could ever need for your stay and the host was very helpful and fast to respond to a few questions about the area. I would 100% come back to this house and I am already looking to put together a family trip for mid summer.

We had such a great time staying at Jenny’s place. It was super clean and very comfortable. The Rayburn farmhouse had everything we needed and more. It was a comfortable home away from home. Jenny was proactive and gave great instructions both through the app and in a book in the home. It was adorable and affordable. We definitely hope to rent from her again!

Kathie was wonderful! The house was beautifu, clean and worked well for our family of five. We stayed for Christmas and she was kind enough to hang stockings, put up a tree, and decorate so we could feel at home. We would love to make this our go-to place to stay when we visit family, which was only a 7 min. drive away. Thank you for having us!

The home was cozy and matched the pictures. Perfect for a quiet getaway. I would be interested in coming back in the warmer weather as everything seemed walkable and the lake was beautiful. Restaurants in the area were very good. Beds were comfortable and the layout was nice to be able to relax. Great stay for our girls trip.
