Kimberly’s place is fabulous. The location cannot be beat - you’re close to everything yet have the peace of a quiet street. The apartment is well appointed and impeccably clean. The instructions are very clear with lots of suggestions for great things to do. I hope to stay here again.

Very clean and easy place to be in. Greta neighborhood. Easy parking. Hosts were very quickly responding when I communicated with them.

The location was perfect for our trip. The house felt like home. This accomodated the 4 us with a little room to spare. We really appreciated the baskets of extras throughout the house. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay again when we visit our friends in West Haven!

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

Henry is an attentive host who appreciates having guests and treats his guests well. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Henry’s place. Henry met us at check in and walked through his place with us to familiarize us with it, which we thought was helpful. The availability of the refrigerator and microwave met our needs. Henry is a wonderful host. He checks in with his guests to see if he can be of assistance or to find out how we are doing. He was very helpful in answering any questions we had, and responds quickly. Henry’s place is clean and comfortable. He has several safety features that we appreciated. A well-placed motion activated night light between the bedroom and living room was appreciated. There are several motion-activated outdoor lights that were helpful for entering the apartment in the evening. We hope to stay at Henry’s place in the future!

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Rosaria herself was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great place. Thank you, Rosaria!

We enjoyed our stay. We were attending a wedding in the Bronx and it was very easy getting to and from. One of our concerns was parking. It was no problem at all. The lot across the street has plenty of parking during the day - you just need to move your car to the street by the end of the night. Street parking ends at 8 a.m. on the weekends. We had no problem on the weekends.

Lesly's place was extremely meticulous and SPOTLESS. It had every single thing you would need and more. I only needed a quick place to crash in a clean bed and shower the next morning....and it was perfect. Freshly washed sheets and the bed was VERY comfortable. Great coffee in the morning with the Keurig.....and everthing you need in the bathroom from towels, toiletries etc... I was there for business so I got there at 3am....had an issue getting in because I didnt know to hit # after the number. (my fault) and she IMMEDIATELY answered my message in SECONDS to help. Amazing stay!!!!

The apartment was clean and easy to find! It was super cute inside with plenty of space! Loved the kitchen and fireplace!

We loved it ! It’s beautiful ! The kids had a great time . It’s clean .. the bathrooms are beautiful both of them . It’s right off the highway and we had no complaints what’s so ever ! The space was comfortable, functional and very nice. It was quiet despite the potential construction going on next door. It has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. It is within walking distance to downtown and the train station. Wish we could stay longer. One of the best kept Airbnb's I have stayed in.

The place was very clean and well-decorated and well-equipped. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Would recommend.

Kettly and Peter's place is clean, peaceful, and private -- the suite has a separate outer staircase and entrance. We enjoyed being able to come and go without disrupting the owners. Kettly and Peter were gracious to receive our two Amazon packages during our stay. We highly recommend their place for its location. It was close to the village of Wading River, the local beach, and several historical sites. Several wonderful restaurant options were a short drive away. Wildwood State Park is within 15 minutes by car and well worth a visit; likewise for the North Fork communities located farther East on the Island. BTW, the Fall scenery and local wildlife (i.e., wild turkey, white-tail deer, and pheasant) were abundant and delightfully unexpected. We highly recommend Kettly and Peter's place as a comfortable base -- Thanks, Kettly and Peter! We'll book again on our next trip to LI!

The accommodation was cute and cozy, and very comfortable. I received a renter's handbook of sorts prior to check-in, so all my questions were answered there. Check-in and check-out were a breeze!

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

I was VERY EXCITED with my stay and would stay again and would tell everyone about my AMAZING AND WONDERFUL stay. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and fulfilling stay. I felt like I was home away from home. Allison was very, extremely helpful with making sure that we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. She went above and beyond making sure that everything was taken care of if needed. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She’s a fantastic host.

Several of us just came back from a quick overnight trip to Brookfield, and I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area of CT. The bottom floor was recently renovated, so the place is really well laid out with plenty of amenities. There is enough to do on property to keep a group of people entertained for a weekend stay if you plan on sticking around the house. The location is incredible, situated in a little nook right on the water with a ton of privacy and a huge backyard. And definitely reach out to Flory in advance as she plenty of recommendations for things to do and where to eat while you're in town. You will have no regrets if you book this place.

This place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I’m part of a group of engineering students who came to Connecticut to participate in a robotics competition— this place was amazing. There was a bunch of room for us to move around, many beds, a great kitchen, and an awesome hot tub. The host was super helpful, responsive, and kind. If I ever come back to Connecticut, I’ll highly consider checking this place out again— seriously great.
