Very clean and the host is very kind and responds quick. The pay is worth it because the room feels comfortable and aesthetically appealing. The window faces the golf course and overall the view is great. Apart from the nice host, the caretaker is also friendly. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

For me, this place is really a bang for the buck ❤️. I loved that it has a spacious bathroom and everything necessary for an urban living. What I liked most was the minimalist and aesthetic vibe of the place. The bed is also big, surprisingly (it's good in the photos, but better in person). Lastly, the kitchen, though compact, has everything a guest needs.

Had a bit of confusion about the actual number of guests that can be accommodated comfortably overnight, and the hot shower was barely warm, other than these, it was all good. Place was superb. Jovelle was warm, friendly, generous, and a very good host. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

Tolle Unterkunft, wie abgebildet. Patricia war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Nachdem ein lauter Zimmernachbar nicht dazu zu bewegen war Nachts leiser zu sein, hat uns Patricia völlig unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Beim nächsten Besuch buche ich gerne wieder bei Patricia.

A nice place that is just near the Boni Station. Very accesible especially when commuting. Sir Ronald is very responsibe too in communicating, and is very accomodating with requests. The place has the enough necessities for bath and hygiene. Will definitely book again here soon!

Got the place to host for a reunion/party with friends and it accommodated us just fine. Loved the master room and master bathroom. Everything is so cozy. Loved the karaoke in the loft; we spent a lot of time there. It is also helpful to have a responsive and helpful host. Although, they never got back to me about the microwave. But overall, the airbnb is great! Would recommend!
