Wir genossen 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in der hellen Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und ins Grüne. Die Betten waren bequem, das saubere Badezimmer etwas klein und in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Internet war sehr schnell. Ab und zu gab es Stromausfälle, was aber in Puerto Rico üblich ist. Daniela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reaktionsschnell. Empfehlenswert!

What a gem! Everything is brand new and modern. Plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. This unit has great amenities and amazing views of the ocean and islands. The moon shimmers off the ocean, and the buildings on the hill behind the property look like Encanto all lit up at night, which my daughter loved. The property has 3 great pools. It's close to Loquillo's beautiful beach and the Yunque rainforest. Jesus is a great host who thinks of everything. He's always available and ready to make your stay amazing.

The stay at Jorge’s place was everything we wished for and more. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We had breakfast literally on the beach every morning. Luquillo offers is a great location for going to the rainforest, exploring the local beaches and driving to San Juan in 30ish minutes. We are so glad to have booked this beautiful, clean and well maintained home and can’t wait to be back!

Thanks for making our stay very comfortable! We loved the condo and the people around the area. They were very helpful when it came to the little things of just getting around and having great communication skills.

Stunning views, huge pool and incredible personal touches. We loved our stay! Kesil provided perfectly detailed instructions, checkin was a breeze! When we first opened the door we were awestruck by the beautiful view and bottle of wine! The apartment was very clean and well kept. The bathrooms felt recently updated, and had everything you could need. They gave hotel vibes with complimentary makeup wipes, toothpaste, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment to make full meals. The refrigerator already had drinks and snacks to get you started. They were several pantry items as well. The bedrooms were also wonderful. Each room had a smart TV, large closet, and dresser. The master bedroom had a huge walk in, what luxury! Each room had large windows with ocean views and blackout curtains. There was a quaint little patio where I enjoyed the sunrise and coffee. Overall the property was exceptional and we will return.

The host was really responsive and once we figured out how to get inside and where everything was, we felt extremely safe. The neighborhood isn’t the best but we didn’t have problems from anyone and the air b&b was super nice and modern. The host provided beach items which was great and it has a convenient laundry room. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

If the words Tranquillity, Rest and Peace don’t appeal to you, don’t stay here. For us, this was our 2nd visit to Ladera Retreat. And, as long as we make it back to the island I’m confident it won’t be our last! Val and Ed really have really outdone themselves with this property. Not only is the location beautiful to look at, the sounds of the coqui’s and birds are beautiful to hear. The property was spotless, comfortable and enjoyed by all. In addition to the more common amenities one might find at an AirB&B, Val and Ed have provided beach chairs. Towels, board games and even sand toys for the kids (so considerate). My family had an amazing vacation here! Thanks Val and Ed. PS. Ask Val about touring the farm when you are there! For a small fee we received an educational tour and were taught about native plants and sustainable farming, we fed chickens and turkeys and sampled so many fruits (including cocoa) from their bounty!

Perfect location by the beach in Luquillo. Melissa is very responsible and helpful. You will not be disappointed when staying here. Easy to get to and easy to access. We are very grateful to have stayed here and look forward to our next visit. Beach is just a short walk away. Melissa provides beach chairs as well! A bonus for us

We stayed for a week during Spring Break and loved it. The view is amazing and the breeze from the windows felt so good. The place is clean and cozy. The AC in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping!! Rene was super quick at responding to all my messages. Totally worth it!!

Excellent location, beautiful view of the marina and water. All of the amenities were available. The check in was smooth and easy place is very clean being a very restful and relaxing time.

Beautiful almost 2 weeks of a solo business retreat! The space was exactly as described and yes the views are spectacular. I needed a spot to get away from the cold and hunker down to get work done. The WIFI, weather, and location was fantastic for what I needed. I chose to not rent a car, opting for using an UBER and it was a good choice. I did take a couple side trips to the SanSe festival and a snorkel/dive excursion to Culebra Island. Quick tip if you choose to Uber in and out- I Highly reccomend placing a pick-up grocery order at the closest Pueblo market. There is an easy website to do this and I set the pick-up time to align with my Uber trip from the airport. It worked pefectly for me. There was a tiny charge for the additional stop. It was wonderful to arrive with all the provisions I needed!

If you need a place that is close to the ferry terminal - this is the place. It was very convenient getting to the ferry! Lazaro was great at communicating throughout the entire process. We appreciate the snacks and fresh mangos that were left for us! Thank you!

Elba’s apartment is an oasis. The location is great for nature lovers: we were about an hour out from El Yunque and 30 min away from gorgeous beaches/ hikes at Cabeza de San Juan. The apartment also came stocked with beach towels, tupper wares, spices, pots and pans - all these made day trips so much easier (we were able to cook + transport meals). Also, we loved spending mornings on the patio, and it was so helpful to have access to a washer!!! Lastly, Elba (and her colleague Don Angel) are wonderful, super communicative hosts ❤️ thank you both for a wonderful stay.

The place was very clean and felt safe to be there. Francheska is amazing at responding and helping with anything that you might need, it was incredible!

Had the pleasure of staying at Las Casitas Village. It was a private community with stunning amazing views of the beach, pool and golf course. You can even see the other smaller islands that surround Puerto Rico. The stay was amazing, exactly what we were hoping to get. Plan to be back in the near future!

Beautiful location! Has waterview and you can see the sun rise beautifully from the apartment floor. Pristine, private, and comfortable. Host was friendly, instructions were clear, and check in was a breeze. Lots of amenities. This was really a great deal.

We loved the location, we were close enough to the marina to take a ferry out to the island. We hit the bioluminescent bay at Laguna Grande and also went hiking to some waterfalls in el yunque while we stayed here for a few days. This is about 45 minutes from the airport which wasn’t too far after a long travel day. My kids liked the pool and sport court that is out the back door. We found lots of yummy food. Highly recommend las Vistas cafe- make a reservation for lunch or breakfast- nicest owner, best food!! This location is very bright at night, bring an eye mask haha

Esta propiedad es increíble. Lo Recomiendo 💯 desde todos los puntos de vista. Empecemos por la anfitriona Rosa. Ella fue muy amable en contestar todas mis inquietudes prontamente, fue muy servicial al recomendarnos hermosos lugares y buenisimos restaurantes a tan solo 5 min. Gracias nuevamente Rosa. La propiedad es hermosa, limpia y muy cómoda. Tiene un patio gigante de recreación con piscina, lo que ves en las fotos es lo que recibes… ya quiero volver con toda mi familia, por qué la propiedad tiene 4 mini apartamentos individuales equipados es como si te quedarás en un mini hotel ..afortunadamente para nuestra estadía nadie más reservó. Eso quiere decir que tuvimos privacidad.

Great place to stay! We booked last minute, because wasn’t happy with our hotel. Responding was very quick. Apartment located near restaurants, marina and beaches. Very safe and well maintained. Also very clean!

Great condo and great views. Very clean and plenty of space. Access to the two villa pools was nice and being able to purchase drinks from the infinity pool bar was ideal. Although this was advertised, not having access to the Conquistador for food makes it essential to have a car. Luckily the parking is easy - most restaurants are close by and the marina is less than a 10 minute drive with options for charters / excursions. Would definitely recommend.
