El lugar estaba muy limpió, una cama super comoda, muy atenta la anfitriona. Lo recomiendo para cualquier persona que quiera pasar un tiempo agradable en el area de Fajardo

Beautiful almost 2 weeks of a solo business retreat! The space was exactly as described and yes the views are spectacular. I needed a spot to get away from the cold and hunker down to get work done. The WIFI, weather, and location was fantastic for what I needed. I chose to not rent a car, opting for using an UBER and it was a good choice. I did take a couple side trips to the SanSe festival and a snorkel/dive excursion to Culebra Island. Quick tip if you choose to Uber in and out- I Highly reccomend placing a pick-up grocery order at the closest Pueblo market. There is an easy website to do this and I set the pick-up time to align with my Uber trip from the airport. It worked pefectly for me. There was a tiny charge for the additional stop. It was wonderful to arrive with all the provisions I needed!

This place was awesome! If you looking for an outside experience this is it! Host was great and responsive. Outside shower and hot tub was amazing! Would definitely come back here. Issac is the man!

The host set a welcoming tone prior to our arrival, sharing about herself, sending emails describing the area, offering insider tips on activities, and giving details about how to check in. Once inside the condo we were dazzled by the view and the 24/7 sound of the ocean below. The host provided delicious local coffee as well as snorkeling gear, with tips on where to go to snorkel. There's a designated spot for a rental car. Amigo supermarket and Walgreens are nearby. The town is walkable with local bars and restaurants. One thing that some might consider a drawback (didn't bother us) is that the building is on the older side. Some units have sea salt corrosion on the bars of their balconies. Only 1 elevator was working; the other was out of order. Travelers accustomed to pristine accommodations might equate "older" with unsafe. The building and area might be older but the people are absolutely lovely and we felt safe at all times. We loved our stay and would return to this condo!

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

We had a great stay at the villas! There was more than enough room for a family of 5 adults. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials like pots and pans and knives, and even a blender, and we were able to use it to cook a number of great meals. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the multi-unit setup was great to provide individual space to different groups. The soundproofing between the apartments was excellent. The outdoor area significantly exceeded our expectations, and was a great environment to relax and hang out in. The pool was clean and a good size and depth, with a good collection of floaties and toys. The view was breathtaking and there were tons of options for seating to enjoy it and interact with your group. The location felt secure, the neighbors were kind, and the host was impressively responsive. Overall would definitely recommend this AirBnB to anyone going to Puerto Rico with a group.

Ismar was very helpful throughout our stay, the place was exactly how it looks in the pictures. The location was perfect for traveling on the ferry to culebra and reaching other popular places like los Kioskos de Luquillo. Overall, a great experience.

Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING!!! We came to Luis’s place to celebrate the life of my dad after his passing. His wish was to return home to his beloved island of PR. The hosts were outstanding! They helped me with all my local planning and preparations. They provided recommendations for a florist, print shop, party rental place for chairs and tables, and chef. Their outdoor space was perfect for the ceremony. The house accommodated 14 of us comfortably. Everything was just as pictured and described. My family and I were very comfortable and felt right at home. Hosts were very responsive to our needs. The only problem we had was finding the place. GPS takes you right within walking distance but if you don’t know where to go from there, you could wind up driving in circles for a very long time. If you plan on visiting search for the Seven Seas Food Park. Once there, make a right onto Calle B, then your immediate next right, and another right. The house is at the end of the road.

Un lugar excelente para mi luna de miel, todo quedaba cerca, un ambiente relajante para poder disfrutar con mi esposa. Totalmente recomendado !!

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Edith's house. She was so welcoming and helpful in her communication both before and during the stay. The home was comfortable, private, safe, well stocked and furnished with everything we needed. We felt right at home immediately. It was a great home base for traveling with grandparents and a baby while exploring Luquillo.

Good place to stay for a few days with flexible arrangements. A super responsive host made things easier for us

The place was amazing and very comfortable for our family of 5. Enough space for everyone. The little bar at the end of the street has great food and reasonable priced drinks. Only thing I would recommend is to rent a car. Getting an uber or taxi was a process. Anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. Even tho everything was close in driving distance. I would definitely rebook the next we come to visit.

We booked this because we had a bio bay kayak tour that ended at 10pm. It was perfect, a quick walk to the kayak village and the Mexican restaurant below was delicious. As mentioned in other reviews, the dogs and the chickens are loud; but bring earplugs and you’ll be fine!

Great place for a lot of R&R. Kellie was responsive to any questions asked and was even proactive in notifying me and keeping me updated when there was an island wide power outage on 12/31. The area is beautiful. The only thing the apartment overlooked was the ocean and pool.

Nancy was a great host. This place is perfect for 4 people. The balcony upstairs was a great feature to have. Overall the neighborhood was nice, lots a stray cats which I made an effort to feed before I left (animal lover) & there are three pools. Nancy was super sweet & if you’re a young person just looking to have fun with some friends this is a great find. Small tip: bathroom could use a shower curtain. Water was getting all over the floor which wasn’t ideal. Not a big deal though.

Enjoyed our stay at Carmen place. 1st floor apartment in a high rise. The balcony has as beautiful view of a marina. I looked watching the Pelicans dive for fish. A comfortable bed, if you want sheets for the pull out ask Carmen for them. There is no oven, only a microwave for removing the leftovers. There are many good restaurants close by but not walkable. I definitely suggest renting a car. My favorite excursions were a guide tour at El Yunque at Las Tinjas Falls. And Horseback riding at Carabali. We took the beach tour. I just loved it. Enjoy Puerto Rico

Great apartment, unbeatable views of the ocean. Very comfortable place, very clean. Everything is as described. So convenient and helpful to have the beach chairs and toys. We loved the apartment, we will be coming back!!

This was the perfect place for my sister and I. We had such a lovely stay- can’t beat the constant sound of the ocean and ocean breeze. The generous amount of towels was much appreciated 🌞 We will be back to visit!
