Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and as described. The host was helpful, and the location was convenient. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, the view of the lake and the sea, the sunrise - a real delight. As a family with small children, the cafe on the ground floor with various snacks, pastry and food plus the small playground in the courtyard of the building were very useful. A relaxing, beautiful and safe place. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Burgas! Thank you, Lilia, you are a great host!

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast bei Daniel in Burgas. Die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss war angenehm kühl und hatte einen tollen Innenhof! Wir durften sogar Trauben für uns pflücken. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen im Randgebiet der Stadt- eine Auto ist also vonnöten, um gut die Umgebung zu erkunden. Liebe Grüße, Christoph und Janet

Komunikácia s majiteľom bola super. Hneď po príchode nám všetko vysvetlil a dal tipy na dobré reštaurácie a miesta v okolí. Byt bol priestranný, čistý a bolo v ňom všetko potrebné zariadenie a vybavenie. V blízkosti ubytovania sa nachádza autobusová zastávka, viacero obchodov, reštaurácie, lekáreň a neďaleko je pláž. Jedinou nevýhodou je neprítomnosť výťahu, čo nás ale nijako neobmedzovalo. Celkovo hodnotím ubytovanie veľmi pozitívne, odporúčam.

Great spot in the middle of Burgas. The beach is nearby, walkable distance to the town centre. The location does not offer a parking spot, but if you have a car, use the parking Gurko nearby. You can get a weekly ticket to park your car for 50 leva. No problems at all. I would suggest adding the hairdryer to the flat.
