Place was good. We always appreciate having more space and this provided plenty for two people. The value was fantastic! None of these things impacted our rating, but wanted to share in case you’re like me and like to know the deets: the beach is LEGIT a close walk away - loved that! Met a few retirees who were so kind - loved that too! We had no issues finding chairs at the pool, but we were there mid-March. Towels are provided, but they are normal size and a little rough. Toilet paper is very single-ply, so if you like boujie TP, bring your town. There is really only one good mirror (in the bathroom), so if it’s a girls’ weekend, make sure you bring your travel mirror. There ARE other mirrors, and they would work well for tall people (I’m 5’ 5” and couldnt use them). The bed is more firm - I love this for me. Again, sharing the details because I always have these types of questions. Overall, liked this place!

We can't say enough good things about our stay! The location is perfect—just steps from a beautiful beach and an amazing swimming pool that quickly became our family's favorite spot. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and minimalistic in design, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved that the kitchen was well-equipped; our family of five often grabbed groceries from the nearby HEB and easily cooked or reheated meals. Communication with the host was clear and easy via Airbnb messages, and check-in was a breeze thanks to the straightforward instructions provided. The area also felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind, and our whole family truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. All in all, it was a great deal for everything offered, and we’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

When arriving the place was very clean we had a few water bottles, everything for the kitchen from utensils to dish soap. Beds had covers. Bathrooms had everything as well from hot running water to toilet paper, shampoos body soap. Place was nice for the family of five that we have. Would definitely go back for another stay.

The location is a short walk to the beach, it's the middle condo and we had no neighbors the majority of the stay so that was nice, the garage is large and they have some beach chairs and toys for kids in the garage, a few of the appliances were out of date, we communicated that with the host and was told the items would be addressed for future guests, overall it was a nice place with everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation on South Padre Island.

Amazing view, and an incredible stay! We were fortunate to go during the off-season, so we got to experience the place with the “Winter Texans.” Check-in was smooth, we always felt safe, and we enjoyed that there is on site staff 24-hours a day. The pool is heated, and the hot tub is great! We walked up 20 minutes to go to various restaurants, and even walked to the Southern Wave lunch cruise. We enjoyed all the amenities the place had to offer, and felt right at home. We were able to turn off the A/C and enjoy both patio doors open to a comfortable 68 degrees. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise, and even experienced it sitting on the beach one morning. There is on-site laundry that you can even use a smartphone app to see the status of available machines and time left on your loads. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys peace & quiet, and being able to walk to the beach or area restaurants easily!

Such a beautiful condo and definitely recommend! Already excited for my future stays in Padre because of them!

This place was top notch. The kitchen had plenty of silverware and pots and pans. There were power-bars on the bedside tables making it easy to plug in devices to charge at night. It just seemed like whoever set this up wanted to make their guests comfortable. The host was super responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I usually send the host a list of areas for improvement when I write my reviews, but in this case the only thing that went wrong was that a bulb burnt out. And the host would have come and replaced it on Jan 1st if I hadn't told them that they should enjoy their holiday instead.

Our stay was amazing! Patti was quick to answer. Our pool heater broke, she had someone over to fix it right away. She went over and above and let us have access to the pool next door. Definitely would go back!
