Falcone : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Non potevo chiedere di meglio, persone squisite, casa molto confortevole e dotata di parcheggio privato, vicina ad un’uscita dell’autostrada, con un bar a pochissimi passi come pure un’edicola. Ripeto non potevo chiedere di meglio.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Muy buena recepcion y flexible en el horario, departamento muy nuevo y bien decorado con todo lo necesario, un patio muy lindo, silencioso, bien ubicado.

Tornerò sicuramente da Carmelo. Lui gentilissimo e disponibile, la casa è stupenda. La vista mare è da togliere il fiato.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Emanuele ! Il nous a bien accueilli à notre arrivée, nous donnant plusieurs suggestions d'endroits à visiter à Catane. L'appartement est grand et superbe. Nous avons pu profiter des deux balcons et les deux airs climatisés était grandement appréciés. Le quartier est tranquille, près des services et marchés. Il y a un arrêt d'autobus pour Taormina à 5 minutes à pied, et la gare centrale est à 20 minutes, ce qui est très pratique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Gennaro and his family are great and very kind hosts. Flat is located in clean and safe modern part of town just 20 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo, trough authentic streets, old buildings, parks and local markets. AliBus Connection with Airport is perfect, AliBus station is just in the front of the building. Central bus station is 10 minutes walk down the streat. Local food stores and Lidl are located next to the building. Restaurants that Gennaro recommend are close and affordable with good food on the menu. Definitely we will come back again, highly recommend!

Casa con vista bellissima, la zona dista poco in auto dal centro di Catania, ma è comunque ben servita da lidi, bar e ristoranti. Gli host sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci sarebbe sicuramente qualche accorgimento da dover fare all’ appartamento ma per il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto dare una recensione da 5 stelle.

L'appartamento è semplicemente stupendo, esattamente come nelle foto (se non meglio!). Curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per spostarsi e godersi la zona. Un grande grazie al proprietario, che è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento fin dal primo contatto. Ha risposto velocemente a ogni domanda e ci ha fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza piacevole e senza stress. A great base in Riposto, we stayed with our children (10 and 12) and it was simply perfect to strike out from and explore the area. Also we had a lovely day where we just bought some local food to prepare and lounged around on the roof terrace relaxing. The host and her helper were supremely helpful and friendly, it really was a bonus to our stay. Thank you !

We had a wonderful stay in Gaia's apartment. It was even bigger than the photos made it look and in a nice, quiet part of town. My friends arrived before me and Gaia was there to do the checkin with them, which was very kind as it was before the designated check in time. At one point there was an electricity outage in the flat and the neighbouring houses, but Gaia and her husband were very responsive and came over immediately, and even brought us candles too. Many thanks for being such a welcoming host Gaia, and letting us stay in your beautiful apartment!

Stunning views over the sea and side of Etna. Sunrises at breakfast outside was great way to start the day. Hot tub worked very well and especially useful in shoulder season when cold at night. You need a car to do anything as not much nearby (there is a restaurant but opened too late for us with young kids). Great activity centre for kids 7 mins away. 30 minutes from Taormina which is touristy but amazing. Andrea was brilliant, very helpful and always keen to help. 2 large bedrooms on seperate floors. Great value for money.

Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral zu allen Möglichkeiten die Salina bietet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Gaia und Leonardo für die schnelle Kommunikation un den früheren Check-In.

Host molto reattivo, amichevole e professionale. Appartamento su due piani che si trova all’interno di una struttura formata da 3 soluzioni differenti. Spazio esterno con piscina la vera chicca.

Per dirlo in anticipo: è stato meraviglioso! L'appartamento non solo è esattamente come descritto, ma quando si è all'interno o sulla grande terrazza si ha una meravigliosa sensazione di molto spazio e luce! La vicinanza a tutto ciò che è importante e alla zona pedonale è un altro punto a favore. Per me, la vicinanza al porto è stata altrettanto piacevole e divertente per osservare il trambusto quotidiano. E vorrei sottolineare in particolare la cordialità e la gentilezza dei padroni di casa: Martine e Gaetano. Posso raccomandare caldamente sia loro che il loro appartamento!

Thanks to Gaetano we had a perfect stay! He was so helpful and even brought a plate of delicious pasta, because we had some problems with our rental car and arrived quite late at the first evening. The accommodation is more than beautiful: you have a perfect view of the Etna and you can try some of the wonderful juicy oranges. Everything was perfect!

Die Villa in Campofelice ist wirklich der Hammer. Eine tolle kleine und einheimische Gegend. Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum, man hat alles was man braucht und ist in 3min am Strand, dabei ist es auch total ruhig, weil man zwar Nachbarn hat, aber wenn man keinen Kontakt will, hat man trotzdem seine Ruhe. Eine absolute Erholungs-Oase! Außerdem ist die Villa viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Es gibt auch einige Strandlokale und tolle Restaurants am Strand, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind! Der Gastgeber hat auch absolute Geheimtipps auf Lager, wo man besonders den sonnigen Tag mit einer wundervollen Sizilianischen Küche ausklingen lassen kann! Also total empfehlenswert! Auch mit Kindern oder klein Kindern super, denn man hat sein eigenes Grundstück mit einem Tor und man kann sich darinnen frei bewegen! Die zwei Außenduschen waren perfekt nach einem sandigen und salzigen Strandtag! 😉 Und auch die Grill Abende mit hier ausgestattet Grill waren toll! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Gracie mile!

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

Giuseppe was extremely responsive and helpful with everything from accessing the place and giving restaurant recommendations. The apartment is highly charming and personal. The shower was outstanding! The price was great too. The neighborhood is easy walking distance from the sights and lots of restaurants. There were always lots of people on the streets, but it is quite dirty, with lots of closed store fronts.

Loved the space, even better than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. The outdoor space is also very nice, and theres plenty to do in the area. Would recommend!

Emplacement idéal, centre, restaurants et commerces accessibles à pieds, plage plus loin (mais accessible à pieds car ça descend et pour remonter il y a le téléphérique). L'appartement, situé dans un très grand complexe, est très spacieux, très bien équipé (seules les salles de bains sont un peu vieillissantes mais très propres). Très grande terrasse, très agréable avec une très belle vue. Fin octobre, il y a peu de soleil sur la terrasse et l'eau de la piscine est un peu froide.

L'appartement d'Andrea est parfait, mobilier moderne matériel neuf lit extra large . Douche italienne au top et une vue imprenable sur la vielle ville et sur l'Etna idéal pour moi qui suis photographe Professionnel les recommandations sur les restaurants parfait et je conseille comme Andrea la Trattoria pizzeria : il borgo di frederico ax2 pas de l'appartement, généreux excellente et prix . Encore merci pour toutes ses découvertes

Die Wohnung von Dorotea ist wundervoll. Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Hier sind die Dinge gut aufeinander abgestimmt: schöne Möbel, Spiegel, Lampen... Zu Fuß ist es schwierig wo hinzukommen. Es braucht ein Auto oder den Bus. Nach Taormina sind es mindestens 30 Minuten bergauf über Treppen und an der Straße entlang. Joggen vom Haus aus ist daher nicht wirklich möglich. Der Balkon und der Blick ist großartig. Wir haben beides genossen. Hier kann man stundenlang verweilen. Dorotea erfüllte und jeden Wunsch und war immer ansprechbar, freundlich und reagierte schnell.

Na een lange reis kwamen we aan in het appartement. Eerste indruk was top! Ruimtelijk en schoon! Tuin/terras geeft echt een toevoeging aan het huisje. Wij hadden een dag later problemen met de kookplaat. De host bood ons een andere appartement aan waar alle faciliteiten aanwezig waren en werkten. Christina reageerde altijd en snel! Super host!!

Appartamento molto pulito, luminoso e ben arredato. Host molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, consigliatissimo!
