Faliraki : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Wir waren zu viert einige Tage in Rodos. Dank einem Mietauto waren wir tagsüber eigentlich immer unterwegs. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber alles nötige. Die Küche ist teilweisr etwas spärlich eingerichtet (z.B. kein Brotmesser und allg. eher schlecht schneidende Messer..). Pantelis war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wohnung eher ringhörig, andere AirBnB Wohnungen rechts und links. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt, wo man viel unterwegs ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Thank you for great comunication and welcomegift, that was wery on time upon arrival. Fotis friendly organised to get for us early checkin as we traveled all night and arrived in the morning and that was possible! Also we enjoyed one hour late check out! We had our own outside space and felt very welcomed and safe! New marina is near and few great restaurants as Naval. Enjoy the stay and go easy walking distance to amazing Old town! Even beach is in one minute reach! All the best wishes to host!

De locatie klopt niet helemaal met de beschrijving, maar is toch, door het duidelijke nummer 18, goed te vinden. De locatie heeft zicht op de zee. Wij hadden storm en dat was prachtig uitzicht over de zee. De accommodatie is erg schoon en de host Ermioni is vriendelijk en mee denkend. Wij hadden een probleem met de ferry, storm, en konden met gemak later uitchecken zonder extra kosten. Het is echt een prettig verblijf.

Fantastic location, quiet yet close enough to the nice town of Faliraki. Everything you need is walking distance. Boat dock is outside your doorstep to take you on lovely day trips :)

Konstantinos ist ein äußerst freundlicher und unterstützender Gastgeber. Er konnte immer erreicht werden. Wir hatten ein angenehmes Aufenthaltserlebnis und hatten eine gemütliche Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und wie erwartet. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem ruhigen Ort. Rhodes ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem sind die Nachbarn die dort leben auch sehr nett.

very cozy apartment directly on the beach with a wonderful sea. air conditioning working very well, no problems with water/hot water. Tanja always very kind all the time even if she is in south Africa. I really recommend her apartment and Tanja as a friendly and serious host

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay it was a great spot, everything pretty much in walking distance. Konstantinos was very helpful and very responsive, great place great host and great value!

Had a great stay at Foivos's place. It was exactly as described and the location was superb - 7 mins walk to old town, 2 mins to beach. Having the supermarket downstairs, with an ATM, was a bonus and the women who worked there were lovely and super helpful. I did have to buy rubbish bags and paper towels but this was no biggie due to the proximity of Lindos supermarket. I appreciated the coffee machine and enjoyed my coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Lots to see! I am noise sensitive but it was quiet with the doors closed and I slept well. The key safe wasn't working but Foivos sent clear instructions to collect them from the supermarket which is open from 7.30am to midnight and all was super easy. The studio is on the 3rd floor but there's a lift if you have bags.

La casa, come la vacanza, è stata fantastica; dotata di tutti i servizi e ottimo base d'appoggio per vedere tutti i punti d'interesse dell'intera isola. Georgios è stato molto disponibile e proattivo a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. Molto gradito, all'arrivo, la presenza di diversi prodotti nel frigorifero (acqua, birra, frutta, burro, marmellata, pane ecc.) e la possibilità del parcheggio, coperto, all'interno della proprietà. Negozi, ristoranti, spiaggia sono situati molto vicini alla struttura (300/400 metri). Assolutamente da consigliare!

We enjoyed the stay and the village. Quiet and calm at this time of year which is what we had hoped for. Friendly Perfect beach spot opposite the apartment and in the afternoons we walked to the other end of the village to the stone beach where we were basically on our own. The apartment patio was also a nice restful area in the shade with a great view to the sea. To see the sunrise you need to walk a few hundred meters into the village, or climb the mountain/hill next to the apartment, which is what we did. A good week.

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

I had the most fantastic 9 nights in haraki .. the apartment is perfectly located directly across the pedestrian walkway straight onto the most beautiful beach. For me, paradise to wake every morning to the view and sound of the sea! To swim everyday before breakfast and then to sit outside on the patio to enjoy! The apartment is a good size and had everything for my stay, including a full size fridge/freezer and stove/cooker. I found the (back entrance) to the flat easily enough with Nikos’ instructions, but I have been to haraki many times and know the layout .. maybe not so easy if you don’t know the area, and you arrive in the dark! Restaurants all very good, with a fantastic selection for everyone, and easy to walk to. Also 2/3 small supermarkets for basics but there are some larger ones within 10 mins drive. Bed comfortable, if you prefer firm, although a side table/lamp would have been preferable instead of bright main light. Maybe some updating needed but overall fab!

Wij vonden het een hele leuke accomodatie een oase midden in de stad. Vooral de binnenplaats had echt een woww factor. De accomodatie zelf is niet groot, maar dat staat duidelijk aangegeven en stoorde ons niet. Er was van alles aanwezig, allemaal lekkernijen die we konden eten en zelfs een lekkere fles wijn waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Katarina & Periklis zijn geweldig vriendelijke mensen die zich onzichtbaar hadden opgesteld. Dank jullie wel!

Really kind host, always responsive and helpful when we needed it. He fixed us transport to and from the airport and a place for our luggage to stay inbetween checkout and when our plane left. Great spot would recommend👍🏻👍🏻

Alloggio bellissimo ,casa molto grande e spazi ben divisi! Bagno leggermente piccolino ma soddisfa tutti gli spazi ! Siamo stati 11 giorni ed ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra ! La zona è tranquilla c’è un bar davanti che è sempre aperto e fino a mezzanotte comunque le persone si incontrano e chiacchierano quindi questo potrebbe dare fastidio a chi va a dormire presto e ha necessità di assoluto silenzio . Stessa cosa per la taverna dietro casa ,essendo un ristorante la voce delle persone e la musica è attiva almeno fino a mezzanotte! Per il resto non abbiamo avuto problemi e intoppi ! Consiglio vivamente a chi ha necessità di sentirsi come a casa propria! L alloggio dista a 2.5km in macchina alla spiaggia più vicina (30 min a piedi ) quindi avere una macchina è essenziale per prendere questo alloggio altrimenti in autobus è veramente scomodo ! Una cosa molto bella è stato trovare il frigo pieno di bevande !vi ringrazio tantissimo ! Spero di rivenire presto ! Grazie mille

Das Casa Piccolo war für uns eine wunderbare Unterkunft, Empfang und Kontakt äußerst herzlich und hilfsbereit! Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Stegna Beach ist dies schöne Häuschen eine Oase der Ruhe und für 2 Personen ideal. Es ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Kleiner Hinweis: die Saison endet zum 1. November. Es haben nur noch wenige Restaurants und Läden geöffnet und man hat den Strand für sich allein. Ein Auto ist dringend zu empfehlen.

Centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions and beaches. The property is quirky and homely with a very Greek home feel. Home was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay.

Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Anthoula ist unheimlich herzlich und das Befinden ihrer Gäste ist ihr unheimlich wichtig. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und hat uns auch mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank Anthoula ❤️

Great apartment, very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Nice coffee place around the corner. It is a bit far away from the center but there are buses driving regularly. Supermarkets are nearby as well as bakery. I had a nice time!

I would like to start with expressing how friendly and nice George and his family are!! The place is also very neat and peaceful! We enjoyed our holiday in Rhodes here and felt really safe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 😊😊

A nice apartment with everything you could need, and the roof garden is lovely. well positioned just a short walk from the old town, but still fairly easy to find parking and get out of the town to see the rest of the island. Definitely recommend!

Magdalene‘s place was very clean and matched the description on Airbnb. The kitchen had everything one could desire and there was even a small parasol to set up at the beach. It was truthfully a wonderful place to stay. Also, Magdalene is very responsive and gives clear instructions on how to check in and out. The location is perfect, the beach and many good restaurants right around the corner. Only thing was, that the hotel opposite the balcony had very loud music playing most of the time, which made it a bit unpleasant sitting outside besides the stifling heat, of course. Other than that there is nothing to complain about. Me and my friends enjoyed it very much and recommend the place for a stay in Rhodes.

We felt at home from the first day on. Nikos and his wife were very friendly and Nikos helped us if we needed something. We got used to the noise from the airplanes (slept with oropax). We could communicate our needs very openly and without "filter" and so was Nikos a very honest, helpful and open minded host. Nikos or his wife were always very quick on responding via Airbnb-chat! Thanks a lot for everything!

I stayed at George’s place with my mum and sister for 8 nights and we had a lovely time. We were greeted by his mum Casia and she was very welcoming. She was very friendly and helpful. When we requested additional things she immediately provided them. The view from the apartment was amazing and the beach is only 1 minute walk. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need as we cooked ourselves most days. The area was very quite and peaceful and we felt very safe. It’s only 15 mins drive to Rhodes old town which was also very convenient. The communication with George was excellent. We had a slight issue with the aircon and he got it repaired very quickly. There are lots of restaurants, small and big supermarkets, gift shops, etc. We enjoyed watching the airplanes landing to the nearby airport and also the cure land train which provides sightseeing tours. We’d definitely come back and recommend George’s place.
