Casa molto grande, accogliente, spazi suddivisi molto bene. Il nostro gruppo era composto da tre famiglie con figli in totale 11 persone e abbiamo alloggiato in piena privacy, tutte le stanze hanno un bagno ed un angolo con frigo e lavabo. La veranda esterna comoda per la colazione e per eventuali cene. L'aria condizionata è presente su tutta la casa e funziona bene. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto ma manca la lavastoviglie. La tv è presente in tutte le stanze ma avendo solo canali in greco per chi non conosce la lingua praticamente non serve a niente. All'esterno si può usufruire di un ampio parcheggio privato chiuso da cancello con telecomando. La piscina è molto comoda e con giornate calde è molto gradevole e divertente.

Alles super gewesen, sehr zu enpfehlen! Würde jederzeit wieder kommen :)

A nice and remote villa with a fantastic view and a great and uncomplicated host. You get what you can see in the pictures. Though there is a bus station down the hill and theoretically you can reach every interesting tourist spot by bus I'd recommend a car (also to reach supermarkets etc.).

Amazing stay, the house is beautiful and the view is stunning. We loved the location - very quiet. You do need a car or taxis to go out but it's very easy. Tina is perfect and helped us with ordering taxis and with supermarket and food delivery.

Manos ve ekibi bizimle başından sonuna kadar ilgilendi. Ev çok güzeldi. Çok sakin bir bölgede çok donanımlı bir evdi. Her şey düşünülmüştü misafirler için. Evle ilgili söyleyebileceğim tek olumsuz nokta 5. odanın bodrum katta, büyük ama kullanışsız oluşuydu. Daha çok hizmetli odası veya bakıcı odası gibiydi.

Stunning villa in great garden setting. Lovely pool just the right size for a small family group. Lots of outside seating and space both in sun and in the shade. Rooms very clean and linen and towels changed once during the week. Very close to both the harbour and Falaraki bars and resteraunts, approx 5-10 minute walk either way. Good small supermarket just 2 min walk towards harbour. Very responsive to any questions and sorting problems - air con man came within an hour to sort problem, taxis ordered for us to travel to family wedding, transfers were offered to be sorted. Basically a very helpful and responsive owner with nothing being too much of a problem, being there when we arrived to go through everything in the villa and when we left. Would thoroughly recommend.

We visited Rhodes in February. Although many things were closed we loved the Old Town. Enough shops and restaurants open but just leaving the medieval walls there is a full assortment of places to eat and shop. Within the walls we felt like we were sharing with just the friendly cats. Day trip to Lindos was a highlight. The Airbnb space was spacious for three. We enjoyed the hot tub and views. Stairs are tricky but authentic. Do not hesitate to experience living inside the walls. Host helped with transportation and was there to greet us and bid farewell. Lovely people in Rhodes.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Villa Memi. Yard of the villa is great for hanging out, chilling in sun beds, eating outside and swimming in the pool. Location is nice, as sea is nearby and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Gregory was very helpful with our questions.

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

Bonne semaine dans la magnifique villa d’Athina. Tout s’est très bien passé. Merci à elle. Nous aurions simplement aimé que notre hôte passe nous voir dans le courant de la semaine pour nous demander si tout se passait bien pour nous et si nous manquions de rien. Il n’en reste pas moins qu’Athina a été disponible si nous avions besoin. Barbara

Despina and her mother were superb hosts and very responsive. The place is excellently located close to all bars and amenities as well as the beach. We particularly enjoyed the unobstructed view of the mountains when lying in the pool. 4 bedrooms have en suites which suited us well. The pool is heated and lovely. Kitchen works well with a bathroom. The outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and bbq were great. The kids had enough space to run around and we had a superb holiday

Wow... what a holiday experience! Villa Diaz was just stunning... beautiful inside and out, and exceptionally fitted out with everything we could possibly need (for both adults and children). Right from initial contact with Kostas regarding availability of the villa, he was an absolute dream host. So responsive, super friendly, and just lovely to speak with. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He was there when we needed him, shared recommendations for places to visit, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. Amazing!

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

Wir können nur sagen… es ist ein wunderbares Haus, ein wunderbarer Ort! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt, man hat rings um die Villa chillige Plätze zum Verweilen, Frühstücken, Spielen, Wein trinken. Ja, die Treppe nach oben stellt eine gewisse Herausforderung in Bezug auf den Gepäcktransport dar, aber das sind mal zwei Minuten, dann hat man es wieder vergessen. Im nahen Ort Maritsa gibt es sehr leckere Restaurants, freundliche Menschen und kleine Märkte, wo man alles kaufen kann, was benötigt wird. Alles in allem, wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Dauerbewohner black and white Cat, zwei zutrauliche Katzen hatten wir total ins Herz geschlossen, ich denke, sie werden uns auch vermissen 😜!

We had a lovely stay in Oct 2024 with our two adult sons 17 + 23. The pool was a little cold as it was late in the season, but we were able to swim in the sea every day. We had great weather. The villa is secluded and private, very clean and within an easy walk of numerous restaurants and bars, also the beach. We were spoilt for choice. The hosts we lovely and helpful We got a tax from the nearby taxi rank into Rhodes old town for 18Euro which is well worth a visit. We hope to return next year!

Kostas and Diane have been top hosts, helping with directions and sending web links to many locations (supermarket, fishmongers etc). During the wildfires (July 2023), Kostas kept us regularly informed with updates. The accommodation has a fantastic layout, clean and contains everything you need. Every room had an air conditioning unit. The swimming pool is a great size and kept clean on regular basis. During the week, the accommodation was cleaned, the bedsheets changed and a fresh set of towels provided. Kitchen is well equipped, with large fridge and a freezer. Thank you Kostas and Diane for a lovely stay. I would recommend your villa to anyone looking for an enjoyable holiday on the island of Rhodes. ευχαριστώ!

Angeliki and Harry were fantastic hosts ! so helpful in mores way than one , the place is beautiful everything you need and they made sure we had some milk and food on arrival which was so helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant within walking distance great food called Taverna Perihlis lovely staff so caring , we also did parasailing with some very nice guys literally on the beech at bottom of villa everything you need we also hired a car to explore and did some snorkeling in the gorgeous coves nearby and when leaving host met us to say goodbye very caring definitely be back .

We had an amazing autumn holiday (mid October) in this beautiful house. Everything was as described, maybe even better. The house is spacious and aesthetically decorated. Great outdoor area with lots of space. The pool and surrounding area was super nice, but the fairly cold water in the pool made our swims short. We mostly went on trips out of Kolymbia, as there are so many beautiful beaches and views close by. Kolymbia in itself didn’t offer a lot of experiences. The communication with Panayotis and his associate, Elias, was great all along. We arrived fairly late in the evening but were guided to the house and greeted by arrival. We definitely recommend staying here!

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

Flott opphold. Godt egnet for storfamilie på ferie. Svømmebassengene var ekstra fine for store og små. Bra å kunne gå til stranda, men litt for trafikkert.

Super villa, much more stylish than photos suggest. Pool and grounds kept super clean and well maintained. Perfect for a large or extended family group but be prepared to walk further and longer to get to Lindos. But there is a bus. Lindos is very pretty but can be hectic early evening so villa provided perfect retreat as it is a short 3 minute drive from the town. Note that its location means that the pool doesn’t get the evening sun. But overall a lovely villa with everything you need and good aircon in all the right rooms.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. We had the most amazing time as a group of six girls, couldn’t recommend this place and this host more! The rooms were very generous in size with a gorgeous pool and plenty of eating and sunbathing spaces. There were drinks and nibbles waiting for us when we arrived and the place was spotless! The host was incredible and made our stay all the more seamless. She booked our transfers to and from the airport, provided plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi for us to Rhodes old town. And she even allowed late check out on request due to our flight being later in the day. Perfect for a group of six looking for a fun and relaxing villa that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great location with a shop and restaurants close by.
