The cozy venue is beautifully located, offering all the comforts of a small Cape Cod cottage on the salt marsh. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that everything was available for a comfortable stay and making themselves accessible at any time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a super unique, peaceful retreat that has convenient access to endless activities. The property is situated in a unique, serene location with easy walking access to local parks and a variety of quality restaurants. The water is perfect for paddling to explore the large area of connected coves. It’s a short distance to the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge and the canal trail. There's little need to leave the property but there is much close by to explore. I'm looking forward to returning to experience everything again, and maybe, experience and discover even more next time.

Great lakeside retreat! Perfect for our small family!

Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

The view out the window to the ocean was spectacular and the accommodations were very pet friendly, my two dogs were very happy hanging out on the two couches in the living room. Perfect place to serve as a home base for exploring the quaint restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth. Full kitchen if you want to cook, and plenty of furniture to have guests for dinner with a good size kitchen table. Ron, was very available and friendly, and I will definately go back!

Consult 1. to play the fool together. This island was the perfect destination for our group to get together and have a fun, silly, easy going weekend which was exactly what we were looking for. It is exactly as listed, not quite glamping but camping in a cabin. The location could not have been more premier. We fished (caught an unreasonable number of sun fish) and cooked and enjoyed the island. I cannot wait to enjoy this space in the summer, it was quite chilly overnight but we knew what we were signing up for and the hosts indicated as such :) dodd island was a dream.

Such a pleasure to stay at this quaint cabin right on the beach! I look forward to another stay!

There was an unexpected glitch upon arrival. And Kelly worked fast to accommodate our family. We will be forever grateful for our time spent in Aquinnah. The location and beach views are spectacular.

This space was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for! We were able to bring our golden retriever, Bruce, with us to glamp where he had tons of land to run through and ponds to swim in. It was relaxing, fun, and calming. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Great place to stay with easy access to both casinos in the area. Quite and private, charming, and plenty of parking. Would recommend to anyone!

This was the second time I've stayed at Cove Cottage with my two dogs so I knew what to expect and Cove Cottage did not disappoint. The private beach access is perfect my dogs who love to swim, and the wooded setting in which the cottage sits can't be beat if you're looking for a relaxing place to disconnect. While the cottage is simple, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I loved being able to put on one of the many records on while I was grilling dinner. Cathryn is also an excellent host who is fantastic with communication. We'll definitely look forward to returning to Cove Cottage again in the future!

Amazing location, right by a private beach. Maureen is very friendly. We were two adults and an infant, this is a great spot for families as the beach was very calm, quiet and easy to get to with Clean waters and sand. the cottage is simple and rustic, you are paying for the beach location.

Jessica’s cabin was perfection. We visited during a sunny fall weekend and spent the whole time outside canoeing, playing croquet, and sitting by the fire-pit. Then we moved inside to hang out by the fireplace inside. It is a lovely, private spot and comes fully equipped with everything you need.

This was our second year and can’t wait until next year!

Great place to stay in the Cape! Quiet and has 2 nice beaches. The home has everything you may need for your stay. Enjoyed our stay!

Booked this place as an end-of-summer get away with friends and family and couldn't have been happier with the place, the location, and the experience. We were nervous about operating the pontoon but a few YouTube videos helped and we figured it out quickly. Our 12 & 13 year old kids were also able to operate it and had so much fun taking us around the lake. We cooked at the house and also tried some local restaurants. Everyone on the lake was helpful and friendly and spoke highly of Giancarlo and Jill. What a great place to relax, play games, bird watch, paddle board, fish, and pontoon. Would definitely love to visit again.

We had a wonderful week. It was the perfect vacation. The cabin was very remittance of my youth staying with family. It brought back wonderful memories. We had our car which I would recommend but next time I will leave my. beach chairs and boogie board at home.Driving on the island can be very busy. We stayed peak season. I loved having a bike to get around . We brought food from home. If you go out you going to spend around 100. To feed 2 adults and a child. But the cabin was a cute doll house and we had a magical time. Our hostesses Kristina was very accommodating. She was there every time we called to ask a question. It was me and my niece and her 8 year old daughter. 3 people is fine but no more than 3. If you come to the Island visit. BIMI. My other niece is doing and internship. Good place to learn about the ocean. Jasmine is her name. We went to visit her and had a blast.

Had an amazing stay at Andrew’s place! The place was RIGHT on the beach, super clean, and had 0 issues. Andrew was super responsive and super friendly! Definitely a quieter town compared to the rest of the cape but it was absolutely beautiful and the sunsets were jaw dropping!! Overall would rate andrew’s place a 10/10 and definitely recommend!

Tom has everything you could possibly need in the cabin! The location is peaceful and a great place to recharge. I would definitely recommend his place for your next trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Kirsten's place. With rainy, windy weather we weren't able to get out on the water or use the outdoor space, but we appreciated the many windows, stocked kitchen, and board games. We did not read the description closely, and ended up showering at a family member's place, since the only shower is outdoors. Otherwise the place was sparking clean and a nice, quiet place to hang out.

This little private cabin is a perfect retreat for a couple! We could only stay a couple days but there was so much to do we are already trying to plan a way back! We never had a tv on and got a chance to reconnect with hours of talking. Once we understood how tbe commuter trains worked we spent time in Boston and even Salemn. Both cities are amazing and less stressful if you arent use to the city traffic. Sherrie always was willing to give us suggestions on things to do, see, or local places to eat! Its a lil difficult to find the first time but after that its simple and Sherries walks you through it knowing that a GPS wont take you to the correct spot! They made our stay special and we cant thank them enough!
