Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. A home away from home for our 2024 family Christmas! We came together from Florida, Georgia, and Montana to see and celebrate with our newly transplanted Rhode Island family and Kenneth’s home was perfect for us! Kenneth was very responsive and very kind; flexible, too. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help. There was plenty of room for everyone. We even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen! The quiet upstairs was ideal for our infant granddaughter at nap time. The location could not have been more perfect for our purposes.

We brought in 2025 with our family friends in this charming home. Our daughters loved the sunroom which is adjacent to the kitchen. We enjoyed making smores by the fire pit out back and walking to the beach. Rebeca’s recommendations were spot on and she was very accommodating. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

Great apartment in the heart of Newport! The apartment was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. Perfect size for a group of 2-3. As stated in the listing, there is one bedroom with a bed and one pull out couch. I stayed with my group of 3 and this arrangement was perfect for us. Cohost Deb was very responsive and answered all questions/communicated with me before, during and after the stay. There were plenty of linens, towels, and other essentials. There are many restaurants, bars, convenient stores and entertainment walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here, we had no issues and were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. Side note: this apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is a bar next door on the first floor and it can get nosey, if this is an issue for you I would suggest noise canceling headphones or ear plugs - the louder night of the week for us was Saturday.

Cozy, comfortable, perfect location for exploring the "cottages" and the cliff walk. Was also quiet and residential, though just a few minutes from restaurants and the main touristy street. We didn't have a car and didn't feel we were missing out. Also, as others have said, the bed was so comfortable - I'm already thinking about going back!! And the chocolates and tea were such a lovely touch!

We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

This was our first trip with our 10 month old baby and it was everything we could have hoped for. The location is amazing, walkable to everything. The hosts were so responsive. Literally would respond within 2 minutes of texting. They had a pack n play and high chair ready for us in the apartment when we got there. They also let us check in a bit early so that our baby could take her afternoon nap on time. They gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great location! Easily accessible to the beach either via driving or walking. Quiet area. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a weekend while visiting and attending a couple of family functions. The place was very clean and neat. The check-in was very clear and easy to access. Overall, good stay!!

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.

Perfect location on Thames. Walking distance to shops, great bars and restaurants. Loved the penthouse suite. Shower pressure was awesome. The layout was perfect for our group of four girls. Easy to find parking right out front in March. Plenty of towels, comfy beds and lots of natural light.
