This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

Our stay had everything and felt as if we’d struck gold with the location and amenities. The house itself is picturesque and stunning but the hot tub, games room, lawn area and sun loungers were all just added bonuses that made a family stay for all ages just perfect. We were very lucky with the weather but even in the rain we would have had just as good a stay. Thank you Nicola. What a find and what a weekend!

great cottage in a fantastic location with Carsington Water in walking distance and a lovely country pub too! Cottage had everything we could have asked for and our host was really helpful when we needed them. Highly recommend :)

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

Great accommodation, lovely and clean, beds nice and comfy and everything that we wanted was in the house. Eddie answered emails very quickly we would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our weekend as we didn’t have any transport. So easy to walk to the main street with fabulous restaurants and cafes. The houses was lovely and clean tidy and nicely decorated. We particularly liked the dinning area so bright and peaceful looking out into the garden. The bedrooms were lovely and clean, nice fresh bed linen and towels. The bathroom was very clean and the water was lovely and hot. All in all we enjoyed staying in Bramhall and couldn’t have chosen a better home, would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Lock Keepers Cottage is amazing ! Location is perfect , it comes with a feeling of being priviledge to stay in a cottage Lock Keepers . Everything was wonderful , clean , and we had amazing time . Will be back !!!

Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Linda was truly a gem of a host, warm, reliable, and always one step ahead when it came to communication. From the moment we booked, everything felt smooth and easy. The location couldn’t have been better...perfectly tucked between the airport and the city center, which made getting around super convenient and stress free. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood that gave us a real sense of calm. All the instructions were clear and helpful, making our stay completely hassle free. As soon as we stepped inside the property, it felt like home, clean and tidy. Kids were so happy to stay there. Spotless clean bathroom and kitchen. All essential items for kitchen were there. Linen was so clean. Enough towels in the bathroom. Quick working WiFi So many Halal food options nearby, we ordered takeaway and didn’t had trouble getting our food being delivered. Definitely recommended and we will love to visit again

Great property in a great location! had a fantastic stay, and some great walks along the canal. The property is in a great location for getting down into Poynton, and the surrounding villages but has everything you need for a cosy night in. had a great time, thank you!
