Beautiful spot to spend a wedding weekend. My wife and I felt right at home the moment we walked in. Would absolutely stay again and couldn’t recommend enough!

Carrie was a fantastic host. Kept us in the know when people were coming to the house to do work. Answered all our questions. The house was centrally located to what we wanted to do and was very easy to get to the main roads and around the town. Would highly recommend

At this lovely new BNB there were a few start-up hiccups, easily offset and taken care of by the host. Loved the pool and hot tub.

If you are looking for a place right on the river, this would be the place.

In reading past reviews, I verified a few concerns prior to booking. Kenneth was very responsive and the place turned out perfect with all expectations met. Even when propane tanks were missing for heaters, they were delivered the following morning. Everything worked beautifully, instructions were clear (videos provided), and lots of room for spreading out. Multiple gathering places, too. The only suggestion would be side tables for 2 of the beds (for phone charging, etc). Other than that, clean, enough towels, dishes, etc. Great place.

This was the perfect home close to all the things we needed to be close to for the Unashamed Conference. Lindsey checked on us and was great. In anything we were the non responsive ones as we were busy at the conference and we were slow to respond. So with that, we could not be more pleased. Clean up was the easiest and very thankful that it was limited and easy.

Had a great stay at Dave's place, he was very kind as we booked last minute as our plans changed, and he was able to get us in to the home asap. I was nervous at first because the home is off of a main road, but it was very quiet and cozy inside, had everything you would need and a nice welcome book with his local favorites and a cute basket full of snacks & candies. It was also a super easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown Waco! Great place for a smaller family to enjoy.

Took a road trip to Texas with my three sister to visit family in Hilltop Lakes. This was the perfect convenient place when we couldn't find some actually in Hilltop! We enjoyed the themed rooms and the spacious house!

Don’t even know where to begin, this is by far one of the best homes I have ever stayed in! I highly recommend this home. Everything about this place was amazing! I felt right at home, place was spotless and the pictures do not do it justice! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, no issues or problems whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again, the late checkout was perfect, I didn’t have to rush leaving. I’m sure I’m leaving a lot out, you have to give this home a try, you will not regret it! Just wish it was a warmer weekend so that we could have spent some time out in the backyard.

Thia is a cute place, and the hosts were so sweet. I was shown around the farm and able to feed some of the animals - such an awesome experience!

Was a beautiful little home tucked away in the country. The rooms were very spacious with large closets. The bathroom had plenty of room and the living room/kitchen felt huge. I was expecting a tiny house but was pleased to find plenty of room for 3 guests to spread out. I would highly recommend this place

We loved our stay. The house is very comfortable and the L shaped sofa makes for some great relaxation. The full kitchen is great. Beds are really comfortable. We loved the peace and quiet. Paula was great, checked in on us by message to check everything was okay. All in all we loved our 4 night stay after a long road trip.

this place was very peaceful we have a very beautiful valentines Retreat with my husband and friends. house is beautiful and comfortable. the outside space by the fire in a beautiful weather a time to remember. I love all the windows in the house plenty of light during the day! the stars at night look amazing. we gladly recommend this place. perfect and spacious!

This Ranch house is perfect for a large group and feels very homelike. There’s lots of space and it has everything you might need. Loved the location on a beautiful property and the host treated us wonderfully. So appreciative for the experience!

This cute home provided us with a great weekend stay. The beds were comfy, home was clean, and even had games to enjoy. We appreciated that everything was clean and in order. We would visit this home again!
