Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

Russell è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un grosso ritardo dovuto a dei problemi di volo ma Russell ci ha aspettato e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Som, sua moglie è una persona meravigliosa e molto brava in cucina (consiglio il ristorante thai accanto casa). Insomma il nostro soggiorno è passato troppo velocemente, vogliamo già ritornare. The perfect place to stay during our trip to Hyannis! The cottage was so lovely, felt right at home with everything we could’ve needed during our stay. The little village was so quiet and relaxing with everything that downtown has to offer just minutes away. The hosts were very thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable during our entire stay. We would love to come back for another visit and stay here again!

We loved our stay at Renee’s peaceful apartment! It was exactly what we needed for a wedding weekend with our infant daughter and my mom. The apartment was spotless, inviting and we were very comfortable there. Renee was very communicative, kind and informative! If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

Gina’s rental was exactly what my friends and I were looking for this weekend for our quick stay. Conveniently located. Immaculately clean. Wonderfully furnished with all you would need for your stay. Gina was so responsive and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for a better host! We are already planning on booking with her again when we return next year. Yes, it’s just that good. I’m even contemplating renting it for a solo trip because I found Gina’s place just perfect for my standards and needs. Do not hesitate to book one of her places for yourself!

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Antone's space was the perfect location for a girlfriend getaway. He super proactive about instructions including the home, checking in, parking, and recommendations for things to do in the area surrounding the home. I was able to get all my questions answered ahead of time. The space itself was so clean, had all the amenities we could have asked, but even more! Since COVID I have noticed some rental places do not have items such as makeup remover or kitchen items as small as salt and pepper, but Antone provided all these and more which was beyond appreciated. The location of the home was off the main road, which gave it a more private feel and was walkable to various local restaurants, coffee spots and convenient store. We had an amazing time in Plymouth and having this place and a friendly and helpful host really helped add to our positive experience!

My husband, 2 yo son and I had a wonderful stay at Erin's beautiful home! It was quiet, clean, spacious with wonderful natural light. It was a perfect location in Plymouth, close to great restauraunts, breweries and the ocean! Erin was incredibly helpful - making sure we had everything needed for our toddler, helping adjusting check in/out with his nap time and giving us very helpful suggestions. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend her home to any one coming to Plymouth!

We came out for a few days exploring the Cape Cod area, our stay was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, and a short walk to the beach. We had a lot of great recommendations from Arthur of where to eat, markets nearby, and things to do. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was! The space is perfect, every detail has been thought of! Perfect location right in the middle of downtown. We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this is our favorite! Ann even made us an anniversary cake and then surprised us again with the most delicious blueberry cake to enjoy for breakfast! I can’t say enough about how great this visit was! Thank you!

We had a very comfortable 5 night stay there in mid-August 2024. The place was as advertised with off-street parking. It is walking distance to downtown Falmouth and is conveniently located. The apartment was clean and attractive. The beds were comfortable. They were very responsive hosts!

Our initial place was actually freezing cold, with the thermostat showing 32F, the toilet tank frozen and no running water (pipes proably were frozen). It was likely the previous gueset had turned off the heat. Adam immediately responded to our questions and concerns and offered up another location which turned out to be great. We had a great time after the initial shock and thank the host for addressing the problem so quickly and effectively.

We had a lovely stay - the hot tub was a definite highlight! Tara was super responsive and communicative and the space was super cozy. Would definitely book again.

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Bill was extremely responsive! He made sure the hot tub was ready to go for us, the night before arrived. The house is beautiful with an open floor plan and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of clean linen in the bathrooms. The location was perfect! Conveniently located right on Main St. and walking distance to the waterfront. The view from the rooftop deck was beautiful with the ocean and the clock tower lit up at night. The hot tub easily accommodated 3 couples and was a nice relaxing way to wrap up a day of walking, shopping and eating. We can't wait to book our trip for next year!!

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

This place was so cute and cozy. Such a great and quiet location. Just a very comfortable place close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay

Jenny and Ania were wonderful hosts. We appreciated the proactive communication and check ins making sure all was well. They were very sweet and thoughtful, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The place was spotless. My husband and I had a short stay but it was such a nice getaway in a beautiful location of the Cape. Even though it was chilly, the view from the balcony was probably my favorite. I am looking forward to staying with Jenny and Ania again and/or checking out their additional listings. Great hosts make these getaways such worthwhile. We thank you Jenny and Ania.
