A lovely, clean home near the beach. Would 100% recommend

Had a lovely long weekend stay in Richard's place. lovely bungalow in a superb location overlooking the sea. Views were truly stunning. Place was clean and tidy and exactly how described. Richard was a top host and even contacted us to say we could enter property early on arrival which was a real bonus for us. Would highly recommend this properly and would definitely like to revisit at some point in the future.

This was our second stay at 3a and again, it was a fantastic stay from start to finish. Proactive and warm communication from Janette, and 3a was immaculate as always. Beautiful views of Bamaluz beach from the bedroom, and coastal views from the balcony upstairs. The property is perfectly placed in the middle of everywhere you want to be! We can’t wait to book again and return to St Ives and 3a. Thank you for another wonderful stay!!

Amazing location right by the absolutely stunning surf beach. Very cool and lively atmosphere in the small village even when we were there in April. Definitely a surf resort vibe. Mike communicated brilliantly and was generally the perfect host. The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable. Overall I would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this stay - cannot recommend enough! SO close to the beach, very homely, within walking distance to the town centre. The place was bright & airy, plenty of space for the 3 of us & our four-legged-baby. Julia was extremely accommodating & super responsive. Will definitely be checking to see if this place is available for our next stay, down in Newquay. Thank you so much for having us! :)

The apartment is lovely, it’s definitely not for tall people but other than that it’s perfect for a weekend break or a light packer. Gareth was responsive over messages and the apartment felt private even though Gareth and his family live above. The views over Fistral beach are amazing and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful place to stay! Well designed and cared for. Just a few steps from the beach. We came to see the lights which was magical with a 5 year old. The house had everything we needed and useful to have the washer dryer. Brill communication with Robert. Top tip - Just have a plan for parking - use one of the paid car parks or park on the hill just outside the village and walk in with your case as the roads by the house are narrow with zero parking - of course as it’s a beautiful small fishing village!

As you’ll see from the photos, Jane’s place is right on the seafront, overlooking a beach. It’s a popular part of St Ives but quieter than further along the bay. The apartment had everything we needed, allowing us to self cater when we wanted, and explore the nearby streets for restaurants. Everything is within a few minutes walk. The shower room has good water pressure and fast drainage. The loft bathroom is small but functional. The loft bedrooms are cool and comfortable with pristine white bedding and plenty of towels!

great location. quiet flat. short walk to a great beach and to a pool and tennis court on site. the flat had everything you need. the main bedroom was particularly nice.

The apartment itself is stunning, with sea views from every room, providing beautiful sunrises. It was clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully equipped with everything imaginable, plus the added convenience of a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher – a huge plus for an stress-free stay. Although we didn’t bring our children on this trip, I appreciated seeing children’s cutlery bowels & cups. Melanie's thoughtful welcome package of tea, coffee, crumpets, and butter was a lovely touch. Melanie was also so helpful & came back to me really fast when I had questions. I would like to add, it’s your driving in it’s worth picking up shopping as there isn’t any supermarkets in walking distance.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Nicola was a brilliant host - super responsive and helpful, and provided a great list of stuff to do around Falmouth. You’re right on the beach and 5 minutes walk from the main drag in the town. Couldn’t ask for more. The flat was clean, well lit, everything worked perfectly and the bed was excellent. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mary was a great host an great at communicating before we arrived. It was warm, cosy and overall well appointed. Beds were extremely comfortable and with two bathrooms - an en suite and a family, this meant there were no morning queues! Location is perfect. Just next to the lovely Porthminster beach and a short walk into town. We love visiting St Ives and this is another great place to add to our recommended places to stay. If I had to think of one negative, it would only be that shower gel, cooking oil, salt and pepper is not provided - this is mentioned before you get there, so is only really a problem if, like me, you forget to bring them as they are often supplied as a given in Airbnb’s. Just a small thing though really as this is a lovely place for a small family to stay and I’d highly recommend.

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

All four of us enjoyed our stay at 17 The Crags. The apartment was lovely and the surroundings were so peaceful. All you could hear was the sound of the sea in the cove below. We appreciated the extra care taken to make sure that everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the leisure centre which was not overcrowded even though this is the peak summer holiday season. Thanks to Melanie and the team for providing us with a great place to stay for the week.

After booking a last minute get away for myself, my partner and my three young children, Anna proved to be immensely helpful with absolutely everything we needed to know, even things we wouldn’t have thought about beforehand. Her caravan was absolutely pristine and in an amazing location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the kids didn’t want to go home!! Would highly recommend and we have already said as a family we will definitely return!

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

Jennifer is a great host and very responsive. The house is beautiful and very thoughtfully furnished. It's in an absolutely stunning location. Every room offers sea views, which we loved. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the living room which was really cosy and the big TV made nights in all the more fun. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well throughout our stay. The instructions book was very informative. The house is right by the beach and has plenty of scenic walking routes on your doorstep. We loved our stay and would happily return in the future and recommend to others.

What an amazing place to stay at ! Exactly as shown in pictures , very clean , spacious . I went as a group of friends with me and 4 others and everyone loved the property. Sarah came to meet us for the check in process , showed us around and explained everything and also gave us great recommendations on the local area . We had absolutely no issues. Our host was very responsive whenever we had a question and great to talk to. I would highly recommend this place to stay especially as a group of friends or family .

Charlottes place was amazing The views are incredible , parking was easy and charlottes instructions are clear and easy Walking distance to beach and arcades and also nice restaurants and bars We could not turn on a radiator and Charlotte got someone straight round . Tesco is below - really handy and has a decent selection Kitchen has everything you need to cook And we loved the 2 bathrooms :)

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! Cannot recommend this place enough - the location was perfect, being so close to the beach was amazing and it was great to be near to Newquay, Padstow etc too. It truly felt like a home from home - had a great amount of space, comfy furniture and the welcome hamper was so thoughtful (even something for our pooch!). Everything we could have needed was provided and we just had the best weekend! We will definitely be booking again and can’t thank Barbara enough for our fantastic stay!

What a fabulous place! Absolutely stunning - we had the best time staying in this house. Near to shops, easy (and cheap) taxi ride to the restaurants and bars and… very very comfy beds! Loved it and would recommend it if you’re planning a stay in Newquay
