simply can not praise enough a true ' Gem' of a find The Lodge is spotless all amenities well planned out,Super comfortable bed warm and cozy. Mark is a very responsive host personal & thoughtful a 'welcome pack to get you started & milk for a well needed cuppa . parking right to the door & Gorgeous Bird song in the Garden a real private space . This certainly is a Ten out of ten and Mark you well deserve this praise. Location is fabulous for days out . we had supper at the Indian Queen five minutes away absolutely delicious. The Blue Anchor public House was very welcoming just a few minutes away ..other take aways also in Fraddon. ..we are now Home and missing the Lodge already . Gina .

Great place, beautiful views of Gylly beach!

Great place to stay in Truro and Nigel and Rosie were so friendly and helpful. We so enjoyed our stay and very quick to walk into Truro. Ps. There is a retractable blind on the velux so they’ve resolved light problem that previous reviewer mentioned.

Perfect location. Good to have safe secure place to store beach stuff. A bit more parking would be good for those with more than one car

This was our second stay and we cant fault Richard he was great from start to finish. The flat is perfect with so much Wow factor it's unbelievable. Views are to die for 😀 If you enjoy walking and scenery this is an ideal place to stay. You feel so relaxed and at home . we will 100% be booking our third stay very soon. Thanks Richard.

A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Fabulous few days in St Ives. Apartment is very clean, spacious and a perfect base for the abundance of activities in the area. 10 minute walk into town but allow more for the return journey as it's very hilly! Co-Op on the doorstep and a bigger Tesco just a short drive away. Would highly recommend going to the Porthmeor Cafe - truly stunning beach and fabulous food. We were blessed with amazing weather so spending time on the gorgeous beaches around St Ives was a real highlight. Real bonus having a parking space with the accommodation as parking is incredibly difficult in St Ives and is an unusual extra with rental accommodation in this area. We had a wonderful holiday and would most definitely return. Many thanks.

It is always a pleasure to stay at Matthew's place. In fact so much so it is my go to place to stay when I am in Cornwall and really has become a home from home. I have stayed there more times than I can remember over a lot of years. Hopefully this tells you all you need to know. Matthew & Catherine are simply wonderful hosts and make the stays even better. The house and facilities are constantly evolving and not only is there an EV charger but also a lovely Hot Tub to relax even further in after a day of sampling the area's delights. Absolutely brilliant!!!

We have just arrived home after a fantastic stay. The lodge was beautiful with everything that we needed. There is lots to do locally as well as in the resort. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for another stay in Easter. Thank you once again.

Sarah’s place was a lovely getaway from civilisation for the weekend. My children and dog absolutely adored their stay and found it a very wholesome weekend! Close to local towns and supermarkets and board games to play! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay! And definitely will visit again.

Lovely house, spacious, airy and cozy at the same time. Clean, Warm and well equipped property. Kitchen well equipped, lovely welcome gift from the local bakery, and milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. Huge garden, with beautiful sea view, private patio with table and outside seats. Picnic bench and chairs with sea view. Will definitely be returning, thank you for thinking of everything X

Ideal location for our long stay during winter. The sunrises over the bay were beautiful. Three coffee shops and a supermarket within in a short walk. Super comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen. Fast and easy communications with the host. Everything you could need in an AirBnB. Would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely time staying at Sharon’s place in Cornwall with our family, including our 10month old son and our dog. There was plenty of space for everyone and lovely touches such as a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. Sharon was super helpful and responsive. Wished we’d been staying longer!

Deborah was a lovely and thoughtful host that balanced being approachable, proactive, and respecting our privacy. The home was beautiful, clean, well presented, peaceful and in a great spot to explore Cornwall. everything was perfectly presented as expected from the photos, and little extra touches made the stay very special for us both. great location. quiet flat. short walk to a great beach and to a pool and tennis court on site. the flat had everything you need. the main bedroom was particularly nice.

Absolutely lovely little place. All the home comforts you would need. Matching toiletries, fresh flowers on arrival, lovely welcome pack with milk and fresh fruit as well as biscuits and every flavour of hot chocolate you could imagine. Wonderful stay and felt like a little bit of luxury. Would love to stay again.

All four of us enjoyed our stay at 17 The Crags. The apartment was lovely and the surroundings were so peaceful. All you could hear was the sound of the sea in the cove below. We appreciated the extra care taken to make sure that everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the leisure centre which was not overcrowded even though this is the peak summer holiday season. Thanks to Melanie and the team for providing us with a great place to stay for the week.

Traumhafte Wohnung direkt am Strand. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen wobei die Stadt eigentlich schon nach ca. 200m mit den ersten Restaurants und Geschäften beginnt. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager). Die ausklappbaren Sessel waren mit den Toppern sehr bequem. Eine kleine Terrasse lädt zum abendlichen Rotwein ein. Parkplatz ist geschützt im Innenhof der Anlage. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Newquay war die und der ideale Platz um zum einen zu baden und zum anderen Cornwall zu erkunden. This flat was conveniently located, very comfortable, clean and safe. A welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated as well as the washer/dryer combo. As Americans we were a bit challenged with the electric and appliances but that was our issue. All the manuals were supplied and Col a phone call away. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer to see more of beautiful Cornwall. Also loved the decor with so many canine references!

The hosts were very helpful from the start, from directing us on how to get there to being very accommodating with regards to extending our leaving times. When we had a few questions about where to go and what we can do within the area they were very swift to respond and guide us promptly. With regards to the guest house we stayed in, it was an amazing and cosy place. It was not only very well decorated but also very clean, tidy and well equipped. We were very happy and felt right at home. We would definitely recommend staying here for anybody who wants to explore Cornwall! Thank you for hosting us and being such great hosts!

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!

Das Appartement entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. In der Küche findet man alles, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Im Wohnraum gibt es bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Aussicht aus den Schlafräumen und dem Wohnraum auf das Meer und die Bucht ist einfach nur toll. Abends schläft man mit Meeresrauschen ein und morgens wacht man mit Meeresrauschen wieder auf. Die Terrasse (besser gesagt der Garten) ist sehr großzügig und mit unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten versehen. Es ist ein Traum abends dort zu sitzen und in den Sternenhimmel zu schauen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen gepflegten Wohnanlage mit Schwimmbad, Tennisplatz und anderen Einrichtungen, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Melanie gab uns wertvolle Tipps, hat immer schnell geantwortet und war eine tolle Gastgeberin.
