We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, Vanessa and Barrie were great hosts! The apartment was well equipped and the location was fantastic. Easy parking etc. There are lots of steps and it’s quite steep but that’s just St Ives for you! We had such a wonderful time, would definitely come again

Great stay over twixmas - it was a perfect base for some stunning coastal walks and we loved the sea views from all 3 rooms!

I booked this for my brother and his family . They were utterly delighted with the place, it gave them loads of very comfortable space in a great location with fantastic views - only slightly offset by the scaffolding currently surrounding the building. Alex was exceedingly helpful and proactive with his messages of information and guidance on how to find the property, get in and make the most of their stay - I absolutely could not fault him at all. I would have no hesitation in booking this place again

Perfect location in Falmouth's historic High Street. Everything you could require is within easy walking distance of the apartment. Dedicated, secure parking is a real bonus. Extremely well-equipped kitchen if you want to self-cater. Very comfortable bed, great shower and an amazing view over the harbour. Janet was very responsive to any queries we raised.

Right in the fun part of Falmouth. Walking distance to the some the best restaurants and pubs around. Well kept flat, convenient parking, responsive hosts.

Amazing location right by the absolutely stunning surf beach. Very cool and lively atmosphere in the small village even when we were there in April. Definitely a surf resort vibe. Mike communicated brilliantly and was generally the perfect host. The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable. Overall I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! Apartment is just by the beach and on the same street as all the shops - fantastic location! Getting to the car park and in and out of town is generally very tricky but follow maps and Pauls instructions! Highly recommend and we would definitely come back :)

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay among the dunes at the Rest House. The property was very nice, a short walk to the beautiful Holywell dunes and beach. Debbie was very responsive throughout our stay. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The home was just as described, bright, clean and welcoming. Jane is a great host and provided very clear instructions in addition to some lovely welcome treats. Our children loved the variety of board games available (and the smart tv of course). The cottage is perfectly located for the promenade and the town with a lovely cafe at the bottom of the road and a couple of beautiful gardens/parks nearby. We hope to return in the summer!

Lynn was an excellent host, super responsive. The place was very welcoming, a great home base for a few days with lovely views. Has everything we needed for a baby too. If you’re not driving note that it’s up quite a steep hill!

Ideal location for our long stay during winter. The sunrises over the bay were beautiful. Three coffee shops and a supermarket within in a short walk. Super comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen. Fast and easy communications with the host. Everything you could need in an AirBnB. Would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely time staying at Sharon’s place in Cornwall with our family, including our 10month old son and our dog. There was plenty of space for everyone and lovely touches such as a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. Sharon was super helpful and responsive. Wished we’d been staying longer!

Amazing views! Loved this place and would highly recommend. The hosts are very responsive and provide lots of information on the local area. The property is exactly as described and beautifully decorated. Very cosy with a homely feel.

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

When booking somewhere to stay I was looking for a place close enough to walk to the beach, two separate boxes rooms and a carpark space in Falmouth. Amanda's place hit all those requirements! Really nice location, very quiet and right next to the Gylly cafe for dinner the first night. Everything we wanted in Falmouth was in walking distance. The flat was very comfortable and a great place to chill in the evenings. Very quiet area, although we went out of season I can't imagine it too noisy at other times of the year. Was greeted with a bottle of wine and pack of shortbread! Will definitely be booking again.

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!

Booked a 2 night stay here as went to look at a local wedding venue. Booked as child friendly for our 17 month old and Iona was fabulous at providing a cot and highchair and socket covers for our stay. The bread, milk and jams were also a welcome touch. The apartment had everything that we needed and location is central so everywhere is in walking distance. The bathroom is tiny and I think larger people would struggle to shower, but apart from that everything was perfect. On street parking is a premium but we were successful at getting a spot during our stay. But the car parks are close by if you can’t get one. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful flat nestled right in the heart of Falmouth. Flat was exactly as described in the description and photographs. It was lovely and warm (without the need of putting the heating on), constant hot water, beautifully accessorised and Elly has clearly thought of all her guests needs whilst they would be staying there - the snack basket was a great welcome for my hungry teenager too. Would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter at University. Thank you Elly.

We were looking for a suitable accommodation property to host my differently-able son whom we only get to see when we travel down from Wiltshire. No 9 was ideal - certainly beating 2 previous properties we have tried. Our son was really relaxed in the property and seemed very at home with the facilities.
