This was a great spot for what we were in town to do, and the location was excellent. It was clean and neat and the perfect size for us as well. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We came to support our daughter, who is a senior at LSU in the Miss LSU pageant and this place was perfect! Such a great location! We were able to walk every where we needed to go and didn’t have to rent a car for the weekend. We would definitely stay again

I didn’t receive the automated message with all the instructions for check-in… I messaged Alena and she took care of that right away! She was extremely responsive and replied instantly. Alena was accommodating to say the least. Her studio was cute and clean and simple. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Carl’s guesthouse. Being so close to the lakes was a beautiful bonus and it was an adorable cozy guesthouse! The recommendations were great and we would 100% return to this AirBnB. Carl even had the place ready for us earlier than expected and was incredibly kind!

Me, my husband, my son, my daughter-in-law and our two dogs stayed here for an LSU baseball weekend and my only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer. Great house, great neighborhood, great restaurants in the area, and very convenient to campus. Our dogs loved strolling the neighborhood, getting to meet all the other neighborhood dogs and we loved all the comforts of the house. Beds were super comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we needed, and it was the perfect homebase for us. This is a great place to stay!

Rubies on the river was exactly what my wife and I were looking for! Peaceful, clean, and a great view of false river! Only 30 minutes from Baton Rouge which offered plenty of extra stuff to do!

We booked this stay last minute and after our 2 hour drive… and showing up at 10:30 at night, we had a smooth check in. Everything was as pictured. The home was very clean, the beds were so so comfortable and the backyard seating area was perfect. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but had we did, they had everything you would need to cook and relax I recommend this home to anyone taking a trip to Baton Rouge. It is very centrally located and in a great neighborhood. The street to get to the house is narrow and a lot of people had their trashcans left out in the street so be careful with that, but other than that it was perfect! The layout of this home gave me insp. for our layout of our home we’re going to start building on the acres we just bought for our family compound!!! Mike was great in communication which gave us great peace of mind !

We came to town for National Bowling League. There was 6 of us guys. They house was perfect for what we needed. If we need to come back we will stay again!

I honestly didn’t have to reach out to Walter during my stay because the home had everything we could have needed. We stayed there for dance competition @ the Raising Canes River Center & it was absolutely perfect! It will definitely be our new go to for dance competitions & any LSU sporting events we attend. Walter was very kind & answered all of my questions prior to booking very quickly. The ceiling in the living room with the skylights was just beautiful & so was the tranquility of the adorable back patio. It was a great place for morning coffee & prayer time.

Was overall a great place. Had a few issues at check-in, but Paul was very responsive and handled the problem promptly. This place was located very close to the event center, which we were frequenting daily within walking distance. Parking was always available quaint spot with a nice courtyard area to relax in.

I took my grandchildren, girls ages 15, to Beach Volleyball at LSU. The Airbnb has a security fence which allow security and peace of mind. The complex was very quiet and allowed for much needed rest. Easy access to LSU.

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.

I booked this last minute out of necessity and ended up really loving it. Love the space and aesthetic. It had lots of nice amenities including the fully stocked kitchen. Jim was very responsive even though we got in really late. Would def stay again !

the apartment is close to LSU. we didn't need to rent a car. we could walk to campus and restaurants. the inside was clean and had plenty of space for two people. The beds were very comfortable too. If we return to LSU we'll definitely stay here again! Tiffany was very accommodating with check in and out. Thank you 😊
