Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Paul war ein super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Auch unsere 2 Hunde waren herzlich willkommen.

La Casa di Nonno Mario è SPLENDIDA. Daniele ha fatto un lavoro impeccabile in tutto e abbiamo passato un fine settimana di vero relax e divertimento. Torneremo sicuramente.

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele’s place! Daniele and his wife were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of charm, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is simply amazing - peaceful and perfectly situated for exploring the stunning Tuscan countryside. Tout le monde était très gentil, les voisins étaient très sympa, Une belle place pour se reposer, une grand merci personnellement à Maria. Pour l’adresse,Le GPS nous indiquer qu’on était arrivé, par contre il fallait continue encore la route à peu près 300 m. Et le Borgo Isora sera à votre gauche. la route est sinueuse pour y arriver, il faut être prudent. très belle place pour y aller.

Fin da subito Davide si è dimostrato gentilissimo e reattivo, appena arrivati ci ha dato consigli sulle mete da visitare e che supermercati erano facilmente raggiungibili, la stupenda villa è disposta su 3 piani con le camere al primo e secondo piano, tutte le camere matrimoniali hanno il bagno privato, la zona living è spaziosa e accomodante perfetta per giochi di società o guardarsi un film in comodità sui divani. Sotto la sala da pranzo c'è una spa con palestra, Jacuzzi e sauna. La cucina è ben attrezzata. La TV nella sala dispone di Netflix e Disney+. Al secondo piano c'è un biliardo con cui abbiamo giocato svariate partite. La villa si trova in una zona estremamente tranquilla libera dai rumori, l'unico suono che si sente dando un senso di pace dal giardino è il fiume reno che scorre, inoltre la villa essendo distante dal centro abitato non c'è inquinamento luminoso che permetterà la notte di osservare un meraviglioso cielo stellato. É stato indimenticabile!!! consigliatissima😁✌

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per il lucca comics quindi lo abbiamo usato solo di sera ma devo dire che ci è piaciuto tutto come da descrizione

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

wenn du Ruhe suchst, Entspannung, keine Menschen um dich herum möchtest. ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. als kleiner Trip vorher einkaufen. damit man nicht unnötig die Unterkunft verlassen muss. es gibt wenige Restaurant undie Ecke. ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto,kommt man zu einem schönen italienischen Pup. preisleistubg top. tolle Unterkunft um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. wir kommen gerne wieder !!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We stayed at the house with our three kids (8 year old boy and 6 year old twins). The house is clean and the bedrooms are very spacious. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and adored the terrace and its magnificent view and the kids enjoyed the toys. You can enjoy the privacy of the terrace and garden, although it is good to know that it is not directly attached to the house. You need to pass the parking space (where our kids loved to play in the shadows) and neighboring houses to reach it. This didn't bother us, but it is a good thing to know. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved that it cooled off during the night. It's perfect for those loving the nature and quiet and don't mind driving to reach other points of interest. Finally: very accommodating hosts who were very proactive and had a big list of things to see and do in the area. Thank you, Paolo!

Mal ganz abgesehen von der absolut überwältigenden Location und Gebäude waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt absolut zufrieden. Es gibt keinen besseren Ort um zu entspannen und die reale Welt ein wenig zu vergessen. Gutes Netz gab es trotzdem. Das beste war die Sauna die einem die Entspannung noch einfacher macht. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen und diese Location unseren Freunden empfehlen!

Staying with Matteo was amazing! The property is beautiful, the surroundings serene and they paid so much attention to detail and esthetics! We were lucky to be there over the weekend and had dinner in the restaurant on both nights it was open. The food was excellent!!! The place also is a great starting point for several hikes. We appreciate Matteo’s hospitality, friendliness and can highly recommend staying here 🫶🏻

Es war eine schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Man hat sehr viel Platz für sich selbst und einen großen Pool, ohne groß Leute stören zu können. Die Kommunikation mit Allessandro hat mithilfe von Übersetzer auch gut geklappt.

Great view, amazing pool, and porch. All accomodation steps were well prepared and we received a lot of useful details by email prior arrival. The house is authentic and we found all useful things inside. However this has to be clear - it is a rural house in rural area, which means: problems with water pressure in the afternoons, lots of insects and animals around the house (mice, fox). In the house there is plenty of small bathrooms, they lack proper ventilation so we felt some humidity even during very dry weather. The walls protect the house from getting too hot during 35degrees days, we could make it without A/C. The local person looking after the house (Enrico) is very friendly and discrete.

Es war einfach traumhaft, die Häuser sind wundervoll, der Garten ist schön und der Pool ist super. Man hat sich den Pool mit den anderen geteilt, aber man hatte trotzdem Ruhe. Paola war super lieb, ihr Vater hat ebenso viel geholfen. Uns wurde vieles in der Gegend empfohlen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, wir können es wärmstens empfehlen

Alles wie beschrieben! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Check in auch mitten in der Nacht unkompliziert. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Paul (der property manager) ist super nett und hilft gerne. Danke für die gute Zeit!

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The breathtaking view was simply unmatched and made our morning coffee an unforgettable experience. The amenities and overall quality of the apartment were top-notch – it was obvious that every detail had been thought of to make our stay enjoyable.Especially impressive was the quick response time of the host. Whether it was questions about booking or minor inquiries during our stay – the host was always reachable immediately and addressed our concerns promptly. It was reassuring to know that we could always rely on fast and efficient assistance.All in all, we can highly recommend this apartment. Our stay here exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!

Dziękujemy za cudownie spędzony tydzień. Trafiliśmy w świetne miejsce. Kontakt z właścicielką był błyskawiczny. Pani Desy była życzliwa i pomocna, przywitała i pożegnała nas miłymi prezencikami. Dzieci były bardzo zadowolone z basenu. Wybierając to miejsce na pewno odpoczniesz, zobaczysz cudowne widoki i zwiedzisz klimatyczne górskie toskańskie miasteczko. Jest to też świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Pisy, Florencji, wybrzeża La Spezia. Zdecydowanie polecamy!! To był świetny wybór i cudowne wakacje. Pozdrawiamy i mamy nadzieję, że do zobaczenia;)

Deuxième fois chez Elena, donc c'est que nous avions aimé. Par rapport aux autres évaluations pour la climatisation, je trouve qu'il faut faire preuve de bon sens. Laisser la maison fermée la journée et ouvrir le soir et le matin pour aérer la maison. Il est vrai qu'à l'étage il fait plus chaud mais il y a un ventilateur et une petite clim sur roulette. Prévoir éventuellement un autre salon. La piscine est parfaite comme le jardin dans une intimité totale. Elena est très disponible et réactive quant aux messages. Peut-être une troisième fois...

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Besonders gut hat uns die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge von einer kleinen Terrasse vor dem Appartement gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas abgelegen mitten im Grünen - ideal für alle die Erholung suchen. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder zum Einkaufen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Städte wie Lucca, Pisa und Florenz sind gut erreichbar. 
Das Apartment ist genau wie abgebildet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche waren Gewürze und Öl vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

La casa è in un paese arroccato (non di passaggio) in una valle boscosa in mezzo ai monti, la vista è stupenda, il posto è fresco e arieggiato rispetto al fondovalle, silenzioso e l’atmosfera è familiare. In casa ci sono tutte le dotazioni per cucinare. La piscina è piccola ma è un must! Ci siamo stati 4 notti, eravamo in 5 e non ci è mancato nulla. La padrona di casa sebbene fosse dall’altra parte del mondo è sempre stata disponibile. Se posso il prossimo anno ci torno! ah dimenticavo: nel paese si cammina per forza quindi andateci allenati
