The apartment is almost brandnew, very clean, well equipped, beautiful situated and very quiet. And you have a lot of privacy. In one word: marvellous. It is a five minutes drive to the town centre and there are a lot of beautiful walkways, waterfalls and historical sites in the surroundings. Gayle is very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Everything about this stay was amazing! The views and space itself were incredible. Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Do yourself a favor and book this stay!

Super tolle Unterkunft (genau wie auf den Bildern) mit einem fantastischen Blick vom Balkon! Man kann zu Fuß in ca 15 min nach Paihia laufen. John und Aynsley waren tolle Gastgeber, die uns persönlich begrüßten und viele Tipps für Ausflüge (vor allem bei Regenwetter) gaben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen:)

An absolute dream house! Stunning apartment with a gorgeous view. You definitely feel like spending a holiday with style :) Breakfast at Seaside restaurant are mind blowing! Best coffee in town. Loved our stay! Location was perfect for our stay. Directly across from the Marina where we had activities. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. And super close to grocery stores as well. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay in the northland! We had a great time exploring the area and actually decided to cut some of our explorations short to have more time to hang out on Toni’s beautiful deck! We loved watching the sunset from the beach just a short walk away in the evenings and enjoying our coffee on the deck listening to the birds in the mornings. A beautiful home in a beautiful part of the world!

Hands down the best air bnb i’ve ever stayed in before. Paul was an excellent host and was so welcoming! We came up for Fishing Nationals and we were able to share some common interests around fishing! The place was so clean and spacious, easy to find and big parks to park our cars. The only thing i can think of is that there was no dryer for the clothes and it was raining outside - so possibly might be good to have this as an alternative? Other than that, Excellent!! Highly recommend this air bnb!

Linda’s is the best Airbnb we stayed at in New Zealand by a distance - huge amounts of space, every amenity we could ask for, pristine and providing not only information about the area but also practical stuff like where to stop and shop on the way there. All of this was provided quickly whenever we messaged! Nothing we could fault at all - Linda has set the host bar incredibly high!

What a stunning location! Clyde’s house is huge with outstanding views. Our extended family of 8 had a wonderful stay.

Francine’s house is located at a quiet residential area,five minutes drive to restaurants and shops. the rooms and bathrooms are specious, the deck is overlooking at a beautiful view of the forests very relaxing.Thank you Francie for your prompt response and the late check out. Francie we had a good time at your home however the stairs at the entry were challenging for my husband as he had difficulty going up and down the stairs, not suitable for people with disabilities. I should have checked that out .Highly recommend if the stairs are not an issue.

Gorgeous home to stay in! Such a calming and relaxing space, with everything you could possibly need there. Very kid friendly - we really appreciated the baby gates, the kids toys and the layout of the house. Thank you so much for giving us such a great experience!
