little outdated but other then that was clean and comfortable. quite area but close drive to everything. Fans didn't work in main room spoke to Barry and he brought us a new fan the following morning.

This quaint and quiet home away from home is great value for your dollar. Modern, stylish and clean are just a few descriptives. The host kept in touch from beginning to end and was always available if ever we needed her. Everything needed for the stay was there, a lot of thoughtful touches. I don’t even have the words to explain how nice this stay was. From beginning to end we received great service. The room was spotless and quaint. Just minutes away from the airport. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, my fiancé and l watched the sun rise every morning.

Perfect place to stay right by the beach. Very rustic but it has everything you need, you can cook easy meals at the kitchen. We enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings and watching the ocean by the evenings. Shavonette is a wonderful host and will help you with anything you might need. We loved our stay, very cozy and budget friendly.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Cephas ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement est situé au centre de l’île. Excellente organisation concernant notre arrivée, nous avons louer une voiture chez un ami de Cephas. Celui ci nous attendait à l’aéroport avec une pancarte avec notre nom. Hôte très arrangeant ! Je recommande +++

Great little spot. Short trip to town and centrally located on the island to give you good access to either end if you have a rental car.

Agnes was just a super host for us on our trip to Exuma. The place was as advertised. Great location 100 yards from a beautiful beach. Agnes went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. She even bought us another beach chair so we were more comfortable. Agnes responds almost immediately with any questions/issues. Would recommend the villa to anyone. Thanks so much Agnes. The host was so flexible and understanding. She was pleasant and met every expectation. The accommodations were quiet and conveniently placed couple mins away from a shop and eateries. Would definitely stay again!

Great to be across from Splash and close to Fish Fry. We appreciated stocked kitchen, nice towels and bedding. The extras were so helpful: we used dry bag, ice packs, chair floats, football, and enjoyed happy hour on the deck. Beau was very helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay at Maryann’s and Elvis’ place and we felt right at home. Maryann and Elvis were absolutely heartwarming, friendly and helpful, as well as the other staff, especially Michele. Our room was clean and the place is peaceful and quiet. We’d love to come back and clearly recommend to stay in this paradise!

Endroit très propre et extrêmement tranquille. Nous étions confortables du début jusqu’à la fin du séjour. Gros coup de coeur pour la vue à couper le souffle. La plage est incroyablement magnifique, nous l’avions pour nous seul. Un endroit de rêve pour tous les gens qui souhaitent relaxer sur une plage paradisiaque. L’endroit est très bien entretenu. First of all, Fina is a very pleasant and hospitable person. She did everything to make us feel home. It was really great to get to know her better. The place is super charming and comfortable enough to accommodate 4 people. We love cooking, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The location is the best we’ll find in Exuma. The Deck is walking distance and the view takes your breath away. Our girls enjoyed kayaking and fishing. When the tight is low you can walk to the shoal. We definitely will return. I recommend Fina’s place. Thank you for everything. Jana, André, Maya and Ayla.

Aunty kays place was amazing but what made i more amazing was her, she made the arrival, the stay the night the ALL incredibly amazing. she is amazing and loving and treats you has if you are her family. i will definitely recommend this place to everyone and will come back for sure.

Much appreciation to Levi and his family for a wonderful stay and for being such wonderful hosts and making us feel like family! I don't think you could ever find hosts more gracious or hospitable. Accomodations were very clean and matched the photos and description. I appreciated having lots of fresh bath and beach towels. The beds were very super comfortable and something to look forward to after a long day on the water or the beach. The location is beachfront and steps away from Three Sisters Beach. The deck overlooking the beach was awesome. On days when the water was rough Levi gave us suggestions for calmer beaches. Levi checked in leading up to our trip and offered to pick us up and drop is off from the airport. When our flight was delayed, he let us extend our checkout which allowed us to get another half day on the beach. If you come to the Exumas, you'll definitely want to rent a car to explore all of the wonderful beaches. Would book here again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay, beautiful location directly at the beach. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had all amenities needed. Big plus for us were also the free kayaks available with which you can paddle to a close pig beach
