This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here, and it was fantastic both times. Everything was very nice and very clean. Extremely well stocked with everything you could ever need. Snacks and drinks are also provided. Very comfortable bed, and we loved the shower and bathtub as well. Great communication. Always ready to provide anything you need, and very fast response times. Great location in downtown Bentonville. Very easy to walk to many great restaurants, shops, entertainment, and trails. We love this place, and we would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a prime location in Fayetteville! The balcony is awesome. As others have mentioned, the shower leaves a bit to be desired. One thing that would be very helpful would be installing a corner shelf to put products. The only issue we had was that the place only comes with one fob which is needed to get into the building. This was an issue for us on Saturday as we had separate plans. They did bring us another fob, but it was too late in the day to help us. If you have two people staying in the unit and aren’t going to be on the same schedule for your entire stay, I would request an additional fob ahead of your check-in. The host is very responsive both ahead of end during the stay. Will definitely book again!

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Great house!

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

My wife and I came to Bentonville for a long weekend. Martha's place had plenty of room to relax between our adventures. We also appreciated that the home was nicely appointed and clean. It was close enough to downtown that biking or walking were very doable. For the mountain bikers, Coler Park was a stones throw away.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bentonville! Downtown and the trailheads were almost out our door!

Very convenient location- close to every thing. Super cute decor! Friendly hosts :) A little loud at night- but that is to be expected on a busy street in a college town.

The location was PERFECT! Able to park the car and walk to our areas of interest! A quiet condo that was welcoming and friendly!

The balcony stole the show. The Airbnb matched the description perfectly, but the view was better than expected. Two glass sliding doors opened the living room to the balcony, making it easy to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. I loved watching the moon rise over the trees and Dickson St lights below. The condo was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and clean, spacious bathrooms. My favorite spot was the leather couch in the living room, perfect for relaxing. I felt very safe here. The building takes security seriously, requiring key fob access at multiple points to enter the building and use the elevators. The designated parking spot was convenient and secure. There was even a rolling basket by the elevator to help carry groceries and bags upstairs. The hosts were outstanding. They were quick to respond, flexible, and genuinely accommodating with our unpredictable schedule. They made the entire stay easy and welcoming.
