Chloe was very helpful. Quick to respond. The house was just as described. Was clean and breakfast was provided. Everything you need in the kitchen is available. Thanks for having us. We had a lovely stay.

The house and location are beautiful, and it seemed that there was always someone at hand to respond to our questions or come to the house if a problem arose (which it didn’t). There were 10 of us and everyone had ample towels, toilet roll, cleaning supplies etc. We had a wonderful time!

A great stay over new year in this beautiful, old property. Nina and Ed were friendly, helpful and attentive. It’s a really pretty area, very peaceful and lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. The property is old but comfortable and well kitted out and it was helpful that there were tea bags, salt and pepper etc. We did a lot of cooking and family meals whilst we were there so some extra tea towels, kitchen cloths and bin bags would be helpful and to help guests keep the property clean, as would some more instructions eg on how to use the DVD player and the log burner so that guests don’t need to bother Nina so often. Would recommend and stay again.

We spent our family Christmas here for a treat and thoroughly loved it! Everything you need for making meals, including a festive one, and perfect arrangement of rooms for being social if you fancy or some quiet sitting-space. Lovely that bowls, treats and a towel were provided for the dog (the latter is often overlooked and makes it hard to keep your host’s home nice and clean, so I always take one). Thoroughly recommend!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Caroline & Etienne’s Bay Tree Cottage, and our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Caroline was flexible to our work schedules for check-in, and also allowed us to check out later on the last day. Their home is immaculate, cosy and warm - with features that transported us back to the land of our neighbour at the end of the road - Jane Austin. The added touch of leaving breakfast supplies to begin our stay demonstrated true thoughtfulness and a familial sentiment, and the experience stands out as perhaps the best countryside adventure we’ve had so far through AirB&B. If you are looking for a place to stay to celebrate the 250 year anniversary of Jane Austin, or simply to enjoy a peaceful countryside getaway, look no further than Bay Tree Cottage - also just 30 minutes from Winchester. Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

Spent Christmas in this cottage with relatives and it was perfect. Very warm and cosy, with lovely furnishings and so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. The hosts were very friendly and had decorated the cottage beautifully for Christmas and left us essential groceries and treats. We had a brilliant time. Lovely walks nearby and lots of places to see. Highly recommended.

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

Really lovely apartment - well equipped. Great decor . Wallingford is great for walks and restaurants.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

Iveta could not have been more welcoming. All sorts of goodies were left for us and the flat was clean and extremely homely. My daughter and I stayed for two weeks following surgery at the hospital and we could not have been more comfortable. I would highly recommend Iveta’s flat and would definitely return in the future .

Derek and Clare have a beautiful place everything was perfect it was spotless and had everything you could need both were extremely helpful and polite would definitely stay again

Lovely stay at Richard's garden flat in Winchester. Great location very close to the center. On-street parking but we didn't have an issue finding somewhere nearby. Richard was very responsive to any messages and had gone out his way to help make the flat toddler friendly for us which was appreciated.

Très pratique et facile d'accès, à 2 pas du métro Holland Park sans en avoir les inconvénients, ce logement est parfait pour un séjour à Londres réussi. Yvonne nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée avec gentillesse, pouvait être joignable si besoin. Le remise des clefs à l'arrivée et au départ était très facile. La literie et les draps étaient très propres et nous avions de nombreuses serviettes de toilettes disponibles si besoin. Les équipements étaient disponibles aussi et conformes aux attentes. Nous recommandons ce lieu simple mais cosy et très bien situé. Merci à Yvonne pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse. See you soon!

Wonderful hosts, great property in a quiet area. Would recommend.
