The property is cosy, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped. It is conveniently located in a beautiful setting. The host was helpful and responsive, which made us feel reassured throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We have stayed with Grace several times over the past couple of years. The apartment is private, quiet and ideally placed in Sale. Communication is excellent!

Perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, in fact we were taken back with how there cupboards were full off useful things…. Condiments, sauces, toiletries and that’s just a few I can mention. Appreciated the milk, bread, butter, nice gesture and makes a difference to some places who don’t offer that. Host also helped us out when our car broke down whilst we were there and went above and beyond to help sort it out for us. Overall the place was lovely, more than I actually expected, clean, tidy and perfect. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Wigan. Thank you

My son and I stayed here for 24 hours in Manchester and John‘s apartment was perfectly positioned for all shopping and restaurants. John‘s communication at all times was excellent. And the apartment was just absolutely amazing. Very spacious and had everything we needed. It was an easy place to stay in and all the instructions to Access Were easy. Also the outside of the building and the interior lead up to John‘s apartment was just stunning. I’d love the fact that we are in the city centre yet the apartment was so quiet. Thanks, John,

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

The apartment is very close to the Northern quarter (with parking!). It was very conveniently located, very clean and a lovely apartment.

Fabulous hosts and apartment, great space, everything that we needed, very responsive late at night in an emergency situation when we needed to book temporary accommodation for our son and nephews due to their own apartment having no water or electricity. I highly recommended. 😁

We had a family gathering revolving round a football match at Deepdale so to be walking distance to the ground was great. The house’s configuration with 2 en-suites and a family bathroom and the open plan living area suited us down to the ground. A very comfortable house within a peaceful neighbourhood. Would certainly recommend it.

We had a brilliant weekend stay in Michelle's family home, which was absolutely perfect as a base with our two children and grandma for a family wedding. The house is huge and beautifully decorated, and set up with everything you could need to entertain the kids (a stunning garden in the sunshine as well!). We loved the open plan kitchen space looking out onto the garden. Michelle was so helpful and brilliant at communicating with us, all the information provided was so useful. A wonderful home from home, really couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much xx

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

The place was very clean and tidy. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and lovely shower with an option for a bath. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Three of us stayed in the house and my partially sighted friend found the steep and narrow stairway to the kitchen too difficult to manage. The fact that the door opened towards the stairs meant it covered the wider part of the steps. We understand this is a mill house and steps are inevitable and most people will manage, as did my other friend and I. This isnt a complaint at all as the stay was very enjoyable and I would love to visit again.

The accommodation was spotless and cosy, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The host provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and during our stay, which made everything run smoothly. Additionally, the location was convenient, close to Etihad Stadium, allowing easy access to events. Everything matched the description accurately, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

We booked this house as my Son will be starting work with BAE. We could not believe how close it was to BAE. The house was spotless and on a great link to the bus to Preston, just over the road. Morrisons shop, again 3 minutes walk away. There is a Pub next door but unfortunately was going through a refurbishment so we didn’t get to try the food etc. The garden was well kept as well. The only observation I can make is, it could do with bigger bath towels which on the whole was not the end of the world to us. Over all a great little house. We were very pleased with it.

Fantastic apartment everthing you could want home,not for everyone but we appreciated the HUGE tv and loads of channels,I took ill while away so it was great distraction Other residents lovely Can’t recommend this place enough And James was a fantastic host supa fast at responding and loads of recommendations 👌🏽

Wonderful stay! really cosy appartment in the wonderful old Hovis mill. The location is superb, very close to the train station and town. Steve was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - we really appreciated the amenities he left. we will definitely stay again when visiting family. Thanks!

Excellent service, wonderful welcoming package, reachable by foot, close to wonderful quarters with bard, pubs, restaurants. Supermarket just downstairs, open till late. We felt very welcome and absolutely adored the flat. It was incredibly cozy.

Great location, the host recommended local parking which ended up being really cheap. Host was great at communicating. The apartment was spacious and well presented, would definitely stay again!
