Fatih : locations de vacances avec cheminée

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Fue muy buena la estancia en el alojamiento de Mehmet, siempre estuvo pendiente y respondía rápidamente cuando fue necesario. Está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de las principales mezquitas, hay muchas opciones para comer a los alrededores.

This was a perfect base for our four night stay in Istanbul. Grischa and Sergey have taken care to make things in the house comfortable for their guests. We were two friends and so had a bedroom and en suite each, and had lots of room. The place is also quite stylish and unique, spread over three floors. The house is in a really great location with cafes and restaurants and quirky shops all around, while also being quiet enough at night to sleep well. A five min stroll down to Tophane tram stop makes it easy to reach many of the main sites. I recommend wandering north up Cuca Cuma Cd to explore the local area more and to get lost in the local streets. We were very happy with the house itself, and my friend says she'd definitely stay here again. There are some things out host can't control such as the 'art installation' (furniture graveyard) out the back, but it's easy to ignore. Choose this place if you want to be comfortable and well located.

Наша первая поездка в Стамбул и мы очень рады, что остановились именно в этом районе и именно у Ильяза. При следующей поездке остановимся тут снова. Это жилье сочетает в себе сразу множество факторов. Огромная мягкая и удобная постель с новым матрасом, современная сантехника, терраса (которую можно сделать открытой или закрытой по желанию). Душ очень приятный и чистый, много горячей воды, и красивое естественное освещение. При жаркой погоде было очень комфортно и прохладно.Жилье сочетает в себе современный ремонт, но при этом присутствует атмосфера старины здания, красивые деревянные полы. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Ночью в этом месте тихо, мы крепко спали. Кошка Биттер приходила к нам в гости каждый вечер, и даже спала со мной в обнимку несколько ночей. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить хозяйку в кафе на первом этаже, я плакала когда мы уезжали. Это человек очень большой души, завтраки, которые вы получите проживая в этой квартире вы не найдете лучше во всём Стамбуле.

Great place in cool neighborhood. Lots of coffee cafes, restaurants, shops,etc. and close to Taskim Square. Tram or walking to Galata, shopping or over to Asian side. Good size apartment. Plenty of grocery available and the street is quiet and quaint. Deniz and Derya were both very responsive hosts and great to work with. Would recommend

It was very nice stay. We’ve been greeted and recommended the places to go with map. The room is cleaned once every two days. It was exactly as per the photos and descriptions.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely amazing, and the host and Yunus were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my time there. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to climb 5 flights of stairs as there is no elevator, which can be a bit challenging. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work reliably during my stay. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it for the fantastic location and the wonderful hospitality!

The location is perfect and so close to Galata Tower and Karakoy, a lot of cafes, restos and really nice shops nerby. There is also few art studios in the street giving painting and scultrure courses so it’s a plus :) House was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and very easy to use. The bulding is fully renovated and very pretty. The terrace has an amazing sea view and Galata Tower. Some nights were a bit noisy outside but it’s not disturbing. Definitely recommend it to everybody and will come again for sure :))

Spacious and clean apartment with perfect location and great host. Besides 2 good size bedrooms, living room was very comfortable too. It is minutes walking distance to many historical spots of Istanbul including Galata Tower and Spice Market. There is public transportation options as well. Upstairs terrace has fantastic view of Istanbul. Tons of restaurants, bars and shopping around. Host is very friendly, responsive and helpful. We also got helped for airport transportation.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Uninterrupted view of the Bosphorus, peace, and tranquility. Firewood was ready for the fireplace. The house was very practical, with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable, cozy seating arrangement in the living room. Normally, the host did not allow pets, but they kindly made an exception when I assured them that the pet was well-trained and quiet, for which I am very grateful. Communication was very easy, and they accommodated our small requests. Many thanks again for contributing to such an enjoyable holiday.

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

I dont normally write reviews. But this needs a special review and a special mention. Iskender and his family were exceptional hosts and we were made to feel at home. Deniz (Iskender's son) is a polite, friendly and jovial person and made sure our trip was smooth and special. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. He was there at the end of the phone for any query or sometimes available in person to help. Both Deniz and his family have gone out of their way to make our trip smooth and memorable. Place itself is immaculate and beautiful with heated pool and fireplace. It takes at least 90 minutes to get to centre of Istanbul from this place by taxi and may be longer during peak times. But difficult to get this kind of place in particular with heated pool in winter. So we chose this and also based on excellent previous reviews. We are a group of 6 friends stayed at this place for 4 nights. We thank Iskender and his family for enhancing our memories in Istanbul.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.
