- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

This is a charming, spacious, and beautifully decorated home. It comes fully equipped with everything you might need, and the thoughtful welcome items upon arrival are a lovely touch. The location is fantastic—everything you need is just a short walk away, including various transportation options. The apartment is impeccably clean, and the host is communicative, friendly, and genuinely kind. The area feels safe and inviting. The only minor drawback was that the windows didn’t have blinds, which could make it a bit chilly when it’s windy outside. Perhaps sealing the window frames could help resolve this. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!

Amazing place, highly recommend. The apartment was nice and cosy, the view from the windows and the common terrace is stunning with absolutely beautiful sunsets. Nice area very close to Galata tower, with many shops and restaurants around. The host was very nice, gave clear instructions and explanations, was pleasant to talk to. The apartment was clean, had all the necessary equipment, the heaters were working well, which was great as we were not lucky with the weather. We were ready for the 4th floor with no elevator and didn't mind it at all, but please be aware that as the building is also on the hill, it is a bit of a climb.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful! Both the interior and the view from the balcony were amazing. There was always hot water and the apartment was always warm. Perfect for a group of friends or family. The hostess, Zeynep was very helpful and responded almost immediately to everything we asked her. Totally recommend!

Waren zu viert auf einer Überraschungsreise - tolles WE. Wohnung für 2 Pärchen mega. Alles vorhanden, sauber, mega Ausblick vom Balkon. TOP und kommen sicher wieder. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge, Shopping, Bars, Restaurant, … alles fussläufig. Danke Furkan dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Selim was a great host. Communicated really well. Arranged for airport transfers that made things very convenient. His staff at the location is friendly and helpful. This location is in walkable distance to some of the key points of interest. If you want to explore local eats and get a feel of the local culture, this is an ideal location. The accommodation itself was good. just got to remember that the apartment was 2 stories up with no elevator. So how much luggage you can carry is something to consider Some of the amenities that were not mentioned but were a pleasant surprise was warm towel racks and warm bathroom floors which was great in the cold season. overall, the place, location, host and the staff made it a wonderful experience for us.

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

Great property in a great location. Friendly and helpful hosts who were very responsive. I would look to stay here again if I return to Istanbul and would recommend to others who are visiting the city.

Alloggio situato in un quartiere ricco di ristoranti, negozi, servizi, molto carino e vivibile. Con 10/15 minuti a piedi raggiungi facilmente i monumenti principali. Host gentilissimo, premuroso, ci ha aiutato tantissimo con consigli utili. Super consigliato! Grazie!

Super cozy flat in a quiet hilly neighborhood. The WiFi is only really working on the top floor but otherwise nothing to complain about. Tea, coffee, water — all available. Oh, and the sunset from the balcony is fantastic.

If you get the chance to stay here, grab it. It’s a stunning apartment - clearly a lot of love, thought and care have gone into designing this place and we felt right at home from the start. The apartment is super peaceful while being very close to transport links and the vibrant restaurant areas of Beyoğlu. Sultanahmet is walkable from the apartment across the bridge. Aaron and his team were brilliant hosts, responsive and pro active. He gave us some great recommendations including the local 16th century Hamam designed by Mimar Sinan (definitely recommend this) and several restaurants. We particularly liked Çiya Sofrası across the Bosporous in Kadıköy (a picturesque ferry trip from the nearby Karaköy pier) and the local Galata Kitchen. Just loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing apartment. Exactly as described and within 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. Hosts were very caring, helpful and available at any point to help. Including offering to help get to/from airport. Will be staying again

Everything was perfect; he was very friendly and flexible. The only issue was the noise from the bed when moving on it.

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

Furkan tuvo mucha paciencia, llegamos de noche y nos tardamos más tiempo del que le dijimos y nos esperó. Nos ayudo a cambiar los euros por liras turcas y nos recomendó lugares turísticos para visitar. Mi motivo del viaje fue una cirugía y él se preocupó por mi salud, incluso nos envió postres de regalo. Nos hacía falta una sartén más grande para cocinar y de inmediato envio una nueva al airbnb. Lo elegiríamos otra ves sin duda, el mejor anfitrión.
