Très bon séjour dans cette maison, propre, bien aménagée et surtout très bien située pour rayonner vers les plus monuments d Istanbul ! Équipement nécessaire , literie confortable, terrasse avec vue sur mer de Marmare est la cerise sur le gâteau!

Staying at this apartment for the second time was an absolute delight! The apartment is absolutely stunning - spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Located in the heart of Taksim, it offers the best possible location for exploring Istanbul. Everything you could need - restaurants, shops, and attractions - is just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient. Ferid is an exceptional host, always kind, professional, and attentive to every detail to ensure a perfect stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Ferid, for another unforgettable experience - I will certainly be back!

My staying at the Ali's flat was a perfect experience. Ali and Diniz were very reactive and helped me in my late check-in. Highly recommended.

Gerçekten çok rahat ve keyifli bir deneyimdi. Serhat beyle iletişimde olmak çok güzeldi. Kendisi çok anlayışlı birisi, tatil günü olmasına rağmen bizimle iletişimi kesmedi ve bize çok kez yardımcı oldu. Ev deneyimi harikaydı. Havuz ve gym olması bize en azından şehirden biraz kaçabilecek alan sundu. Bu deneyim için ev sahibine çok teşekkür ederiz 🌸

Don't underestimate how awesome a king sized bed is, you could also see part of the Galata tower from bed. heated floors were definitely a nice touch. spacious area means you're not living in a cluttery mess your whole trip. comfortable, intuitive, and an excellent view from nearly every window. two story's apartment meant I could watch TV while my wife slept, or I could order food or make a snack and not have to worry about waking her. stay here with a significant other before you stay at any hotel. find a local grocery store and stock up on what you're missing, and you'll be way happier than you'd be had you gotten a stuffy hotel room with half assed staff. the issues with the place were minor, and the host is having them fixed as I write this. ideal apartment/ stay for couples. if you're not too picky, you'll love this stay.

Köszönjük szépen, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Az egyetlen hiányosság az egy darab WC, sajnos ez nem volt komfortos 6 személynek, de a lakás nagyon szép és gyönyörű a kilátás! 😊

The place was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend it! The living room was spacious, perfect for a little dance, and the large corner sofa was excellent for relaxing after a packed day exploring the city. The kitchen is well equipped but not large, it is nice there is a dishwasher but it is not easy to use in the cramped space. The bathroom is clean and easy use. Very handy there is a washing/drying machine, especially if you have a longer stay. There is a nice view from the window, but more so just around the corner as soon as you step out of the door. There is lovely dining place merrily a few steps away that is luxurious with a view over the Bosphorus, excellent food and yet very affordable pricing. Actually the best value restaurant we found in Istanbul and it is just around the corner. The apartment is on the top floor, as advertised, which I enjoyed as it makes the place more quiet, peaceful and with a better view. Keep in mind you do have to walk 5 stories up the stairs.

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

Чистые комнаты и постельные белья, отлично подходит для семейного заселения из 5 человек, отдельно порадовал расположение, в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности (Айя София, Султанахмет и.д.)

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

قابلت الأخ بندر فقد كان دقيقا في مواعيده وخدوم بشكل كبير وكان متعاونا جدا وقد ساعدنا في اختيار المواقع المناسبة للسياحة وكذلك أرشدنا إلى موقع استئجار السيارة

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
