We had a wonderful time in this great house! The house was big with everything you could ask for. Our daughter was getting married at Rock Hill farm which is only 3.5 miles away and the house provided us a quiet, peaceful place to come home to after a busy day and evening. There were sheep grazing beside the house! We didn’t get a chance to tryout the spa and pool, but maybe next time. We highly recommend!!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this historic house in Warrenton. The property was fantastic - spacious rooms, large but cozy gathering areas, and a dining room perfect for our large group. The yard and hot tub were a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals. All five bedrooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. The downtown location was ideal, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. Plus, there was plenty of parking available on the property or on the street. It was a charming and quiet spot for our family of ten to enjoy a few days together… much more quaint than a hotel. Highly recommend this house… we will be back!

We loved our stay. The house is great for a larger group. Wonderful living space and fun game room! Having a hot tub was also a plus. The location is wonderful and is very private. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a girls weekend. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed the close proximity to all of the wineries. The house was spread out with the bedrooms which was nice for 5 people. The hot tub was a nice touch! Ben was very responsive when needed. Thanh’s again!

We loved our stay at Culpeper Manor. The house is lovely and the open spaces for dining and visiting were perfect for our group. The kitchen is well appointed with every tool we needed — and we love cooking! We especially appreciated the Blackstone grill and nice bakeware. And the arcade!! Everyone loved the games and I’m not sure any other vacation home will ever compare, in the children’s eyes. We had a wonderful time here!

Cozy country house perfect for a weekend getaway! Fantastic location near multiple beautiful wineries, a kind and gracious host, and an amazing hot tub - we had a truly great stay!

Beautiful location. The cottages are a shared space with there being a smaller one behind the rock cottage. Wasn’t really expecting that but they left the next day so we were able to enjoy our stay with some more privacy. Hot tub was fantastic, bathroom spacious, kitchen accommodating. The walk around the meadows seeing all the animals was great. Would recommend.

This getaway in the woods was lovely! All of the instructions were helpful and funny from how to check in to how to turn on the deck lights. My friends and I are already planning a trip back.

Decent stay with a great view.

Our stay was amazing! The place was immaculate and cozy. The amenities were great…loved the home gym and jacuzzi. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive!!!! Would definitely stay again!!!!!

This was the perfect weekend getaway. So relaxing and the house had everything and MORE! Incredible view! We did some crafts, played games, made a pizza from scratch, danced to music on the google home speakers! It was truly an amazing and memorable experience. The home was just as described and Nancy was an incredible and kind host! So many extra towels that were so fluffy and clean! Very comfy beds! Robes! Felt like a luxury experience! Will hopefully stay again :)

Tom’s place is the perfect private cabin getaway! He is an amazing host and super quick to respond. The deck and hot tub are amazing, and having access to the community lake is such a nice addition! Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation.

would stay here again. the house is beautiful, the property is awesome, & it has just about everything you’d need. just watch your step on the decks/platforms - some of the steps are incredibly narrow!

Amazing home away from home! Will definitely keep this location for future stays on a quick getaway weekend. All the hiking and wineries were a reasonable drive if you wanted to leave. Very cozy and peaceful home. Host was very helpful and responsive during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Foxwood Cabin. Even though there are neighbors within eye shots distance (haha) we still felt like it was private enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We really enjoyed the fire pit, and the hot tub; Matt does a great job maintaining this property. Thanks Matt!
