Ty’s place was incredible! Beautiful surroundings, wrap around porch and hot tub, amazing walking spaces. The inside was even better. Very modern and gorgeous kitchen and plenty of space for our family with room to spare (8 adults 1 child). Could have easily fit a few more people. House was spotless and well appointed with alll you could need including paper products and towels. We will absolutely be back. Thank you!!

Amazing home away from home! Will definitely keep this location for future stays on a quick getaway weekend. All the hiking and wineries were a reasonable drive if you wanted to leave. Very cozy and peaceful home. Host was very helpful and responsive during our stay.

Fabulous place! Exactly as described. Super responsive hosts and the place was IMMACULATELY clean with a very comfortable bed and linens that were fresh and smelled great. I come every other weekend to see my toddler granddaughter and sometimes like to spend quality alone time with her when I visit. Both Roy and Valerie reassured me that the occasional, but inevitable crying would not be a problem. I’m so grateful I found this place. The accommodations and hosts far exceeded my expectations on every level!!

Felt like the perfect getaway for us! It's a very private location but incredibly close to Culpeper that has awesome food and Sperryville which is more into the mountains to get those views. The hosts were very helpful and kind to us every step of the way and even gave us tips for kayaking in the lake. Such a lovely time and you can tell they go the extra mile with hosting by providing every possible thing you may need. HIGHLY recommend and will come back again too :)

Joni’s place was perfect for a weekend away! The house is cozy and the outdoor space is beyond amazing. She was extremely responsive and was able accommodate us with a last minute reservation. We will be back again!

The stay was wonderful. There is plenty of room for family and friends with multiple areas for seating and entertaining. The supply closet is well stocked with towels, linens, and paper supplies. Also, there are games, puzzles, books, and movies available in addition to the combination billiard/ping pong table to provide indoor entertainment. For outdoors, there is a gas grill, hot tub, fire pit, and cozy swing. A great place for gathering with friends and family.

We were in the area for one night to look at properties as we plan to relocate. I very much appreciate that Stephen's is a pet-friendly accommodation as we've been travelling with our dogs. Everything was clear and easy and perfect for our short stay. We had a pleasant chat with Stephen the evening of our arrival; he is very knowledgeable of the area. The bedroom and bath are on an upper level and the ceiling of the shower was low for my 6'8" husband; but this in no way detracted from our stay. This is by far the best pet-friendly accommodation we've found. The electric tea kettle was also a rare find! We plan to stay again if at all possible and enjoy more of Stephen's amiable hospitality.

Nicely located close to Middleburg. House was as advertised and was a great spot for our girls weekend. Garet was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out. We had a great experience and loved our stay!

My husband and I were in town while visiting Shenandoah. West Park Gardens was a fantastic place to lay our heads between hikes. Everything matched the description and exceeded our expectations. We briefly met Stephen and he was kind, friendly, and eager to ensure we had a good stay. The game room was a wonderful way to wind down in the evening. The only thing that wasn't ideal is that the bed was a little squeaky and as a light sleeper that disrupted my sleep a bit. However everything else was great and an excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking to stay in the area or seeking to explore the park. It was only about 30 min or so drive to the Old Rag trail head from here.
